The host was friendly and very kind.
The location was excellent, very peaceful, refreshing and the peacocks were an addendum to our stay :) 15minutes from Whitstable beach.
The bed was a bit small for my hubby (195cm) but he is always struggling with this

Charming little hut with everything we needed. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Had peacocks visiting (counted 17 in total around the farm) which were beautiful. Lovely view and had meals outside and a fire one evening. Very relaxing.
The farmer mowing his field across the valley - but what do you expect in the countryside? So nothing really.
4.5
Perfect location. Quiet with beautiful views. All facilities in a small bundle. Peacocks add to the rural setting

Great location. Quirky but comfortable accommodation with views across the valley.

Lisa and family couldn't do enough for us.
Definitely would recommend and will be going back.

Wasn't anything we didn't like ,we loved it all.

Ideal place for a short break. Snug as the name suggests but good use was made of the space. Lots of seating available outside with good views over surrounding farmland.

A quaint little shepherds hut. Great for getting away from it all for a couple of days. Lovely views and peacocks roaming around.
No one around when we arrived so was unsure what to do to gain access. Maybe some communication before we arrived as to what we should do upon arrival.

If you’re looking for a nice, quiet, rural retreat (which we were) this place is perfect. There isn’t anything within walking distance but this was perfect for us.
The hut was so cute and quaint with a good sized outdoor area, which had the sun all day.
The host was friendly and helpful.
The shower was a bit temperamental with the temperature

Peacocks and some plumbing issues

Location was beautiful, very quiet, the snug we had was very well equipped, nice and warm and comfortable :-)
We stayed during the storm (Eunice) so it was very 'rocky'!!! Was like being on a boat! But nothing bad to say about our stay.
4.5
The peacocks were a nice surprise, the view was lovely and it was super peaceful. We appreciated being left to our own devices and we felt really cosy.
A couple of electronic devices didn’t seem to work but actually this suited us as we wanted a break from that to be honest. Lisa was really helpful and any requests or issues we had were resolved really quickly and without fuss.

The property was quaint and cosy and the bed was comfortable.
Traffic noise from the A299 was a bit intrusive when sitting outside. We also had to listen to road building activity in the adjacent field including constant beeping of a reversing road roller at 8am.
