Чудові елегантні апартаменти із спільною терасою, привітний господар. Розташування - старе місто, поруч історичний центр. Недалеко рибний базар, ресторани і кав'ярні.

Sehr netter Vermieter. Schöne Räumlichkeiten. Gute Lage.
Auch auf unsere mehrfache Bitte wurde die Heizung nicht angeworfen: Es war vor allem im Bad zu kalt.

Beautiful decor and historical building.
Central location. Santo was a fantastic host who made us feel right at home with his history of the house and Catania.
Construction work on archaeological museum started early.

The only thing is that the floor has quite a bit of dust, can be cleaner…

- host is the most wonderful person, he is caring, really engaged in his work, friendly. When there was any problem, we could ask Santo for help and be sure that problem will be solved
- view from window on the lovely three with violet flowers
- perfect WiFi
- comfy bed
- cleaning service
- lift for baggage
- unique climate of building
- close to St. Agatha Basilisk, fish market, Fontaine of elephant, castel Ursino, benedictine monastery
Nothing to complain 😌

Santo the host was a really friendly and open person. The room was very nice in an old historic neighborhood of Catania.
We only saw Santo the first day. It would have been nice to see him the other days as well. But we could always reach him by what's app. For some people the lack of airco might be a problem. But there is a ventilator.

the roof top terrace is amazing

The owner was really nice and happy to give advice and extra info. The building is beautiful, but mind the steep stairs if you have mobility problems, as there’s no lift. Salvo, the owner will help you with your luggage though!
It was unbearably hot in the room. As advertised, there’s no A/C, but the fan is way too small to keep you cool at night and the area is extremely noisy to keep your windows open…
Also, Although it’s quite central, about 15 mins from the Duomo, the area itself is not the prettiest and it’s filthy. The council should really do something about the piles of rubbish around those streets.
2.0
The common areas e.g. lobby, kitchen and balcony/outdoor garden were pleasing.
No air conditioning in the entire building therefore very difficult to stay comfortable during summer months.
Shower, toilet lid and hairdryer were loose/broken in the bathroom.
Location was in the historical area of the city, however area was very dirty and rubbish outside the property for our entire stay.

The host is very kind person, he told everything about the city and the activities we can do. He also booked us taxi while we’re going to airport. The place is at center you can walk to Duomo in 10 mins. It was very clean and I would recommend the place to people.
Place does not have air conditioner but it is also stated in the facility properties. The room has two ventilators so it is enough to sleep in comfort.

Beautiful B&B inside a building demarcated as a historical site. Top floor and thanks to Lovely owner Santos who spent time giving an overview and his mechanized pulley system so we didn't have to carry our luggage up or down. We also used his suggested parking lot which was a must w a rental car.

everything. so beautiful and gorgeous interior design, clean, historic and what I loved the most is its owner Santo. He couldn’t be the better host. He explained many useful things, and helped us organising the transportation. Best!!
