Im Apartment alles in Ordnung. im Poolbereich war die Dusche Inaktseptabel die Toilette in die Jahre gekommen. wir waren schon mind. 6mal in den letzten 10 Jahren zu Gast also wir wissen von was wir sprechen

A pleasant stay that could have been better. Pro Shop personnel need to do better.

The apartments manager (Cindy) was particularly pleasant to interact with. She assist when we needed certain items for the apartment. She gave direction for where we should go to receive assistance for certain things.

The Checking in process. Despite completing the car and person details on the Compuscan forms, these forms were not provided to the security gate personnel. So we had to complete these forms again upon arrival, which I found completely unacceptable. The reception at the Pro Shop was particularly rude and un-ccommodative to guests. Their service left a lot to be desired as compared to other golf estates where I play golf around KZN and the country.

location, spacious than most, well equipped for self catering and secure in lovely estate.

linen was old and stained, window blinds dusty, no plans for load shedding.

Neat, comfortable and ideal for golfers.

Apartment is clean, comfortable and well furnished. It’s very well situated within the golf estate (across the road from pool / jungle gym). The pool area is a wonderful place to relax, especially with kids.

As non-golfers, the issue was more with Prince’s Grant than the apartment. Access to the beach is a fuss and the beach itself isn’t great for swimming. The sea is pretty rough. Practical issues with the apartment. Internet is unstable. Apartment is small for bad weather days.

Prince Grant golf estate

The view of the golf course and the beach. The clubhouse food was amazing. Great security.

The accomodation did not meet expectations. The flat...although self catering...had the owners clothes in the the cupboards in the bedrooms( which can make you feel like you are intruding)the bathrooms extractors and drain were not clean and had mould and dirt in them. The garage was covered in mould and water damage.The TV has a blue line down the center. The entire flat had a smell like there was a fire 🔥 that was made inside of it. Did not enjoy my experience.

Secure, easy access to the beach (car required)

Apartment in a secure golf estate, easy access to a pool and to the beach. Loadshedding was always a little bit of a hassle, maybe a rechargeable torch/light would help. Cindy was easy to communicate with.

The apartment felt very moist and you could see that on the wall too, makes me feel uncomfortable. Breathing in the air while sleeping affected our whole family unfortunately.

It wasn’t easy to get the keys at the gate.

The security at the gate were sullen and unhelpful. I very nearly went home and gave up trying to get in. Princes Grant need to have a look at how they treat guests. Not good enough for a good estate.

Simple check in process. Although they did not have our booking at reception.

The reception administrator was average.

The unit pictures create a seaview impression. The sea cannot be seen from the unit. You need to climb long steep outside stairs to go into the unit - you can get seriously injured. Carrying luggage and food upstairs is a nightmare.

Beautiful Place we real loved it.

The personnel is not helpful. When we had to check in nobody knew which unit was for us had to call the owner myself while the keys were left with them again In the morning when we had to go out the power went off and the garage do could not open when we phone the receptionist for assistance we did not get any and we were not informed of power cut off atleast we would have parked the car outside earlier.
