The view compound at all is clean, the villa was a good place for relaxing and we enjoyed our accommodation.
Not close to the pool, need a car to go to pool or sea.
We paid extra for water and electricity but it’s small value.

Joseph has been a nice host, very supportive and available. We recommend his place.
The apartment can be kept clean easily ( no carpet floors etc) but but obviously some guests have not paid attention so its condition is wearing down ( shower and kitchen need overhaul soon etc)

The location is perfect
When I shower It take many time to let the water go that make the Bathroom dirty.

The villa is spacious, has a lovely shared garden and great access to the beach where you can snorkel and see coral and lovely fish - the beach is guarded and looked after well. The kitchen is a proper kitchen and there are two toilets - one on the ground floor and one upstairs. Air con great. If you need to go to Hurghada I would recommend - all the vital facilities and good value. Washing machine very useful. Wifi excellent. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day at the hotel next door in the complex for free. The villa owner is very interesting and helpful and drove us to the supermarket when we arrived.
The villa is set in a large complex with it's own barriered entrance. The site is still being built on and is not very safe - paths are dug up a lot - my husband fell in a uncovered man hole and gashed is leg quite badly. Children would be OK alone in the garden but not out of the front of the villa because of this. The villa itself is showing signs of age but is fine for a week. It feels like someone lives there some of the time - there were odd personal things around the place. The shower unit was full of debris and we had to sweep it out and the oven was dirty. All the furniture is black so shows the desert dust very quickly but that's no-ones fault but it didn't help the villa feel clean. Access to the private beach is by card which you are provided with but the beach is concrete with a covering of builders sand and the other side of the wall the locals rest on half built buildings and building debris which feels wrong. There is a pool but it's not heated and in February was way too cold - there are other pools in the complex but we weren't sure if we could use them. We could not find a supermarket nearby which was difficult although my daughter said she saw one near the end of the holiday. There are a few restaurants nearby which are fine. There are shops within walking distance but are not very appealing and the shop owners will hassle you constantly. Taxis are cheap but watch out for scams (we got caught) and they will often refuse to go through the barrier and up the hill to the villa without further payment. If you do not have a car you will need taxis to get around to see anything although we discovered there doesn't seem to be much to see although would recommend the aquarium and boat trip. We ran out of things to do - virtually all tourists stay in all inclusive resorts. Water/electricity are extra but very cheap but you need to save some cash for this to give to the owner at the end.

The property was sprinkling clean and well equipped. The view and the garden are very nice and we made a nice BBQ in the open air. The beach was clean and not crowded they serve some drinks but we can bring in some snacks, and the sea is really AWESOME for swimming
