The hotel is located in a small lane. The place is clean, bright and maintained by the staff very well. We had the family connecting room and loved the decor. A special shout out to Ivy at the front desk, for helping us out with our visa issue. Thankyou Ivy! The breakfast spread was simple but enough. They provided vegetarian options on request for us.
There is no restaurant available in the hotel after breakfast. But we managed with Grab.
Since we were there on a major holiday, there was a party next door, who were loud with karaoke. Thankfully they stopped around 11.00pm

The beds were so comfortable, it was in a good location close to everything we needed! The staff was very helpful and we loved the buffet breakfast offered!
We couldn’t fault it!

The staff was very friendly and engaging. They even engaged with our toddler during breakfast so we could eat when he was restless. They were also willing to help us order food when we arrived late and helped speak to our grab driver to ensure we were taken to the correct terminal at the airport.
The lobby is spacious and has a sitting area.
Our room was comfortable, spacious, and clean.
Breakfast was tasty; although there were limited options, we enjoyed the meal.
The location is down an alley which wasn't bad but the main road was very busy. We walked the area a little bit and there are small convenience stores and restaurants/coffee shops nearby but part of the sidewalk was pulled up for remodeling so we turned back. We used grab to go to district 1.

Property is so nice, clean and stylish. But the best thing for me was how helpful Florence, the great lady at the reception was 😊 She answered all our questions and spoke English very well. She even sent out the stuff we forgot in our room to the airport after us. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much for a great stay 🙏🏻👍😃
Nothing!

Sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal, besonders Ivy und Florance.
Zimmer gut, Badezimmer auch. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstück.
Die Lage ist in einem Gebiet, welches etwas abgelegen ist. Man muss immer Taxi fahren.
Gegenüber ist eine Kirche, die offen ist und man hört insbesondere Sonntags stundenlang kirchliche Gesänge.
Im Zimmer 66 läuft ständig, insbesondere nachts ein Gerät, das stört sehr.

unfortunately, staff doesn’t speak English at all.

I've stayed at the hotel for 10 days and during all the time all members of staff were very friendly and helpful to me. Especially I'd like to highlight the receptionist Ha and his colleague Tom, many thanks for your professionalism and hospitality! The breakfast would not be as boujee but I enjoyed a good variety of fresh and tasty fruit, toasts, little croissants and omelette that can be cooked upon request. Also a plus for me that the hotel has only about 20 rooms meaning it is usually quit and always available a separate table for breakfast even though the eating area is pretty small but nice and cozy.
In terms of price the place could be not so cheap for some people as the hotel is a 3 star so do not expect luxury in the room (however, it was nice, clean and cozy). Also the location was a bit too far for me from the centre and a pretty busy road is not too far away (in my room it was quite and no noise).

If you are looking for a good hotel with comfortable mattress, quality breakfast, and clean rooms and not willing to use a pool - its a great choic. Bed, food and service are like in a good 4* hotel, combined with a reasonable price of small hotel. It wasn't possible to find similar quality hotel on our dates and we extended for 1 more night. Breakfast buffet not too various, what is reasonable for small hotel. The hotel's staff was so kind to cook for us some extra items, when the breakfast time was already over. Rooms are really clean, what is exceptional for Asia. Location a bit away from city center, but we used Mango Taxi to travel around landmarks, so it wasn't an issue. Highly recommend!

The artist rooms on the 7th floor had access to a large balcony with a good view where we could spend our time drinking local beer. Rooms were clean and had good lighting. The included breakfast was excellent. The location was inexpensive and quiet considering how close it looks on a map to a major highway at the end of the street. Walking to downtown HCMC is certainly doable but we may be more adventurous than most and HCMC is not exactly pedestrian friendly. Grab rides back from the city are cheap.
The location doesn't have a lot of dining options nearby that are open late.

Although the location was not in central Saigon, we enjoyed it a lot as it offered a respite from the city and there were many local food places nearby.

We were upgraded to room with sun terrace which was great - perfect for an afternoon doze in the sunshine
Didn't get a chance to have breakfast but it looked great - fresh fruit, made to order omelettes, pastries etc
The drain smell in the kitchen area - the sink had bits of food in the plug hole. When you opened the cupboard under the sink (where the fridge is) the smell of drains was over powering.

Lovely decor, helpful staff and quiet environment
the location is far from the tourist attractions but on the other hand it is nice to be away from noise in the city centre

The hotel is quaint and small.
The room was littered with ants, showed video to receptionist next day but was not offered refund or any compensation. I had to rush to another hotel so didn't put up a fight. There was one male front desk guy that work there at night, he was extremely rude. Laid on the couch watching videos on his phone as guest came in and out. Dont be fooled by pictures.

It was well maintained, the lift worked well and everything was clean and tidy. The breakfasts were excellent as were the staff.
The hotel was some way from District 1 where most things were happening.

Really pretty and modern but cozy rooms with a great bed.

Everything. Comfort, hospitality, staff and service. The breakfast is amazing. An absolutely beautiful boutique hotel who’s surroundings belies what you find inside. Calm, unique, extraordinary such an escape from the frantic pace and noise of the city and offers so much more individuality than the monster hotel chains you find in district one.
Nothing. The location could be closer to the city centre, but then it would lose its charm and appeal to the more adventurous traveller. You visit a new city, you need to see more than city centre. Binh Than is at the heart of an up and coming district which is only a £3.00 Grab ride to get to district one.

Beautifully designed hotel. It felt very personal and like a retreat in the city. The neighbourhood is super interesting with its little alleyways to explore and great views from the shared balcony over the city. Breakfast was great.
We liked everything.
