the long stay tenants are a big problem , one yelling out profenities during the night, someone smoking drugs that you have no option but to smell in your room as all the roof spaces link up. The guy next door to me smoking outside my room constantly and slathering over younger female stayers this place was not for the faint hearted couldn't wait to leave.

Beautiful garden, wooden terrace with amazing views of the sunset and delicious food. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.
The host Sam is fantastic, super helpful and gave us a lot of tips about our trip. He is also a very fun guy and we spent some time chatting with him and his lovely wife during our dinners.
Speaking of dinners, here we probably had the best food of all our trip in Cambodia - Sam's wife is a very talented cook!

Comfortable bed, effective AC, excellent breakfast, very reasonable price, friendly owners and staff.
Sometimes difficult to get a tuk tuk into town.

A beautiful home stay in a village near the river. The property is among plenty of trees and has a beautiful garden. The room was very nice with a fan and optional AC but I didn't need it. Muy and Sam were very helpful and kind, and Thomas who also lives on the property is very friendly and a wonderful chef! Wonderful experience!
I personally liked the distance from the city center since I like my peace and quiet, but keep this in mind if you're looking to visit pub street frequently.

Sam & Moi (wife) are hospitable and friendly. The other long stayers are very sociable and will answer your questions if you need anything.

Room was a good size with a comfortable bed.
Was quite expensive for what it was. Bathroom wasn't very clean. No bin so had to keep all the rubbish in a pile.

The family was amazingly friendly and interesting.
The location is in an authentic Cambodian village, if u wana experience real Khamer culture and hospitality, its a perfect place.

Excellent host; very welcoming and approachable. Feels like one of a family member:). Other guests are super friendly too. Mey and her family work so hard to maintain their property.
The location is excellent. A little outside (6KM) from the city center and it has the Cambodian rural Vibe.
The rooms are clean and spacious:). limited food options but the hosts serve them with passion and love.
P.S. carry mosquito repellent creams/sprays.
I was expecting more relaxing areas outdoors for example hammocks, beanbags etc to lay and read, relax etc.
The shower water pressure would have been better.

We visited the homestay with my wife, we looked a quiet place in the coutryside, and it was a best coise. The area is so beautiful, and authentic, not far from the city center. The room was also amazing, realy clean, and comfy, in a good prise. Its a familyar place, evrybody is so helpful and kind. The food was amazing, the family cook very delicious, and we spent some nice dinner with they, with fantastic talkings and interesting topics about the Cambodian culture.

Probably the best I ever seen. Excellent quality/price and the family is very happy and friendly. It's a green area with animals.
The panel at the entrance is not easy to see when you arrive at night. To find the property. This could be improved.

We really love to stay with Sam and his family. The homestay is super homey, the people are super friendly and helpful, the three dogs are super cute, and the room is spacious for us. The environment brought us back to our childhood. Surely we will stay here again anytime we travel back to Siem Reap. It's been our favourite place in four months of traveling.
The location is in the middle of everywhere. Not too far from the city centre and you still can feel the rural ambiance. You can reach it just by tuktuk and renmork. It's quiet and serene here.
The bed is a little bit uncomfortable but maybe because both of us super picky and have back and neck problem.

It is a family run homestay which felt very safe and has a very warm vibe, compared to any hotel. The room is spacious and the surrounding are very green.
My wife was "attacked" by a goat which was wandering around freely and none of the people helped her but were just observing amused. :-)
A cleaner kitchen would be a plus.

I usually don't give a 10. But this homestay was simply excellent. Mr Sam and his family were super cool and friendly. He helped us a lot as tourists. I would highly recommend this place if you want the best service in Siem Reap

The beds and pillows were comfortable. We were surprised to find air-conditioning in the room, and it also had a small kitchen area with a fridge and small stove. Might be nice for someone staying a little longer so they can cook. The hosts were very nice and responded straight away with anything we needed. They even rented us a motorbike when we had difficulty arranging transport over the busy new year period. The room was as expected and the property is surrounded by a lovely garden. Not too far from Phnom krom mountain which has great sunset views and it's a reasonable distance from town if you go out in the evening or want to visit Angkor wat.
The only negative of this room was no water heater for the shower. However, it's a homestay so it is not expected. It is very reasonable for the price.

This place is surrounded by nature, so very relaxing place. The staff are friendly and very nice. Sister of the owner told me something about the farm products from this place and that was very interesting and I enjoyed it a lot:)
There are some friendly dogs too.
There are a lot of mosquitoes and I saw two cockroaches in my room, but it’s not something we can do.
I didn’t get shampoo and hair dryer so you probably need to have your own. (Or maybe you can ask to borrow)
Some neighbor do karaoke during day time but not after around 9 pm.
