Everything good apart from booking with air con and not getting it, not offered a fan or a discount

Convenient location and secure

The air conditioner didn’t work in our room. When I contacted management I was told they were aware of it from other guests and it would be fixed the next day. I asked for a fan but none was supplied.

It was very spacious and comfortable. We made a mistake and took the keys to the wrong room and the staff was very flexible and let us stay in that room.

The Wi-Fi password is very long! The breakfast is just a croissant anda coffee from s nearby cafe.

A bad experience with people entering our room, which made us feel unsafe

Close to city center, uncomfortable beds

The room was spacious. Clean beddings and towels. The location is near restaurants and pubs. Accessible from the train station, the host was kind enough to point us to free parkings.

The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable. We woke with out backs hurting. The windows were old and did not protect from the outside sound. There was plenty of dust inside the room and looots of dust on the floor, especially around the edges. Just 2 small sachets of shower gel available, no shampoo, thus not enough if you want to wash your long hair + body. Way too expensive, I had better conditions in hostels.

pleasant stay

i liked the location and the room was clean. Marco responded quickly when asked for an assistance. He could be more helpful if there was no language barrier.

the room was very cold and if you turn on the AC to heater you need to tolerate the blowing sound. don’t jump under the shower before checking the hot water is working. for winter travellers this could be very annoying. also the bed wasn’t comfortable at all..

great place to stay near the port

nicely decorated and clean rooms, room size just nice. owner arranged for a baby cot for us when he knew we were travelling with a baby. location is walking distance to the port and right next to a famous pizza restaurant downstairs. fun to explore the local market nearby.

need to hire a taxi from station if you are travelling with big luggages. be careful when you step out of the shower as the floors can be quite slippery.

Lovely room in a great location.

Great location in an area close to everything but still quite quiet. Easy to walk to the marina and restaurants. The breakfast was small but great- one of the best coffees I have had and the croissant was delicious.

it is a very clean and nice place, the staff is very helpful in case of any questions. The location was also worth it

The bed was a Twin bed pushed together to make a Double bed, however one of the twin beds was broken and the beds kept separating making it very uncomfortable to sleep as there was a gap in the middle with a sheet over it.

Good price. Location close to the center and harbour. Room had mostly everything you need. Good communication with checkin and checkout.
