Plenty of space, private and not overlooked. Everything worked and was well maintained. Views were spectacular and the villa itself was well thought out in regards to its layout.
Some of the fittings were dated, TV, some windows needed repairs to fitted netting etc.
On a Sunday the local beach bar switches to a nightclub for the locals, this was quite loud and went long into the night, the only saving grace were the windows that did cut out the majority of the noise but at the cost of making the villa too hot.

The house is in a great location close to a lovely beach. It's a quiet location, not a party location. Suited our group well. There are 2 tavernas in walking distance and lots close by with a car. Argostoli is about 20 minutes away and has lots of restaurants and shops, but we had our worst meal there and preferred the quietness and food of Karavados. It's also about 20 minutes away from the airport..Our host was extremely helpful. The kitchen is big although we mostly ate out. The property looks onto a beautiful mountain and onto the sea. We particularly enjoyed the upstairs balcony in the evening for a drink. We were a group of 4 and it suited our needs well. Kefalonia is a beautiful island.
The upstairs room with single beds was a bit stuffy but the host bought us a fan which helped.

the Villa is in an amazing location and had plenty of space both inside and outside for our young children to be free and play.
the only negative was the hot water was a little bit temperamental at times, you can only really run one tap at a time or the pressure is non-existent.

The villa is modern, beautiful finished with lovely views and very quiet. It is locate about 200 metres from the beach and a couple of nice restaurants.
if you stay at the Villa I would recommend having a hire car for easy of visiting further a field and visiting supermarkets.

The house was very good. The view was very nice. There is a nice beach 100 meters from the house Agios Thomas. The rooms was clean. The communication with the host was nice and very helpful. There is a big garden with a small but nice pool.
I would rather to have some more cleaning facilities for the house and a better TV :).

The property is simply stunning. Living life like a millionaire. I was a bit worried the photos were hiding the bad bits, but there simply are not any. The area is really nice ( although you do need a car for pretty much everything apart from the small beach ith crystal clear waters ) but loads of restaurants within 5-15 minute drive.
Coming home :-(

We had a wonderful time with my family staying at this villa! We loved everything - fantastic views, beautiful villa design, sandy beach nearby, quiet surroundings. The villa has everything you might need during the stay and the whole set up is very well thought. I personally loved reading in the shadow of olive trees. The host Anna warmly welcomed us when we arrived and was very attentive and responsive during our stay. I will certainly recommend this villa to my friends and colleagues.
Nothing really. There are indeed a few wasps flying around, but they did not bother us.

Excellent location and overall great facilities. Very clean and regular pool and housekeeping.
Sofa bed on landing with large windows and no curtains meant very early mornings.

The property is Gorgeous and set in lovely grounds with a great look of the ocean from one of the 2 balconies. The sound of the ocean and wildlife at night are mesmerising and calming, if it’s a relaxing break you want it’s perfect. The lighting in the house and the gardens are perfect and plentiful along with the internal decor making the house feel bright and airy with plenty of natural light.
The house is a gem and a credit to the owner Anna who also made us very welcome and made sure we had everything to hand.
Thank You!!!
Wasps during the day (which don’t bother you to much but they are always around) My Wife’s fear is Wasps so this didn’t help.
The pool is very very cold but we still enjoyed it and we did visit out of season (October but still 28 degrees).
