If I had imagined a perfect stay in the area, it would have been this. Absolutely great!

Spacious apartment, very clean, stylish and authentic embracing the local touch, very well equipped. There was nothing that I wished that was not there already, for example: it was a little cold in January - I found a radiator; I forgot to bring towel for the beach - there was one available that I used; I had to work - wi-fi worked perfectly and it was easy to transform the living room table in an ad-hoc office; I needed to take a break or to catch some sun - in front of the building there is a little precious garden with a stunning view. I found water in the fridge and fresh fruits, which was amazing. And Diony was just great, very supportive and attentive. In terms of location, there is a direct bus to El Médano (bus station very close), there is a super nice local restaurant one street above and it is closed to the center of Granadilla. I adored my staying there, muchas gracias!

Honestly, even if I try to find something, even a little small, there isn’t. Perfect 100%.

Cozy experience in Canary Islands

This apartment stands out as one of the most pleasing places we have stayed during our travels. The area is beautiful offering wonderful sunrise views from the balcony. Everything was clean. The bed, more on the harder side, was perfect for our sleep(we really liked it). The kitchen is fully equipped as at home, allowing us to prepare some food for departure and fresh orange juice from oranges bought at the Mercadona, a supermarket at an 11-minute walk according to Google Maps. The host was very nice, he created maps in our native language—a very nice gresture. His map recommendations for places to visit and dine were really good; we tried a restaurant in Granadilla that was wonderful. Additionally, upon arrival, we were greeted with a delightful assortment of fruits, water, and wine. Overall, this holiday experience ranks as one of our best.

While the location can easily be accessed by bus, there were instances when the bus schedule wasn't followed, causing us to wait up to an hour in the station. I highly suggest considering renting a car for your holiday, especially because there are charming towns near Granadilla that aren't reachable by bus but are truly stunning.

Fantastic host, very welcoming, roomy, comfortable flat perfect for couples

Very easy to check in with a nice welcome bottle of wine and fresh fruit etc. Good facilities nearby. Easy parking. Nice balcony. Very cool inside the flat even when hot outside.

Loved our stay in our hillside idyll and Diony should be complimented on his attention to detail.

We had a good wonderful reception from Diony. He had thought of everything even marking up a map for us of the island detailing the must-sees and recommended restaurants. We followed his advice - the restaurants were outstanding. There was wine on the table and cava in the cooler and a lovely fruit bowl. Sensibly coffee and basic necessities can be found in the cupboards. We replaced the coffee with new jars for the next people.

Nothing really. Guests should understand that they will be off the beaten tourist track. The people in the town are very welcoming and friendly. You do need to try and speak a little Spanish.

Wonderful apartment for vacation

Property was quite clean and located in perfect location! We had access to all major/famous places. Highway was approximately 10 minutes away. Apartment had all equipment even kitchen machine to make smoothies. We enjoyed every single minute in that apartment. Big Thanks to Diony he helped us with all necessary information. Diony already had a prepared list what we might visit and explained how transportation, visit to El Teide etc. works. There are two major supermarket near by and a lot of restaurants. Week after they changed all towels in the apartment.

Great stay

Stayed at Marody House 4 nights and really enjoyed it. Friendly host contacted me via WhatsUp before arrival and turned up to give us keys and explain everything. Apartment was very spacious, nice bathroom with shower and hot water, plenty of towels. Everything was clean and wi-fi worked well. Beds were comfy, it was quiet during nights and bedroom windows had mosquito nets. Kitchen area has probably everything you need (large fridge, kettle, microwave, little oven, plates, cups, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar), perfect for longer stays. Supermarket nearby, free easy parking on the road just outside. The location seemed safe and quiet. It's about 15 min drive to the airport, 1 hr to Teide, and about 20 min to Los Cristianos. Thank you for complimentary bowl of fruits, cookies, bottle of water, wine and Cava. Overall very happy with our stay and would stay there again.

The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and the location was quiet and convenient. Our host Diony was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Excellent location to Granadilla Village, amenities, authentic restaurants and pleasant walks.

highly recommended!

It is one of the best places I have ever been: quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable, equipped with everything, well furnished excellent location on the island (near the airport and El Medano beach), free parking along the road just in front of the main entrance. the bed is very comfortable, the balcony offers an incredible view of the sea and the red mountain. in the kitchen there is any type of appliance, from the washing machine to the refrigerator, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee machine ... but the thing that made our stay super is Dionny, the owner of the house, incredibly kind and helpful, ready to help us with every need, to give us directions and advice, even the weather forecast! I recommend everyone to stay here!

if I have to say something I didn't like, it's the jet of water in the bathroom sink

Everything was perfect, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, and very clean. the host was super helpful and nice, he allowed us to change our booking dates when we had an emergency even though it was unrefundable. He helped us a lot with recommendations of places to see, restaurants and typical food and drinks. All in all it was an amazing stay :)

Good location and host. Away from the main tourist areas but close enough to get places easily.

Marody House is on the outskirts of a small town that has good facilities and is on a good bus route. There is a good quality fast food restaurant at street level, several nice restaurants in town and several good supermarkets. The accommodation has everything you will need. It's clean and well decorated, and everything works. It's a nice place to come home to if you want a good base for excursions. The host is great - checked in with us most days, in a friendly but unobtrusive way. Helped us to sort out a problem with a taxi booking (which was mainly caused by our poor Spanish!). Diony gives the impression of an old-school concierge who would have helped us with just about anything if the need arose.

No downsides for us. A couple of tips for others, who might have different needs: read the descriptions of the different apartments carefully and pay a bit extra for the balcony and sea view if that's important to you. Some might find the sitting area a touch cramped if you are looking for somewhere to spend a lot of time relaxing. No problem to us as we were out every day and just wanted somewhere secure and well-appointed to come back to each night.

Great host, clean adequate apartment, quiet location.

Very welcoming host. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Excellent location. Host very responsive to needs (e.g. we ran out of propane, immediately replaced).

The info online was misleading: photos show nice balcony and views. Instead the apartment was dark, no balcony, most windows facing shafts in between the houses. No mountain view. Too many trinkets for our taste.
