Worst nightmare ever!

Terrible experience, dirty, no bathroom attached, no refund policy and the location in very dirty area of phuket. Not even taxi drivers can find the place and you can't leave after 7pm because the area is very dangerous. The service is super bad and the facilities are nine. This is like a scam and should be delisted from bookings.com.

Bathroom is detached and very dirty and smells Tent is dirty and insects are all over the place Bed is very bad and beware what's under the sheets! Very low life and dangerous neighborhood Staff very rude.

Definitely Glamping⛺ 🌟🥰

Fantastic views, the photos show exactly what you get. The humidifier in the tent is a great addition to help with the "expected tent environment", I would suggest maybe adding a few drops of essential oils just to fancy it up even more. 🙏The staff is very nice and helpful🌟 🙏The food is amazing and tasty🌟 (People saying it's expensive, it's a restaurant not the local 7-Eleven). Overall loved it, it's definitely glamping🥰👌👍 On our way I read some of the "reviews", just my opinion to future potential guests: 🌍Glamping is still camping, just with some fancy trimmings, it's not a room in a building, it's a tent and comes with all tenty things that is expected when camping... Keep up the great work guys, see you next time👌

nice but dont think i would go again

the tent was really nice. Vin had a surprise dinner organised at no cost. it was fantastic and a very nice gesture

the whole hotel facility needs a refurbishment. a lot of small broken items, like for example the the showerhead is not working properly the pathway needs a bit of cleaning left and roghtnof it, the bxmboo walls are falling over. not really bad but eith a little effort it can look much nicer. the big issue is that all staff dont speak any english so to communicate with thdm is litteraly impossible. The area has not really snything to offer ecceptva really cute snd lovely restaurant a 5 min walk from the hlamping place. boat rides were offered at a very high price and if you go to rawai beach you get ut for lrss then half the cost.

I wanted an unforgettable vacation, and this place was the reason I can honestly say I had one!

This place was like the best of everything! The food was amazing, the people were so friendly and helpful, the location was great! I just can’t say enough about this beautiful place! The value, the quality and the atmosphere were incredible. I will sharing this jewel with my friends, colleagues and family! I highly recommend you do the same!

A wonderful place .. It was an experience full of happiness in a wonderful tent and sleeping to the sound of the beautiful waves . I thank the staff for the good treatment and apologize to Mr ven for the defect that occurred in the separation between the beach and the tent 🙏🌹

Superb

This accommodation was a gift for my brother in law and there is his review: That was really adventurous, you live in tent where you have everything you really need. From our trip (with my gf) in thailand there was best breakfast, because the owner has resources from local farmers, butchers etc. so everything was really tasty. Hotel staff was very very kind and helpful with everything you ask and they speak perfect english so there is not a problem with communication. The owner is next very great person, I appreciate his work since he started to do bussiness and living there and I apologize to him, that review took so long time, but I promised, that we want to share our experiences with other people, because it was really amazing. We have our signatures in the biggest coconut we donate to the hotel, but in our memory, there will be signature from Glamping forever :) Thank you again

It was the place we enjoyed the most from the hotels we stayed in phuket.

It has the perfect location to slow down time. We have stayed at several hotels in phuket but we liked this hotel the most. The food was very tasty and clean. Even though we were in the hottest period, the tent room was very cool. the employees were very caring and kind.

The reality. The glamping tents were adjacent to the common area, and we were kept up both nights by families reveling in this area. Manager said they could not do anything about their behavior.

Right next to the beach Excited because it was my first time staying in a tent on the beach

it was too windy somehow on the day I stayed The staff did not provide me that the property would be closed after 21.30 The tent I chose to stay was rather old but it was quite an experience

Honeymoon vacation

unique stay, clean and nicely decorated glamping tent, food stalls at night within 10min walk on the main road. Relaxing location. Bathroom is separate from tent but each tent has its own bathroom that can be locked with a key.

The tide was in when we arrived but it was out during the rest of our whole stay which was a little disappointing (morning and night) so we didn't have the full experience of beach front glamping but it was still nice. This is not a beach for swimming but that is what they tell you when you book anyway.

Such an Amazing and Romantic Stay!

Everything! The Staff and facilities are EXCEPTIONAL! It was an anniversary Trip and they upgraded our room to a better view and private one with Bathtub! Such an unforgettable and memorable Experience! shout out to the Hotel Manager! thank you soooo much!!

Staff were very friendly and polite. They had a lot of good recommendations about the places to visit on the island. The hotel's bar and restaurant are reasonable.

The facilities and the service were not good. Very good land but not smart architecture. For example, to get the liquid soap in the bathroom, we had to walk and take steps to reach the liquid case which was built-in about 2 meters away in one of the tents and in the other tent it was about 6+ meters away from the toilet . Or the shower water of the eco-tent would flow and flood all over the ground around the tent while we took a shower. They don't provide toothbrushes, tea/coffee bags, etc that you normally find in hotel rooms. The tents don't have a lock but there are security cameras everywhere. The food is good but the service is not. Once they put sauce only in my husband's plate but no sauce for me for the same food. Another time, they gave us soup but only provided fork and knife. They gave us different breakfasts under the same name on different days😆 The bed of the eco-tent had no cover on top/back, so our pillows would move and slip down during the night.

Amazing!

Had an amazing stay at this glamping hotel. My friends and i loved the whole glamping set up. The staff are very nice and accomodating. Had a quick chat with the owner too, very nice guy. The geo tents were lovely and we had a good night sleep. Sheets were very comfy. Very nice place. loved the staff. loved the ambience. Will come back again

Beware of mosquitos when you are staying at the tents but hey you are on a camping trip, you should prepare for it.

Beautiful romantic hotel with a cozy ambience

Beautiful romantic hotel with a cozy ambience. We had the tent with the sea view. The pool is modern and the staff is very nice. I would come again anytime. We really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is highly recommended.

Amazing!

Everything about this place is great! The staff are friendly, it’s right on the beach! Amazing views from the eco tent of the sunrise! Such a relaxing vibe, great for a couple of days of having time out from back packing in the local hostels!

Superb

Rooms were great by design and in very good condition. Air con and all worked well despite it being a tent. Bathroom were outside the tent and very clean and in good condition. Food was descent and affordable. Place was very relaxing as it was nice and quiet there and lot of places to sit or lay on. Also free kayak rent that was included was a nice surprise.

Location is not good to move by foot as the accommodation is near huge road/roads that lack proper sidewalks. It is possible to walk but is a bit hectic. Car/bike recommended if you want to move around there easily. Otherwise lot of restaurants, shops and other places nearby.

Tent in front of the beach

The tent is very nice and the environment is very quiet.

It was raining the second night and the tent was entirely under water. Lot of my clothes were wet and on the security purpose with electric stuff inside it was not safe... Beach not clean at all.
