Incrível como nos sentimos tão “em casa”. OBRIGADA

A simpatia dos funcionários, a decoração do tema da casa onde ficamos hospedados (África), a piscina interior, a casinha para os mais pequenos, o pequeno almoço… enfim… Tudo 🤭

A única coisa negativa foi a meteorologia mesmo que não nos deixou usufruir de tudo🤷‍♀️

Perfekter Urlaub in toller Unterkunft

Überdurchschnittlich tolles Frühstück, die Zimmer waren sauber, klimatisiert und schön eingerichtet. Die Pools sind super sauber und groß, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt Wellness und ein Spielezimmer mit Billard, Tischkicker zur kostenlosen Verfügung. Das Restaurant sollte auch unbedingt ausprobiert werden!

Lovely mountain stay

The views and the location are quite stunning. The two bedroom cottage we were in was very nice. The semi-private pool was also very nice.

Getting to the main office and the hotel restaurant including breakfast is a drive. The Google map instructions when you initially get there take you to your cottage location, not the check-in. Apparently this has been a problem for some time with people showing up at the wrong place but they have not sorted it.

It was exactly what we needed.

The very new and clean houses with small garden and semi private pool. And off course the view is inbelievable!

I think the staff can improve on their English.

Nice relaxing place

Beautiful area near the national park, comfortable apartment with everything you need during holidays, unique atmosphere, breathtaking view into the valley

Superb

Nice, new, cozy apartment, it has all one needs for a holiday - from hairdryer to kitchen wear. The view from the apartment is stunning. Overall very peaceful and quiet.

The main reception and restaurant is a few kilometres away which was not mentioned anywhere while booking.

Very good

The accommodation was really modern and lived up to expectations. I think the the place would be absolutely lovely for the summer as it has a pool right next to it. The breakfast was lovely and had great variety. Also the accommodation was within a decent drive to the national park.

Deposit release (200EUR) took a month although it should take up to few banking days. I had to contact the hotel several times only to receive an answer that I need to give it more time. All the other deposits (from other hotel, car rental etc.) was returned within 2 banking during our visit to Portugal so I refuse to believe this particular one had anything to do with my bank. I think it would have been nice to be informed about the alarm system when we picked up the keys from the reception as it was quite a shock to try to figure it out without any instructions and the alarm ringing in our ears. The drive up to the reception (and for the breakfast) is up to a steep hill so if you're not comfortable with driving on narrow roads, this might not be the dream place for you.

Comfortable stay and great location starting point to explore the area

Amazing views from our house. Private feel, although pool is shared with 3 other houses. The house is very clean, good equiped kitchen. good service staff available on the main location.

The main location is 5 min drive on narrow mountain road. We didn’t mind, but good ti be aware. We therefor also chose not to have the breakfast included, as we would need to go to the main location.

Five star holiday!

Absolutely everything! Perfect location with fantastic views of the valley and river. Super friendly staff at the reception and great waiter in the restaurant. Best food I have eaten during our stay in Portugal and reasonably priced. we will definitely be back.

Amazing and quiet stay

A perfect stay in a quiet place with a fantastic view. The infinite pool in the nearby Pousadela is just out of this world. And the staff is amazing. Special mention to Vitória working in the restaurant for being the perfect host

Well equipped house with a fantastic view for a relaxing holiday.

The house was very well equipped (induction cooker, rain shower, wide double bed). The view from the balcony was fantastic. The internet connection (Wi-Fi) was also excellent. Overall, the house offers everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The service of the reception was also perfect, they were available for all questions and requests.

It would be nice to have a few more hanging options for towels in the bathroom and also one or two coat hooks in the hallway. The problem with the good internet connection was a rather loud fibre switch, which could also be heard in the bedroom.

Miguel was amazing, very informative and helpful. He recommend a hike trail they turned out to be fantastic. The place is beautiful and peaceful.

You need to pick up the keys from the reception, which is 10 min drive from the apartment with uncomfortable and curvy roads...

Lovely accommodation in a breathtaking location

The location is absolutely stunning and elevates the experience to another level. The house was very well equipped and amazingly clean/disinfected. The reception staff were amazingly kind and helpful.

The staff at the restaurant were unpleasant, intimidating and unprofessional. Since the restaurant played a big role in our stay, it ruined part of the overall experience as we felt unwelcome by the restaurant staff.

Great stay, beautiful view

Nice little houses, greatly equipped with a beautiful view over the valley and river. Would love to get back here in different seasons and enjoy the pool as well

Beautiful, perfect location!!

The house is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable; the property has a very nice swimming pool, barbecue and a tennis court. But the best of all is the location, the view is simply amazing!!
