Great location and helpful, kind staff

Location and the staff were excellent

Room 2 had a shower head that would work only if it was hand held. TV had very poor sound and bad reception. We did not get room service on our second day.

Amazing staff, consistently cheerful and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We were offered a room upgrade due to a leaking ceiling in the original room. Conveniently situated by the river, close to numerous shops, restaurants, and bars, with a delightful swimming pool.

Endroit très sympa à condition de faire un mur afin d’être protégé du bruit !

Hélas pour dormir c’est une autre affaire car juste à côté de l’hôtel il y a un resto extérieur et un karaoké donc boules quies indispensables et cela avait lieu tous les jours jusqu’à 2 heures du mat. Le petit déjeuner était acceptable, rien de trop …

Clean, comfortable big room. Great pool, A substantial hot breakfast included. Staff very nice and helped with transportation and activities. Had a great time - thank you!

Tolle Lage. Besonders der Pool hat uns gut gefallen.

Very nice little hotel with a great pool and comfortable rooms.

Very nice little hotel on the fringe of downtown Kampot. Nice rooms and comfy beds. There is nothing 'Boutique' about this hotel, but it's comfortable, the rooms are well appointed and the central pool is nice.

The hotel is a little far away from downtown Kampot but it's still walkable distance.

The Best Hotel in Kampot

Pippali was an oasis of luxury in Kampot. I really did not see any other hotel that could compete with its facilities and quality of hospitality in Kampot. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the pool was out of this world, the rooms are spacious and light and food is of the highest quality. There was nothing too much trouble for the staff to deliver. I cannot recommend enough a stay at Pippali.

Avoid, go elsewhere

Loud music from bar/club next door, DJ yelling into the mic, from afternoon to late night. Earplugs were not sufficient to block the noise and vibration. Beds were hard and AC was not functional. Faucet was rickety and the bathroom dirty. Regretted staying here.

Warm, Friendly, Clean, and Comfortable!

This is an absolute gem of a hotel on the river in Kampot. The rooms are large and comfortable and clean, the pool is a completely lovely and shaded oasis in the middle of town, the restaurant and food wonderful. But it is the entire staff who truly sell it. Every single one of them warm and friendly and welcoming. I never walked in without being greeted with a “welcome home!” And Sreymom and Mala made my stay complete. I will miss everyone here as I continue my travels.

a lovely pool and setting. staff & breakfast is great! very limited veg options in the menu.

Mosquitos - but not sure if they can do anything about it! It is a lovely boutique hotel but has very noisy neighbours which is a little off putting. if you have your ac & fan on then you can just about drown out the noise.

Beautiful setting, lovely pool. Breakfasts were yummy. Staff are wonderful, caring & attentive to your needs! Courtney is an absolute gem!!

Easy walk to town

Super location and easy walk into town. Friendly, helpful staff. Pool great especially after a long walk. We have stayed here several times just for these reasons.

Nice spot, cozy hotel. The street may get (very) noisy during daytime, especially if there’s a holiday going on.

Avoid the fried rice in the breakfast menu — it’s not even trying to be fried rice. Can’t say much about the other options, but the eggs are fine.

Great if you are seeking a place close to the town. Good variety of food; I enjoyed the fried seabass very much. Staff is super firendly and helpful. Facilities are clean; shower is warm and works well.

The price was too high compared to other places around, but then not all places have a restaurant... I would say this hotel is a safe option if you do not have much time for research. There are only few sunbeds by the pool, so seats are not always available when you want. A bit noisy, close to a busy road.
