Amazing place for a group; the rooms are spacious and having two floors distributes the noise a bit. Also, there are two bathrooms w/ a shower, as such even with 7 people there wasn't a lot of waiting in the morning.
The host does not speak a lot of English, but with some back-and-forth we made everything work.
There is only one bedroom with AC (out of the 6 bedrooms), and there were many ants in the apartment. While clean, the cleanliness level of the place is not up to hotel standards. Also, beware that both bathrooms are downstairs, while most rooms are upstairs, which is a bit impractical if you expect night-time loo visits.

The pictures of the apartment when booking were misleading - we were put in place next to the building shown in the pictures. It was musty and smelly – you could feel the fungus, which covered some apartment surfaces. The fridge was unplugged. Overall, an unpleasant place, especially given the price (134 euro for one night). The surroundings of the apartment are nothing but nice.

It was big enough for our group.
Some beds were uncomfortable. Top level was really hot. It is old and tired.

The accommodation is cheap and considering the quality price is good. Convenient location quite close with Praça da República.
Two bathrooms for 10 people but just one with usable shower ( if you use the second one you gonna flood the the bathroom and probably the entire hall).
The home owner is impolite and has a really bad English that brings to pointless misunderstanding (I.e. I just asked how to pay security deposit and she understood I didn’t want to pay it).

Rather cheap, very clean, quiet. I would prefer to spend a little more to be near city attractions...
The procedure to check in is not perfect: thé lady has not a clear English. Students in the property seem strange, I was afraid. It is not convenient to walk to city centre, it's a street dedale!

Very clean with self catering facilities as well.
There are very steep stairs between the bedrooms and the downstairs toilet. This needs to be mentioned in the description.

Very clean place both bathroom and room; kitchen and living room available; WiFi working great; nice host; hostel isn't in a city centre but we travelled by car so the location was perfect for us; free parking on the street, there's no zone.
Check-in process is a little bit strange because nobody is there. You have to call the number you'll find on the front door. They give you a code and then you open the door with a key. I've never come in for such thing before.

Staff/owner was very nice. A very nice place for a private room for such a low price. Washing machine and dryer for a small fee. Kitchen and many basic ingredients available. Very quiet area. Two towels available. Very clean space.
The place is way up the hill, even with the shortcut through the shopping center it's still a bit of walk.
The fan in my room was very loud

The host is very attentative and there is a great coffee machine that you can use free of charge!
There is a considerable stair to reach the hostel. So be prepared to up the stairs with your luggage.
