Charming apartment in a cute little town close enough to walk to restaurants and shops.

The host was friendly and the apartment was charming and cute. She did give us a space heater to use when we told her the heat wasn't working.

The bed was not super comfortable and the heat was not working. There is a bit of a musty/damp smell especially in the shower room.

Leider nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprechend

Die Größe der Wohnung war vollkommen ausreichend und hat für uns 2 Personen gepasst. Wir hatten einen eigenen Eingang und konnten direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße parken. Es gab einen kleinen Geschirrspüler. Wir haben letzten Endes nur die Nächte dort verbracht. Es war in Ordnung aber wir würden es nicht wieder buchen wollen.

Es war dort ziemlich feucht und leider nicht so sauber wie erhofft. Den Kühlschrank mussten wir nochmal auswischen und die Töpfe etc kamen erstmal in den Geschirrspüler. Besteck war sehr wenig vorhanden. Die Dusche könnte definitiv einen neuen Duschkopfvertragen. Der sieht nicht mehr so lecker aus. Das Wasser war leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Es schmeckte und roch nach Chlor. Dementsprechend mussten wir sogar mit Mineralwasser kochen.

Lovely place to stay

A very nice, big apartment. Huge, comfortable bed and a big shower space. Lovely arrangements. Lovely owner of the apartment.

The apartment was unusually spacious with a large kitchen, big walk in shower and a big hall area. The host was friendly and helpful, resolved our complaint of no internet within a minute.

The toilet is far from the bed which makes for some adventurous stumbling in the dark.

4 nights in Wülfrath

The host was really friendly and the apartment was very clean. The apartment is also located in a good area where everything was near you.

We didn't like the bed and the sofa bed as it was not comfortable. We had pain all over my body from that. The bathroom was separated from the toilet und it was too cold...in the toilet room only cold water comes out from the sink .....we were not happy with that. In overall we think this place is more suitable for couples or friends but not for those with a children.

Very good

I was sceptical about the apartment as I knew it was in a cellar, but it was arranged very cleverly, whereby the windows had special lights which made it seem as though the sunshine was always shining in! A truly fantastic idea :-) There was also a lovely lighting display/picture on the wall at one end which also created a fantastic ambience. Very cosy, stylish and comfortable. The hostess is a most charming, kind and fascinating lady and I was even lucky enough, together with my dog, to be welcomed into her part of the house and meet her friends who also were both interesting and with great energies. A truly touching experience for me.

I did miss having a sofa in the main room. There was only one in the entrance hall room which I didn’t feel like hanging out in. I also felt it was a shame that there was neither hot water nor heating in the toilet which also had to be used as a bathroom, as the shower room only had a shower in it.
