Good place

The apartment is quite good. It's located quite close to the center and to the train station.

There is no elevator in the building. And it was too hot without an AC. There is a fan, but it does not help when it's too hot.

Splnilo účel, ale nenadchlo.

Lokalita je super. Okna nejsou do hlavní ulice, což beru jako plus. Komunikace s majitelkou byla ok.

Na fotkách apartmán vypadá mnohem lépe než ne tomu ve skutečnosti. Apartmán nebyl moc dobře uklizený. Na čele postele byla vrstva prachu, flekatá peřina, z rychlovarné konvice na mě vylezl pavouk, na roletách nalepené mrtvé mušky a na ovladač na televizi jsem se neodvážila sáhnout. V bytě je také hodně slyšet hluk z chodby a vedlejších bytů.

Pleasant

The bed was really really uncomfortable, the bedclothes and towel was torn and holey. The building overlooks a damaged building, on the other side of building there was, I would say “no-go zone”, I wouldn’t let my car on that street for night, also I wouldn’t go there, there was a lot scary person.

Well equipped Cindy apartment, very central

Nice and Clean. Well equipped Kirchen. Beautiful bath. Quite nights. I ready some people didnt Like the View outside the Windows (abandoned House) but we really appreciated, there's No one to Look Info the Windows ; ). We would Always choose again this Apartment.

Fully functional apartment with good value of money.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with dish washer, oven and tablewares. They also have a washing machine. The self-check in works smoothly and the owner gave clear instructions. Good value of money!

The pillows are too flat; the building has no lift, so be prepared to carry the luggage up and down the stairs a bit; the neighbourhood nearby is very quiet at night

Indoor was nice - outdoor felt unsafe.

Host was very helpful in getting parking permit. Close to train station. Basic items in apartment were there.

The neighborhood was unsafe. The police were always investigating issues nearby and the apartment is in a spot where just 2 blocks away the area was upgraded. Behind the property was an abandoned building, graffiti is common on the street buildings.

Felt like home

The apartment was lovely! The bathroom was equipped with washing machine (drying rack, iron and ironing board also available in the apartment!). There's a bathtub, which is perfect for relaxation after an exhausting sightseeing. Nice kitchen with many utensils, stove, refridgerator, freezer and washing machine. Spacious and comfortable bed. Quick check-in and fast communication with the owner!

Absolutely nothing to complain about. :)

The apartment is located on the perfect place close to main train and bus station and also close to city center. Apartment was clean and beautiful decorated. The bed was so comfy. When I would like to go back to Ceske Budejovice, I will deffinitelly choose the same apartment.

ideal place to stay

landlord lady is very welcoming, communicative and helpful. place has a perfect location, the apartment is situated in a quiet house and well equipped. ideal for business trip or for a couple for a short stay.

the apartment is quite poorly maintained. everything works ok, on the other hand the signs of time and previous visitors are obvious. from my perspective can the apartment be way more cleaner, especially the kitchen area, floor and bedsheets… the overall impression was no good…

Amazing!

We loved our stay, the owner is so welcoming and very helpful - always checking we have all we need. She also helped with extension of our stay when we were not able to fly as planned. The flat is amazing and has all is needed for both short and long stays. we stayed with our 2 years old daughter and had plenty of space. It is very comfy and modern. And right in the centre near the square and the main shopping street. Will definitely come back.

Very good

This comfortable apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre as well as the main bus and train station. The owner is very pleasant and the communication is great. The only thing I would improve is cleanliness, which, for me personally, is the single most important aspect of every accommodation. Overall a very good value for money. Will be happy to book again in the future.

The host was very friendly and helpful, nice design of the room, clean and comfortable bed, there was a bonus as a coffee machine with pods.

the floor was a little cold, and the fridge has done some noise for a shorter period of time.

Superb

Except the cloged drain everything else was great! Apartment is super cute and in great location, near the city centre (10-15min easy walk).

The drain in the shower was cloged and it was not clean (a lot of hairs). We had to clean it, to be able to shower.
