Great Experience - First Time in Tioman

May was a wonderfully amazing and helpful staff. Very friendly and welcoming and waited for us there to greet us and bring us to our rooms. Arranged everything perfectly! Very responsive and always patient and polite despite many questions. Room is pretty clean and spacious too and I liked the hammock area facing the beach. Hangers were provided and there are ropes tied outside for drying purposes. Bonus to have a mini fridge in room. Love the beds too, it's king size but only not hard enough for our backs. Loved the journey with Pak Rahim, many nice and meaningful conversations along the way in 4 x 4. He's a very sweet and thoughtful person who is really humble too. Great location, best part of the beach with least dead corals, very fine sand and clear water. A less than a min walk to the beach. Quite near to the jetty and places to eat, 5 mins walk and you can find a few places but do check out the timing for their operating hours. Also a mart nearby that makes it very convenient if you need to get anything.

We didn't expected our chalet to be upstairs as we had some climbing issues. It would be good to indicate that those chalets are on 2nd level. The door had a little gap, bathroom door is a little stuck when opening and need a little lifting so we mostly just left it open otherwise it scratches the floor. Not really enough tables/shelves to put things. Lucky room is spacious enough so we left our luggages open to act as tables. Surprised that room was really clean but not sure how cockroaches came into my family's room next door. Ours was fine. Informed May and she takes feedback with an open mind and heart and is very polite dealing with them. There were a lot of insects and mosquitoes everywhere on the island, bring strong insect repellent! Pictures on booking.com looks a bit off maybe the angle taken makes it strange, maybe can repost a new one.

Exceptional

Absolute quite, peaceful and beautiful place. Hosts are really kind and you can organise every tour or rent with them in few minutes. It is surrounded by local restaurants of every kind, cheap but delicious. There is also a mini-market near there. Even if Juara is into the nature, the structure is well connected and is easily to organise every transfert directly with the Hosts. The view from our bedroom was magic!

great room with beautiful ocean view and wonderful owners

Great spot next to the sea. Thanks so much for the great service of the owners, they really made our stay at Juara. They prepared everything very well so that we had a very comfortable stay with our 2yr old son, they even gave us a portable stove and kitchen stuff so we could prepare some breakfast for our son while enjoying the view over the sea. I recommend staying on the ocean side rooms, these have the amazing view over the sea, even though the rooms in the garden are a bit nicer. Also, don’t forget to visit the owners restaurant on the other side of the bay, definitely best restaurant in Juara.

Fantastic spot to chill out, enjoy nature and the deep blue sea. Great and welcoming people. The perfect break from busy SG!

Superb

I like the location of the chalet as it was close to the beach. There were restaurants in walking distances too. It was strategically located for a getaway vacation.

stunning location, basic accommodation

The location was lovely, May was lovely and very helpful. Room was very basic but very clean, bathroom ok but again it was clean.

The pictures you see are very old. there is no cafe there - looks like it’s now a dive school. Restaurants nearby are pretty rubbish. you need to travel to the opposite end of the bay for decent food

Room not clean... Cigarette butts in the sink... Table was dirty and dusty... Seems like not clean for a while.

Lovely spot on the beach with dive centre next door

Nice quiet spot right in front of the beach. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They have everything you need including bike rentals. Dive centre next door with experience divers and reasonable prices.

Staff were extremely helpful. Room was spacious. It had a fridge and a balcony with a hammock. Beautiful sea views.

Pleasant

Basic room either a view over the ocean and the whole beach. At the bed you can hear the sound of the ocean.

AC and Fridge dindn’t work. NO WiFi. The whole apartment smelled like an old cellar
