Wel oke, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Julia. We wilden in eerste instantie alleen onze koffers afgeven en later inchecken ivm de tijd van inchecken. Echter was onze kamer al beschikbaar waardoor we al in de ochtend konden inchecken. Heel fijn! Julia hielp ons met boeken van een bootexcursie en gaf ons nog wat andere leuke tips. Ze was ook altijd in voor een praatje en maakte de lekkerste koffies ;) De kamer was heel ruim, een (tegen betaling) gevulde minibar, lekkere regendouche. We hadden een heel groot terras, met de hele dag zon en een jacuzzi. In de jacuzzi zat alleen heel veel chloor. Ook was er een parasal en twee kleine stoeltjes beschikbaar om mee te nemen naar het strand. De bedden van onze kamer waren helaas behoorlijk hard, en het matras was helemaal ingedeukt / gebobbeld waardoor comfortabel liggen niet echt mogelijk was. Ook viel de airco snachts met enige regelmaat uit, waardoor we wakker werden in een “sauna”. De badkamer heeft geen raam, waardoor het er heel klam is en dit ongedierte aan kan trekken. We troffen twee kakkerlakken op onze badkamer aan wat geen aangename verrassing was. De locatie is op loopafstand gelegen van het centrum van Orosei, waar wat leuke restaurantjes en een paar winkeltjes zitten. Ook gelegen bij mooie strandjes. De accomodaties heeft gratis parkeergelegenheid. Ontbijt is lekker en vers De prijs- kwaliteit vinden wij echter wel onder de maat. Wij hebben voor de helft van het geld in een veel luxere én vooral veel schonere / nieuwere accomodatie (Olbia) verbleven.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Moderne, große Zimmer, super Lage des Hotels und tolles, leckeres Frühstück. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Personal sehr freundlich. Preis - Leistung stimmt

Great hotel, very helpful employee

Our room was great, very comfortable even with a small child with us. Sonia at the reception is a super friendly, hard working person and gave us cool tips about beaches, etc. close to our area. In general the hotel is located at the perfect location to discover the village and other nice areas in a short distance.

Perfektes Hotel in guter Lage mit tollem Frühstück!

Wunderschönes Zimmer, ruhig und dennoch zentrale Lage zu fußläufigen Restaurants. Sehr leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück, nettes Personal, super Parkplatz. Highlights sind die gestellten Bade Handtücher und der Sonnenschirm - top! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage. Kurze Wege in die Stadt. Eigener Parkplatz. Saubere Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Für einen Aufenthalt in Orosei und Umgebung absolut zu empfehlen.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Emplacement exceptionnelle, vue mer et ville, déjeuner copieux et très bon, personnel très accueillant, Chambre avec balcon et vue, très propre et fonctionnelle, Parking gratuit a 100 m. de l'hôtel, et a 300m. du centre ville touristique, hôtel très calme .Plage de cala Liberotto SUPER a 8 KM DE Orosei

It was fine

The Reception was not open at the times advertised on Booking. We arrived at 19.55 and the hotel was locked despite having receiving an email that morning saying it as 21.30. The emergency phone number worked but Sergio was not especially interested or sympathetic. I left a note for the invisble manager but have heard nothing.

Gemütliches Hotel mit super Frühstück und toller Lage mit Blick über Orosei

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war erstaunlich gross. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Früchten und jeden Tag anderem Kuchen war sehr abwechslungsreich. Super Aussicht über Orosei und Blick aufs Meer. Es hat im Zimmer zwei Sonnenschirme und 3 Stühle für den Strand gehabt. Strandtücher werden auch zur Verfüfung gestellt.

Die Betten waren eher hart. Einer der drei Strandstühle war kaputt. Bei beiden Sonnenschirmen war das obere Rohr etwas verbogen, sodass man die beiden Rohre nicht mehr gut ineinanderschieben konnte.

Hotel to stay in Orosei

The outstanding quality of everything in the room from bed to toiletries, very good breakfast and a nice view from our room. Hotel was sparkly clean ! I really appreciate the staf kindness

Not worth the money, the aircon turned off all night and we could not sleep it was so hot. the parking area is just a dirt patch and easier/closer to park on the street. The room was clean and bathroom was good though. Orosei is a nice town

Level of service is lower every year.

Comfortable rooms with beautiful view and 5min walk to old town. There is a supermarket next to hotel, beach towels are provided. Every morning they serve a delicious full breakfast with egs and local products.

We are returning guests and it seems that level of service is lower every year. There is no coffee in the room and you can only have one hot beverage for the breakfast? It seems to me like a cheap way to lower costs, but it really leaves bitter taste to otherwise good experience.

Peaceful hotel with an amazing view

The hotel is brand new and very clean. The best thing was the amazing view from the balcony. We had a pleasant stay - quiet location, very good breakfast, very spacious room.

The bed and the pillows were a bit hard for my liking, but that's very subjective.

Good, but lack of natural feel and lack of sustainability

room for 3 was comfortable with nice terrace. Breakfast had varieties (inlcuding fruits) and great coffee. there is large supermarcet near by. Hotel is 10 minutes walking from the main square, we enjoyed a walk. Personal was kind and helpful.

spa and pool would be nice? Room is kind of nice, but everything is made from artificial material. there is 0 nature material in the room. If I am not mistaken, shampoons and shower gels were given in small plastic bottles. not good sign for sustainability.

Convenient holiday stay at Orosei historic

Centrally located in the historic centre of Orosei, but not in the vicinity of the busy area. The room is new and clean, the staff were nice and helpful, the breakfast is simple but good; the hotel also offers free parking for the guests, which is a big plus in the centre of Orosei.

We booked a garden view room, but our bed was facing the main street on the first fmoor; the cleaning services can be improved;

Recently built or renovated, in a good state and clean. Breakfast was OK.

We had been unlucky with the location of the room, on same level like the nearby street. Fortunately there was not a lot of traffic, but for the same reason there also was no privacy on the terrace.

Happy valley

The room was spacious, including bathroom. The shower was great. Very nice balcony with a great view. The bed and pillows were really nice to sleep on. The room was dark to sleep in. The cleanliness of the room was great also. We had a friendly welcome. Breakfast was good as well, the variation between sweet and savory was well balanced. Breakfast area and entrance look very tidy en clean, no mess and really nice. The amenities were really good as well, shower cap, shampoo, body wash, cotton etc. We really had a great stay. We would definitely back again. Private parking is 50 mtr away from the hotel.

All was good, but tip for improvement: thicker towels, boiled egg at breakfast next to scrambled eggs, the locker in our room to store keys and passports did not work and was not fixed during our stay (or at least we didn't receive a message about it).

Very modern shiny new hotel with a good view.

I liked the location with wonderful views. I liked how modern and clean everything was. I liked having a useful mini bar so i didn't have to shop for water. The breakfast was good with nice pastries.

The reception staff could have at least tried to help me with the bus ticket app. I tried three different staff members one couldn't one wouldn't help and one sent me to a shop that did not sell autobus tickets when it would have been quicker to have helped with my query on the phone app.
