owner is a thief.
to the person who review and was robbed. so was I. I was actually in the apartment when your review went live. contact your credit card company. they will help.
there was pubic hair in the bed, blood on the bed sheets, stains on the bottom sheet. the shower flooded and what came out of the drain was horrific. we left about being there 2 hours. notified owner, notified booking .com. owner promised a refund. he went silent. I told booking. com to take property off site. still waiting on refund. booking offered me 15%. to anyone who booked this place and was robbed by the owner. contact your credit card company and they will get on the case.

WARNING WARNING THIS GUY IS A THIEF AND FRAUDULENT
I booked this place for 3 nights costing well over £500, I was at the property bang on check in time. I rang the number listed for check in NO ANSWER, I rang and messaged 20 times and to this day I have not had a reply and he has kept my money.

really good location for town.nice apartment- seems to have recently gone through a refresh as smell of paint still lingered.Easy to get into. Comfortable beds and sofas. William very easy to speak to for any issues and queries
Only minor issues-Toilet didn’t flush in main upon arrival however sorted soon enough. Tiny bit too tall for the main bed. Could have done with a guide on how to turn heating off as was v warm at points.

Location
Would not recommend this apartment to anyone heading to Belfast. Booking.com advertise this apartment as being professionally cleaned between guest stays. If the apartment had been cleaned as claimed then the cleaners should be changed. There was a clump of hair and dental floss stick in a bedroom drawer. Clumps of hair, a toothpick and hair grip on the stained carpet in the bedroom and lounge. There were broken thermostatic valves on a couple of the radiators. Kitchen worktops and chopping board were dirty/stained, the fridge was dirty, mugs were dirty, crockery dirty, dried food on dining table, stale food left in kitchen cupboards, the sofa and chair were broken One of the bath towels was stained. The shower in the ensuite was broken, the shower in the main bathroom leaked onto the bathroom floor. The flat was unclean, grubby and neglected. Spoke to the owner on two occasions who said he was trying to sort things out but failed to do so before we left. Pictures attached -more available

the location was very good
The apartment and the building were in poor condition. Broken furniture, dirty carpet, and the entry area looked like no one had cleaned it in months. Freezer unusable due to being packed with frost. Parking was very limited.

The property is very convenient, and quiet in the university area of Belfast, close to shops, restaurants and easy walk to the heart of the city and all attractions. Bus connections are good also. The kitchen is well appointed and having the washing machine was very helpful. The beds are comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. Very simple check in using the key box and communications with owner were good with prompt responses.
Just a couple of minor things need attention
- the freezer was iced up, probably due to previous tenants leaving the door open
- the plug is missing in kitchen sink
- some of the floor tiles in the main bathroom are loose and a couple have cracked
- there is a small leak from under glass shower screen in main bathroom, that needs to be sealed

The apartment is very comfortable and warm. Kitchen is well equipped and showers are brilliant. William responded to any queries immediately ahead of the trip. Very easy check in.
The description says there is private parking. There isn’t. There are two visitor spots which were both taken when I was there so had to park on the street.

Simplistic check in. Speed of host to reply to queries. Great service. 1 of our party left an expensive jacket behind and the host reached out soon as the cleaning staff told him. Meant we had time to go back for it before leaving Belfast.

Cozy apartment in a great location.

Convenient location for visiting son at queens uni. Comfy beds and good shower rooms. Quiet
The soft furnishings and carpets were rather grubby and could do with a clean. For a self catering appartment, there was a lack of crockery, pans and glasses. We resorted to buying a teapot and some wine glasses from a charity shop! There not enough bowls for a meal and only 1 teaspoon. For some reason we could not get BBC channels on the tv. I texted the number in the file in the flat, but got no reply. We were unable to put our rubbish out, as we couldnt find the bins.

Great location. Reasonably priced. Apartment itself was clean
We had great difficulty accessing apartment. We also weren’t provided with sufficient toilet roll. Tea and coffee also would be much appreciated. The entrance area to the apartment wasn’t particularly clean and had an odour but apartment itself was very clean
