Carino ma senza possibilità di fare il bagno in mare

Unico posto in cui c’era l’acqua calda a disposizione. Lo staff ci é venuto a prendere al porto e ci ha trovato anche un driver per tutta la giornata successiva

Le strutture non erano delle migliori, praticamente impossibile fare il bagno davanti la struttura

It is very close to the ocean 🌊 Very friendly staff, owner- Rama helped as 2 times to book a snorkelling trip, my husband tried snorkelling for first time and he loved it 🥰 Thank you for our new experience 😍

Great views but facilities should be improved

The fact that the room was just by the sea was incredible. Sleeping with the waves sound and waking up to that beautiful blue scenery was the big highlight of the stay. Besides that, the staff was just great. They picked me up from the port for free (that’s a first, here in Bali they charge you for everything they can), and all of them were very kind, friendly and caring.

They seem to be going under renovation, so there’s nothing besides your room and the sea, no other facility at all, not even a proper entrance. When I had to leave the property I walked through a construction site. There was no noise interfering during the evening though. Even though the bedroom was decent, the bathroom was a nightmare. No division on toilet/shower, the shower itself was bad, toilet seat broken, sink with rusty stains, air duct pure dust, towels with stains. And the room door didn’t lock (at least I couldn’t), so I was afraid anytime I was out. I think they should rethink if it’s not better to open the villa only when all of those bits are fixed and build. I can see how that place can potentially be great, but the way it is now is not proving the best experience and this will probably reflect in bad rates here.

NOTHING HORRIBLE PLACE

Absolutely horrendous. DO NOT STAY! It is a cheap accommodation but even so, it was dirty with stained walls and a smelly bathroom. We specifically booked it to have a sea view bungolow, but NOWHERE in the description it specified that there are two options: sea view, which is more expensive, and a garden view. We got the garden view with the information that the sea view is full for now. Needless to say, we stayed no more than 5 minutes. The room has no windows and a wooden door, so it's a dark cave with a horrible smell from the damp shower. The only thing I regret about leaving is not taking pictures. Just a friendlz advice. Always take pictures! So you can ask for a refund! We walked only about 30 min along the beach /road and found a much better place, for the same price. With much nicer sea access, sea view, and really clean room and bathroom and a nice breakfast.

Good located and room was clean.

Bathroom needs really a renovation. Had to contact Rama a view times after my arrival because of no water in toilet and shower, clogged drain and leaking water pipes. 50% weren’t solved when I left.

Perfect for young travelers on a budget.

It's a really good price for something directly on the beach with water view. The manager/owner was nice enough to let us cancel the booking on the second day with a full refund since we had an issue.

It's a bit noisy at night with dogs and roosters, so if you're a light sleeper make sure to bring ear plugs.

The perfect stay in Nusa Penida

Amazing hotel with the nicest staff. They even pickup us up from the ferry and brought us back. Highly recommend. Amazing value for money at ocean front location

Very practical and clean hotel

The owner did everything for us to have a nice stay and arranged breakfast at 7am so we could go diving. The room was big. Very good location to go diving.

Wonderful place to stay

Staff are asbolutely amazing. So helpful and kind. Great location. Beautiful hotel, especially the rooms on the beach! Clean and comfotsble rooms. Can rent a scooter and helmet.

The only thing that I was not fond of was all of the roosters around the property. It seemed there was not a time of day they weren't calling out. Was a bit hard to sleep sometimes.

Great Location, A Bit Shabby

Literally right on the beach if that’s really important to you.

Sheets had holes and stains in them, Bathroom weirdly set up, just felt very budget in general.

Great place and beautiful garden!

The beds are very comfortable and it’s quiet except for the nice birds outside!

The pool is too hot and there’s to little water in there. Also no shade in the garden and half of the bungalows are still being built.

Awesome view

The beach view is simply awesome and great, you practically stay on the beach. The beach hut is very nice completely made of wood

the bathroom and toilet are together and very old. The shower water goes into the toilet and each time you go to the toilet, you have to go through the shower
