Comfy house, nice host

The house was spacious. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, we were very comfortable. The house has what you need, whether you're there for business or pleasure. Julie is a nice host.

pleasant place to stay, well located

Location was good. Owner rep was helpful.

Pool was full of insects by 2nd day - so we just didn’t use it after 1st day. Early on there were challenges with connectivity.

It was close to grocery stores ALDI was about 5 minutes from house. Walmart 20 minutes. Private pool.

Had to ask to use the laundry which was locked away in a garage and you had to pay $2 per load, quarters only. They said a printer/fax machine was available, which was not working (I didn’t need it but if I did). Half the blinds were broke so could not get natural lighting. Half the wall outlets and light switches did not work. Only provided a one towel and one washcloth for 5 days for 3 people. Description said key in lockbox, which the owner comes to the house walks you around and gives you key upon the $200 cash deposit, then comes back to the house upon departure to get keys back, a walk through before you get your cash deposit back. This is the only Airbnb that I’ve ever been at that did this, I don’t like to interact with the homeowner I just want to get the hey code and be on my way, as it felt very uncomfortable. Fitness center…non existing or it just wasn’t on site. With my OCD the title needed a good deep cleaning scrub I felt like I needed to get on my hands and knees with a toothbrush to clean the grout. 1) New blinds are a MUST 2) Working outlets and light switches are a must (is this a code violation?) 3) FREE laundry should be available with out asking or the property owner keeping it a secret and locked away in the garage. 4) Door should have a lock code on it as property owner should trust who they are renting to instead of coming to house picking up a CASH $200 deposit so the person who is occupying the property can come go freely without the awkwardness. Per description it says lockbox on property for key - false 5) Provide more than 1 washcloth/towel per person for 7 day trip (gross) 6) have a working ice maker and water on the refrigerator - it was broke so had to use cheap flimsy ice trays or buy a bag of ice along with bottle water.

the house is really pretty inside, the location is great and beautiful in the outside, the kitchen is really complete and has everything you need

there is no laundry machine and the beds are small for 2 people

Very safe location and the pool. There is now a big tv in the living room (comments when we booked said no tv in the living room) when you meet the host at the house be sure to let her know if you want to use the washer and dryer because she will have to give you access. Washer and dryer are coin operated ($2.00 per load for both). The pool was such a bonus. Nice table and chairs outside and enjoyed every minute by the pool. Kitchen was well equipped, toaster oven, microwave, espresso machine and Keurig. You may want to bring or buy when you get there a kitchen towel and dish cloths. Overall, a great stay and would definitely rebook.

The top surfaces were clean but noticed the house needed a deep clean. Understandable, since the house is so great and booked so the turn around time is short.

Perfect lovely nice clean family home, a pool perfect for hot days! Plenty of shopping in the area.

Our hostess was very helpful coordinating certain things for us, and also very willing to help make recommendations for area businesses. This property is lovely, beautifully furnished, and very clean. The pillows were very comfy and clean, as were the beds/linens. There is PLENTY of storage if you are staying for a while. This is a nice family home. I hope any one who rents this property will show the owners' property respect. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to use. We will definitely return!

I cant think of anything I didn't like. We had a very nice stay.

The only 2 things I didn’t like was that the pool was not clean at first. My friend and I tried to clean it but there were a lot of bugs. Also, although it was my fault, it would be nice to have a different way to pick up the key. I was late picking mine up due to flight delays and transportation issues and felt bad that I was being waited on.

We had a great experience and always came back to a relaxing and beautiful home.

The location was great, many shops and the lake across the street was an amazing view every time. We loved the pool and the outdoor area in general. I also liked how spacious the house was. It was the best, will be booking for future trips!

I really hoped there could have been at least a washer in the house. It would have been nice to have.

Great Location and Comfortable Space

The property was neat and clean, with an updated kitchen and nice swimming pool. My family enjoyed their time in the house, and it was in a very convenient part of Kendall.

The only two things I would suggest: change the pillows (mine was very flat, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably); and provide extra towels. If there were extra towels and I didn’t see them, forgive me, but each of us only had one set.

Great location, Julie was a great hostess. Great value for the price. Will be a repeat guest, can't wait until the next Miami trip

No real issues at all the place was great. The only minor issue was ants in the kitchen, a little bug spray stopped that issue.

Nice Cozy

I loved the mirrors everywhere. The kitchen was nice and spacious. The pool is inground and it has a netted gate around it (so, no bugs)

I didnt like the fact that , the washer and dryer aren’t available to be used during your stay, without paying for them also.

NICE PLACE TO STAY WILL CONSIDER HERE AGAIN

We called the host and set a time and then called when we arrived and she came over within a matter of minutes. We did a walk thru the property with her and paid our deposit and collected the keys. The property was in a residential setting, it was quite no noise issues. Property had plenty room for our needs and all things worked as they should.

Bath towels & wash cloths! We had 2 towels & washcloths for each guest for the entire 3 day stay, but with no washer & dryer on the property we would have loved a linen service that provided fresh towels & washcloths for each day. No TV in main living area....It would have been nice to have a TV in this room even there was in each bedroom a TV set.

Great place, Nice Pool

The home is in a convenient location, and the pool is great. There's lots of space to spread out. The host was extremely nice and friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped, and some additional items are provided such as soap for the sinks and dishwasher and a few kitchen staples like vegetable oil.

These are just FYIs for others and weren't issues for us: there is no laundry facility, but there is a laundromat nearby. There is no TV in the common space, only in the bedrooms.
