Peli e asciugamani

La vicinanza all' acquario e alla stazione dei treni

Dopo aver usato un asciugamani dell'hotel mi sono ritrovata peli umani addosso (forse di una precedente rasatura di qualcos'altro), per fortuna avevo un mio telo, quindi altra doccia e asciugata con quest'ultimo. Ho subito fatto presente in reception l'accaduto, hanno fatto sistemare la stanza ma ho trovato solo 1 asciugami cioè quellà che non avevamo utilizzato .. in stanza eravamo in 2. La cosa peggiore è stata che dopo aver chiesto loro di offrire almeno la colazione visto il disagio creato mi è stato risposto che se avessi fatto una recensione a 10 punti saremmo potuti scendere a fare colazione "offerta da loro". Siamo andati a fare colazione fuori dall'hotel naturalmente. La zona del porto poco raccomandabile

Recht gutes stadthotel am bahnhof.

Lage großartig, direkt am Bahnhof principe. Ausstattung des Zimmers mit vielen Steckdosen und usb-Anschlüssen. Frühstück ok für italienische Verhältnisse. Gutes stadthotel. Tip: ganz in der Nähe extrem günstige Restaurants, gut aber sehr einfach. Kann die teils extrem schlechten Beurteilungen auf anderen Portalen nicht nachvollziehen.

Die alten alufenster sind nicht schallisoliert, daher nachts leider recht laut. Ruhiges Zimmer verlangen.

Rien les lieux sont sales et très vétustes voir insalubres

Hotel très vétuste et sale, lunette des WC et porte douche cassés Fauteuil et tête de lits sales...volets cassés Petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité Cher très cher beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation

Fine for an overnight stay close to the station

I was looking for a hotel close to the station, and this hotel certainly is

The shower fitting was broken. The breakfast was a little disappointing - you had to get your own coffee from a self-service machine and there was only one boiled egg available. The young lady on duty did boil more eggs on request.

Nice place though very pricey

Great location 5 mins walk from Genoa Principe Train station, clean rooms, super breakfast, friendly helpful staff, especially Alia and Alan

Good hotel to stay overnight when in transit through the area.

We liked the great location, the front desk staff who were super helpful and friendly, and the room which provided great pillows, bedding and mattress. Reasonable breakfast.

We don't like the tiny elevator and the stopping system on the floors, which forces guests to always have to go up or down stairs, no matter where they are. Accessibility is nil. Another factor to note is the cleanliness (outside the rooms), which left something to be desired. The size of the shower stall also does not suit overweight people.

No complaints; it was prefect for the purpose intended.

Good breakfast, room was a good size for a solo traveler and value for money. Good location in terms of easy access to places of interest; e.g. Aquarium, cruise departures, shopping .

OK Hotel. Not far from center. Parking facilities in Central Station parking garage, very close to the hotel. Friendly staff. Hotel not far from old city (15 minutes walk). Metro station almost in front of hotel, free at certain hours of the day.

The square in front of the hotel appears to be a gathering place for refugees or homeless people (?). All friendly and harmless people, but provides a strange feeling upon arrival. It takes a couple of hours to get used to it.

Efficient but Spartan stay close to the train station and Porto Antico.

It’s location! i had to manage a heavy suitcase to the train station (Principe) which is only 5 mins away. Close to Porto Antico and all it has to offer. However, the neighborhood is dicey. SO helpful to have the option of buying breakfast on site (and a deal at €5). Mostly unhealthy carbs but great coffee dispenser and I discovered chocolate/pear cake. They also let me consign a suitcase before my stay which was super helpful.

The room. dark, spartan, the lamp that served as a sculpture because it’s cord had been cut, the Motel 6 bathroom with minimal soap.

Good

Breakfast was generous, the hotel was incredibly close to the train station where we arrived from southern Italy. The rooms seemed to have been recently refurbished, and were more modern than I expected.

The lift is located between floors which made things a little more complicated than they should have been for our friends with a baby.

Very small room with worn paint, bathroom, smoke detector at an extremely high price for such a service.

Nothing at all! Who putt the stars on that scam? Who name it as hotel? Run as far as you can!!!! I have more pictures, but unfortunately,I can't upload them on this review:-(

Where to start? Dirty as hell, bed neighborhood with drunks and garbage! Mice run from canalization!!! AC full of fungi, probably the oldest AC ever! Breakfast...uffff! Bathroom .... moulded, old and not not cleaned for ages! And 180Euro for room per night! Robbed, that's the filling! Never ever again!

Smell. Ugly smell in the room. Chlorified water. Dirty hotel. 3 stars is a scam. Dangerous area. Loud TV or on mobile phone during night watched by reception.
