This spacious home with in ground pool is perfectly located in the Great Harbors community in East Falmouth, in a private neighborhood with tennis courts, playground, and walk to Bayside Beach at the end of the street and right near other several beaches like Falmouth Heights, Menauhant Beach, and Bristol Beach. Enjoy your day beside the pool or walk or drive down the street to the ocean. Location is everything, and this home has it. You can easily take a day trip to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, just a five minute drive to the ferry. Several great events take place in Falmouth such as the July 4th fireworks beachside and The Falmouth Road Race. Explore the rest of the Cape easily from this vacation house. Also, this home does have central air conditioning and FREE WiFi Internet. Outdoor pool open June-September.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this beautiful home in East Falmouth. Close to the beaches, wonderful restaurants and we thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool, using the grill and the outside shower.

Donna’s home is absolutely beautiful. The photos listed here don’t give the home enough credit. The place is super clean and has everything you can possibly need. The pool was the best! It rained our entire vacation. So having the pool for the kids was awesome. Also a very large back yard. Would definitely book again.

We rented this house for family supporting my son’s first marathon. The house is on the marathon route, so it worked out really well for us. It is in a lovely neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped , which was great for our family dinners. The beds are comfortable and the living room is spacious.

Very nice and comfortable house. Everything you needed was there. Having the inground pool was the highlight, especially the very hot week we had. Very quiet area and close to everything.

Owner was not flexible with the check in time earlier than 3pm. Listed as a 2 bathroom however- there is only one bathroom. Owners counted the outdoor shower (no toilet nor sink- just shower) as a 2nd bathroom. We had to remove trash barrels from inside the outdoor shower to use. Although there were patio chairs and a table, there were no cushions nor umbrella available making it an uncomfortable seating area especially in the sun. The house was clean, would be better if the linens were supplied. Renter beware- you only get starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Owner was slow to respond to questions prior to our trip. Kitchen was definitely stocked with pots/pans/plates/utensils/platters. Lawn did need to be mowed but we weren’t there for the yard.

The house is cozy, plenty of room for a family if 4-5 in a quiet neighborhood. The house is in good condition, few of the amenities are old but I’m working order. Overall a great experience, the host is responsive and straight forward check-in/out process. Great for a weekend get away.

Overall Donna’s house was perfect for my family of four. The addition of her pool was a nice treat as to come back from the beach and use it in the afternoon. Only downside was it doesn’t get a lot of sun and was very cold on a not super hot day. Additionally, we brought a lot of items she had at the house, that we weren’t made aware would be there. Would recommend and rent again!

Great location, very clean and well put together home. Traveling with an infant so the pool was a huge plus for us by being able to enjoy our vacation while not interrupting the baby’s schedule too much.

This property was a great fit for our family of 5. The location was very convenient for a quick drive to local beaches and other area attractions. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet, providing walking and biking opportunities as well as a nice Club House and Community Pool/Tennis Courts.(Not included with house rental…fee was a few hundred dollars a week for a family) With that being said, the private pool at the house was perfect and more than made up for the lack of access to the neighborhood facility. Overall our family would 100% rent this house again and had a great week away in Falmouth.

This home was lovely and very clean. There was a bit of a musty smell when you first walk in perhaps from the house being closed up for an extended period of time? Air fresheners could have addressed this. The outdoor area was great with a pool, tables, and lounge chairs. The village was quaint with small shops and restaurants. We did make a trip into Boston which was about an hour and a half away. One suggestion would be to provide the renters with local restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations , etc . My sisters and I enjoyed our stay!

I brought my son who was visiting from Oklahoma. The hse was clean, and Donna was very accommodating. The neighborhood is very good. Very close to the shopping center. We stayed indoors, since it was cold but would visit again during summer! Nice house!

We enjoyed our time here very much. The pool was great. Donna was very responsive and the kitchen was very well stocked with tons of cookware and bakeware. You do need to bring or rent sheets and towels which I didn’t realize until we were in the house but we did find a shop to purchase what we needed. We would return again.

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage during our first trip to Cape Cod. The cottage was very clean, well-appointed and had a great kitchen with high-quality cookware. We enjoyed the pool and loved that there was also an outdoor shower on the property. The neighborhood is very quiet, the neighbors friendly, and we enjoyed taking walks to the nearby waterfront. Downtown Falmouth was just a short drive away and has many good restaurants from which to choose. We would definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit Cape Cod!

This was the perfect vacation home for our family with 3 kids ages 7 and under. The neighborhood amenities were perfect, the house was so comfortable and family friendly. The host was great. Would definitely go again!

Great location, possible improvements

We really like the location and the amenities including the pool which is very rare for the location. My only issue is that one of the rooms has poor air circulation and both my wife and I could not sleep there due to dust in the air. I suggest getting a air purifier for each bed room to circulate the air as germs/dust do get stuck in the carpet over time.

My family had a wonderful time at this house. It was clean and comfortable and Donna was super responsive. The only down side was the pool is almost fully in the shade and is not heated so we couldn’t use it since it was so cold (Labor Day Weekend). If the pool was warmer it would have been perfect!

We had a great week in Falmouth. Great location! Close to center, bike path and beaches. Pool was awesome. Very clean with lots of chairs and lounges. House was perfect! Plenty of room and very well equipped. Owner was always accessible and great to work with. We highly recommend this rental!
