Hôtel dans l'esprit Ibis. Manque un peu de peps, assez sombre et vieillot.

Emplacement situé en face de la Gare de trains "Casa Voyageurs" et à deux pas du Centre Commercial "Tachfine". Personnel accueillant :)

Portique anti-métaux placée à l'entrée de l'hôtel qui sonne de manière assourdissante dès qu'on y passe (sans qu'il y ait un garde ?) ; la chambre qui sentait légèrement la cigarette ; la toilette qui présentait des poils. Faire attention aux rue sombres autours de l'hôtel, pickpockets qui rodent en scooter (chose que les locaux eux-mêmes m'ont prévenu).

Хороший отель, мы получили то что ожидали и планировали.

Гостиница рядом с ж/д вокзалом Casa Voyager, также рядом трамвайная остановка. Приветливый персонал. Интересные номера. До медины далековато, лучше пользоваться такси.

В нашем номере одна из кроватей была очень неустойчивой, матрас сдвигался и проваливался. Все чуть-чуть старенькое, хочется обновить.

Great hotel. Perfect for arrival/departure Casablanca.

This is our second stay at Ibis Casa Voyageurs. Great, clean hotel, coffee/bar in the lobby is very convenient. Few restaurants in the area, also McDonalds and Starbucks at the train station. Bus station 5-10min away with taxi and (our main reason why we book it every time) right in front of the train station. Even if you have an early flight or late arrival, it is much more convenient and cheap to get the train to/from the airport. You can buy the train ticket also when you arrive at the hotel and you can travel hassle-free on the next day. The staff was very helpful and they let us check out later, so we didn't have to stay too long at the airport. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to/from Casablanca.

ارجو من الادارة الاعتناء بالتطوير وخفض القيمة الايجارية

1- الموقع استراتيجي 100% 2- مخازن للامتعة مقابل 2 يورو لمدة يوم في حل لم تحصل على تمديد لموعد الخروج 3- تعاون بعض موظفين الاستقبال وليس الكل 4- اتساع دورة المياة 5- الفندق مجدد 6- الروف/السطح جميل

1- عدم وجود عوازل صوت لدرجة انك تستيقظ مفزوع من نومك من اصوات الصرف الصحي من سقف الغرفة ناهيك عن الجيران وتخشى ان يسمعك الاخرين ايضا 2- للاسف تتزايد روائح الصرف الصحي تفوح في الغرف وفي مدخل الفندق خاصة في المساء وعدم وجود شفاطات لدورات المياه 3- عدم توفر شطاف في دورة مياة 4- سلوك بعض موظفين الاستقبال سلوك غير مرحب 5- عدم توفر خدمات الغرف او التدبير المنزلي بعد الساعة 2 ظهرا 6- السرير غير مريح بتاتا واحذر لانه تسبب في مشاكل في رقبتي وطلبت موظف الاستقبال الفترة الصباحية ولكن لا يوجد بديل 7- السعر جدا مبالغ فيه وان كان في الموسم

Lots of other hotels near the station to choose from.

Location was good for travelling on to the airport. Lots of cafes nearby.. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Reception Staff could have been more friendly. Not at all helpful. Did not provide 5:15am wake up call on day of departure despite two requests to do so.Breakfast was not worth the money.. Have never been critical in a hotel review before but staff obviously didn't want to be there.

Good location but prices are towards higher side

The only thing which is in favour of hotel is it's location. It is just besides of casa vote gour railway station. You doesn't need a taxi to reach your hotel if you get down at this station

The staff remain very busy all the time. You can't expect much help from them.

Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast, and excellent front desk staff Mr. Abdurrahim

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel. Front Desk staff Abdurrahim was extremely professional and helpful. very clean and convenient hotel located right in front of the Casa Voyageurs train station. The rooms are small, but all needs for a brief stay are met. excellent breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Location is the only reason to stay here... Indoor environment is unhealthy.

It was right next to the train station.

I had a severe allergic reaction to the amount of mold and mildew in the room within 1 hour after arriving. Staff surly and inhospitable. I requested a receipt and was scowled at by front desk staff. AC was not functioning. Shower smelled like urine.

I wouldn’t come back

The only good thing that is close to the station, otherwise i wouldn’t go next time

It is extremely bad, the personal wasn’t friendly with minimum face expressions, the hotel room didnt have a face towel only 2 very worn out small towels that supposed to be for shower.. the bed wasn’t clean and still had some stains.

Very convenient to get a taxi from. Train stn is walking distance. Many cafe in surrounding areas.

It has great location right across the train station

I had booked a room double bed months ago and when we arrived the receptionist told us there was no room with double bed because the hotel was full. I explained her that is the reason I had booked months ago a room how is it possible not to have it? She had a look and seconds after magically there was a room double bed.

Superb

It's a really decent hotel in a great location. Perfect if you need to catch the train to the airport early in the morning. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very nice.

Good Location for Train Travel, Basic Room. (Breakfast Below Average)

Great location, next to train station, with tram stop and red taxi waiting outside, easy to get into city centre. Standard room, enough for staying one night and catch early train in the morning. Great view looking over Casa train station, sunset and sunrise.

The room smells like someone smoked here. Breakfast was expected from 7am, but no one was there, and no food except helping myself a coffee. The reception man helped to bring a cold plate with some pastry, small yogurt, two slices of cheese and ham (didn't felt fresh).
