A paradise in the city center of Colmar

Everything about the property is exceptional. The place is spacious, right in the middle of city center, with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. There are also supermarkets within a walking distance. The host is very responsive and the spa bath is worth it.

overall the stay was good and we would suggest it to visit Colmar because it is close to everything. a bit pricy

the location was perfect, right in the city Centre. the place was warm, cozy and clean.

the atmosphere was a bit “creepy” because of the dark colors of the wall and the noise of the wood floor. by the way, it is just a matter of tastes

location is perfect.

tap at bathroom was not working. we had to wash our hands in the jacuzzi. there was no towel for hair and face. shower cabin was not clear, there were hairs in it. the checkin in is 16:00 o clock so if you come to hotel early they can keep your luggages with money. the last one, host was not kind through to us

Location is priceless! The apartment was big and lovely, and the kitchen was very equipped.

The guy in the reception was rude, did not answer nicely to our messages, and on the first night we had a blood stain on our sheet. It was late so the next morning we asked him to change it, someone came and did the bed but did not change the sheets! we asked him again, saying it's not nice for us to sleep on someone else's blood next to our pillows, and the guy started ARGUING the they did change it, and the new sheet does also have a blood stain on the exactly same spot! Also, it was very very hard (almost impossible) to open the tap, and he said that's the way it is...

perfectly relaxing time in the middle of medieval Colmar

Excellently renovated oasis in the heart of Colmar; spacious appartment with modern appliances; professional management of premises and bookings;

Would be nice to have a luggage drop off option 😉

Relaxing bath & amazing location

The room itself was very nice. Really comfortable bed, amazing spa bath and good shower with some extra fragrance stuff. Nice to have a Nespresso machine.

A looooot of noise from upstair neighbours. The upstairs room/apartment has some old wooden floors and NO isolation. Could hear every step they took and every conversation they had. Not very nice when they are leaving at 6 in the morning.

Location, location, lication

The location was superb. Everything within easy walking distance. It’s about a 15-20minute walk from the train station too. The bed was super comfortable.

I was on the lower floor. Really noisy from neighbours above on 1st night and the 2nd night was marginally better. No cleaning service provided each day. Would have been nice to have the bed made up each night. Toilet seat needs adjusting and empty toilet roll not what I was expecting to find on entering the apartment. Overall a bit disappointing after reading previous reviews. Needs to up its game a little, I feel and not rest on its laurels!
