Da non ripetere assolutamente, scarso

sono stato contattato telefonicamente a partire da venerdì per effettuare il check-in prima possibile perchè non aveva personale disponibile, il bagno in camera non era ben funzionante rilasciando uno sgradevole odore. Il palazzo fatiscente.

Unfriendly receptionist with shady closing time

Guest had a place to sleep at least

I've made a booking for someone else for business purposes. I was informed in advance the reception is open by default until 10pm, if the guest arrives later they are required to notify reception and they are happy to wait. I ensured them about check in before 9pm. On the check in day the receptionist started texting me around 8pm then called. They said they were about to close the reception so I should arrive now (which was the opposite I was told before). They did not speak in English properly hence they started basically yelling at me while kept texting with the same attitude. I tried to explain that I am not the guest and questioned them about the closing time. Luckily the guest did arrive around this time so she could manage it.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Großes Zimmer mit vielen Betten.

Es wurde ein Parkplatz im Internet angeboten. Leider kein Parkplatz vor dem Haus zum entladen noch in der Nähe. Wir haben in einer Garage dann einen Platz gefunden und 20 Euro bezahlen. Vom Hotel keine Entschädigung. Es war alles alt und kein Lift zum 3. Stock. Gepäck hochgetragen und zur Garage gebracht. Sehr laut von der Straße. Unhöfliches Personal. Frühstück kostete extra noch 5 Euro obwohl inclusive war.

Korrekt szállás jó helyen.

Nagyon jó helyen van, a fő sétálóutca elején, a reptéri busz 50 méterre tesz le. Jókora belmagasság. Van kis hűtőszekrény (sörnyitóval). Az erkély kicsi de az utcát láttam a magasból.

A wifi nekem pont nem működött, mondjuk ez nagyon nem zavart.

Great accommodation in central Catania for a decent price

Exceptional

The location is in a very good area, close to a lively area with many restaurants. The staff at the reception very kind and nice. A small minus I would say for breakfast, which is only on sweet things. The apartment was nice and to our taste. Thanks!

Get the elevator fixed and get the toilet seat cover replaced in the room 108.

The receptionist very professional and ready to assist

- The hotel is located on the second floor (Not normal 2nd floor-should be about 9m from ground level)…. the elevator out of service. Don’t know how long the elevator been out of service….As I said, the receptionist was very professional, she helped me herself carry up my luggage all the way up and down the stairs. I got a back problem issue, when I saw them stairs… I had shivers up my spine but fortunately I was assisted to carry my luggage up to my room. Despite the elevator issue, the hotel location is great….. you got access to everything. Try to get the international breakfast too and no one will complain.

It is a B&B with a great location - you can walk everywhere around the town, plenty restaurants in the area, plenty places to visit, very friendly and helpful hotel staff, clean & spacious room and quiet, air-conditioning in the room. What else you can wish for

The B&B is on 2nd floor, there is another hotel on 1st floor. When you enter the building it does not look like a hotel at all. No reception, everythink is very dark. Lift is very tiny and what we did not know - you need a key to operate it, so useless on your arrival. We made it to the reception on the 1st floor and it took a while to realize we are in a wrong B&B. There must be something between the owners of the two hotels. The guy in the reception was not helpful and left us to realize thet we are on a wrong floor. But when we made it to the 2nd floor reception all was perfect! Just make sure you make it to the right reception on the 2nd floor. Breakfast: if you do not like sugar loaded sicilian breakfast you may be disapointed as there is no other option. Facility: It is a typical B&B so apart of your room and breakfast area do not expect any other facility.

Very friendly and kind staff, I liked everything. The breakfast was delicious and also the coffee. The accomodation is in the center of the city and many of the shops are very close to the hotel. I'll come back soon!

Great location, at the top of the main street yet still quiet. Spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Station only a 15-20 minute walk away. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Excellent position in the center of the town. Excellent staff, very friendly and supportive. Best value for the money. Very good suggestion for parking facility and Restaurants

Good location on main street. Breakfast was nice and basic.

We booked a double room but when we arrived there was only a single bed with no offer of any exchange. They advised no availability. Lift access was very difficult. Need better instructions to use this.

The location, the cleanliness and the helpful staff are a good enough reason to return to this hotel

Very cooperative and helpful receptionists. The location is at walking distance from all that a tourist expects to visit.

The hotel is located on the second floor of a building and the use of the elevator is little tricky, even funny. The use of the elevator can only be with a key. As I said, it is more funny than disturbing.
