I don't think there is something to like, to be honest. Maybe the fact that instead of paying 80€ per night somewhere else, you pay 65€. Anyway, after the visit, you will regret it. Second, the fact that the room was a litlle bit more cleaner than the rest of the house(common areas).

The house stinks. (hallway, kitchen) Very poor cleaning level. Don't even think about using the kitchen appliances,plates or cooking tools from the kitchen. The wardrobe in the room had 1cm. of dust inside. No hangers in the bathrooms. Improvised area on terrace. No privacy. Small bed. Very old and uncomfortable mattress.

Great place to stay if you staying around Corroios, Almada and surrounding, I will highly recommen…

The owner was fantastic, excellent and patient. The gentleman (the owner) helped us with lift because we couldn’t get no taxi or Uber from train station and the gent offered to pick us up and he did. Rooms were very clean and hygienic, my brother took one room in the same day without previews booking because there was empty room. Great place to stay at and nobody bothers nobody. Good experience I had staying the Marialva Park.

Very good place to stay either if you are driving a car or if you like public transports.

Good place to stay. Coming by car (free parking in front of the house), it's easy to find a lot of things, including a very good restaurant (at less than 2 kms), where we shared a very big stuffed crab. Far from the city if you are coming for tourism, not far if you want to use the public transportations and you are coming for other purposes.
