Average and pleasant.

Close to Plaza Mayor. On the surface good modern decor of apartment. Good communication leading up to check in. Communication about parking prior to market day was helpful. But instructions unclear for options as person m/staff had good personal knowledge of streets but instructions were unclear to a person new to Trujillo. The courtyard and very small outdoor pool were very pleasant.

No instructions to access property by vehicle. Initial attempt to drive to property to offload luggage was frustrating. The shower base in apartment 3 has insufficient fall to drain water. We had to ask for extra towel to form a ‘dam’ at the entrance to the shower to prevent flooding of the bathroom and adjacent kitchen. This occurred when I had the first shower. We learned to use the shower at low pressure which was unsatisfying. A small but noticeable part of the flooring in the bedroom up the spiral staircase of apartment 3 is lifting and needs repair. Unsightly and potentially dangerous.

Beautiful historic Trujillo.

Large room, very in keeping with the town. Great location.

Car parking was far away. Took a bit of time getting into the property, but host did send us all the information & video how to get in.

We didn’t meet Sandra due to our times of arrival but they accommodated us very well as we were very late. accommodation was perfect, in a beautiful town and exceptional value given the space and facilities

I`d like to keep it a secret, but that would be unfair to others

I have used the property in the past and would always call here when travelling the west side of Spain. The property lives up to it's description, also with easy access to the Plaza Mayor and restaurants. Highly recommended

Great location near the Plaza Mayor

The room itself was spacious as it consisted of two floors. A nice bathroom and a small kitchen. The reindeer which illuminated the balcony was a nice touch. While you cannot park on the street where the building is located, it is easy to find street parking two or three blocks away.

Our bed was under a slanted roof that convinced us we would surely bump our heads on a beam if we got up groggily during the middle of the night. Personnel were curt and not very friendly.

Lovely but too short!

A modern apartment within historical premises right in the old town and just a couple of minutes from the main square. We would have been very comfortable staying much longer than the one night that was possible. We may well return...

Minor quibble about the address. There seem to be two sets of street numbers, so we ended up a few doors down. In the end, we had to call to find out that No. 6 was actually No. 12 (or vice-versa). No fault of the owners – but perhaps this could be clarified in the notes somewhere.

Modern flat in a lovely old building excellently located by Plaza Mayor

Modern well equipped and excellently located. Very good shower. The manager went to great lengths to help us find our way when we got lost in the maze of Trujillo to the extent of coming out on foot to Plaza Mayor to lead us to the apartment. Lovely old building. Great view from the terrace. Well equipped kitchen. The stairs to the bedroom were a bit of a challenge especially at night as the bathroom is downstairs.

Nothing, except perhaps better directions if arriving by car - as for instance set GOS for Plaza Mayor. Our first attempt at booking an apartment in Trujillo went extremely smoothly until Booking bombarded us with things that we could do in Peru. Once we found the right Trujillo in Spain GPS refused to recognize the address and Google Maps, which did, insisted on trying to get us there the wrong way up oneway streets and a few blocked by roadworks and all far too narrow for sanity so thank you our hosts for talking us in.

spacious apartment in quiet part of town, helpful a lovely relaxing courtyard with plunge pool

we got held up on the road and the staff were very kind and waited a little beyond the 22.00 hrs normally time limit for arrivals.

there was a very limited selection of pans, which would have been aproblem if we'd stayed longer and wanted to cook. But we arrived so late we got a takeaway pizza instead.
