Really enjoyed my time on this property to relax and spend time with friends.

The place was amazing! It was very close to everything and the property had everything you needed either in the kitchen or to relax outside on the patio overlooking the golf course. The host was super nice as well. I would recommend others to stay here.

Only minor con I found was that the rooms got a bit hot at night (summer) and we only had a fan to cool us down. But that wasn’t the worse thing since we spend most of our time in the living room with aircon or out and about.

The stay was lovely. The golf course very picturesque. The surrounding bays and inlets stunning.

No breakfast. Host had left a 'goodie bag' of coffee/tea and other things, as well as milk. Very appreciated. She also kindly gave us a present (chocolates) which was on the dining table when we arrived. Can't say enough how wonderful the host was.. the place was immaculate, the views gorgeous. We sat outside and watched the wildlife in the trees and on the golf course (kangaroos, kookaburras, rosellas, parakeets, cockatoos) - beautiful place !

Awkward for the picking up and dropping off of the keys to get into the place. The management "office" for such things is 15-20 minutes away in another direction (Nelson Bay) - we arrived very late at night and were tired, then had to drive in the rain for a further 20 minutes and try and find the exact spot where the keys were. We had to get out of the car and walk around the buildings in the dark, rain, trying to find the name of the "winning holidays" which is not a big sign but very small on the corner of a window. After all the hassle of that I would expect we could leave the keys in the villa when exiting - but no.. we had to drive again in the wrong direction to the airport, to drop the keys back in the same place. It was very early in the morning and added to our stress for leaving and getting to the airport for our flights. I was surprised that the team that oversees the renting of the villas has not had this complaint before.
