9.0 / 10.0

Beau geste commercial.

The view from the room was great
This is not a four star hotel by any standards. The rooms were dirty , dusty and the carpet was filthy. Didn’t feel like touching anything in the room at all. We were waiting to leave the place and stayed around just because we had paid. The bathroom was clean , so were the bedsheets bits that’s about it. The creamer with the tea in the room was awed Uk tasting. We didn’t even feel like having breakfast there given the overall hygiene. Standards. I feel cheated and overpaid for the room I got.

Great location overlooking the Nile. Good coffee shop and snack bar.
It was all great

Staffs are so nice. They fixed the issue very soon. when the air conditioner was broken, they came in and check twice. It was a nice service.
Air conditioner was broken. So the bedroom was so hot! Even the staff checked, it was still hot. And the power was off when we check in. It was not a good experience.

Staff were very helpful. They frequently asked us if we needed anything. Our room a/c wasn’t cooling well but they fixed it the following day and even sent us fresh fruits. At the reception, Ahmed was very helpful and guided us well. The staff working in the restaurant area were also great.
It did lack in cleanliness and furnishings were dated but they are trying hard to make their guests comfortable. Overall it’s a safe and convenient place to stay.

I like the staff. They are extremely professional and friendly at the same time. They remember me every time and i find my favourite room booked for me without even calling them.
Excptional treatment from Mr. Wael and his colleagues. Very accommodating and you feel that you are surrwith friends and family members.
The breakfast is tasty and chefs are serving staff are helpfull. House keeping team are doing great and silent so you will never notice there physical presence but you will see the effect.
Nothing.

Excellent location, we booked the junior suite which had great views over the Nile.
Very spacious room, decent restaurant.

great staff, supportive and professional
10.0 / 10.0
The staff were friendly to us, the room was very large and comfortable with an incredible view.
As some reported, the carpets are a bit old and the hotel is not perfectly maintained. However I don’t dock points for this as I expect it. People have to understand, these smaller cities and more independent or smaller chains cannot maintain the same standard as a massive global brand.
We still had a great stay and it was as expected.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious.
I thought the food on the rooftop Cafe catered for tourists. It would be great to have some Egyptian style food available as well because it is delicious!

central Aswan
little tired

clean room. modern air con . safe location
walked down to the restaurant and walked straight out again . no one eating there . restaurant area was run down and very unappealing .
bad sign . spent my two days eating elsewhere than trust it . this is the biggest weakness of the hotel
for foreign guests - having to taxi to another higher quality hotel to have a proper meal after a long day of tours .

the location and the Nile view was awesome
if you get the Nile view then beware that you will bear a lot of traffic noise from the street.
6.0 / 10.0
Size of the room, location and the view.
Noise from street very loud.
Unprofessional attitude of some of the staff especially the manager & camera security man.
Be careful this hotel has cameras everywhere even inside the elevators.
The manager is not qualified at all for this job and honestly reception staff would do much better job if they were in this position. He didn’t make any effort to solve our problem and immediately called the police and threatened us to go jail. I decided to leave the hotel after being insulted/humiliated by one of the security staff.
Manager didn’t even apologise for his behaviour and refused to communicate with booking.com to solve our problem and instead called the police for us which detained us for 3hrs in the hotel until problem was solved.
Police was professional though and treated us nicely during the detention.
Advice: don’t stay in this hotel while this man is in charge

very friendly and helpful staff, good sized room and good beds, roof top bar and poor and snck bar are really good and the high view over Aswan is the best, over all a good stay, i would recommend this hotel, the staff out did there selves to make my stay a good one, they were so polite and helpful,
the restraunt was very poor and i would not recommend this, needs a face lift as looks old

Good location
Rooms are ok, look a bit dated.
Room and bathroom clean but can tell are old
Breakfast is very basic and most of the veggies are not fresh. Not much variety.
Nearby rooms can be a bit noisy and u can hear the cleaners talking to each other at 6am.
Restaurant menu is basic and food quality is low, better to eat out.

The location, it’s right next to a mall that you can walk into without leaving the hotel.
Great view of the Nile, kind staff and good room service.
The carpets could use a bit more cleaning or an upgrade, the bedding wasn’t as clean as you’d expect.

Hotel is old and drastic need of refurbishment. awful filthy carpets - and breakfast was horrible. Runny eggs and filthy salt and pepper shakers on the tables.
4.0 / 10.0
the property has a great location but the room was in desperate need of new carpets and linen. The carpets were filthy with many stains and felt crunchy to walk on.
The carpets were filthy. I am so surprised by the good reviews because we were very disappointed. also the breakfast wasn’t great.
4.0 / 10.0
room was spacious and clean
terrible breakfast, over priced rooms (we were forced to upgrade to an executive suite under the garb of $50 extra bed charge) and the taxi to the airport was crazy expensive
8.0 / 10.0
The hotel staff were excellent from check-in to check-out. The food from the hotel restaurant was very good and the view of the Nile from the balcony was priceless. The hotel is very well located on the river esplanade. We got an upgraded room on arrival which was really nice.
No alcohol available in the hotel.

Centrally Located. Walking distance to central Market, Train station and the Cruise boarding points
Run down hotel, Room were just about ok, very basic. The pricing is extremely steep for the kind of hotel. May be they were milking the touristy season. Check-in could be improved. Most of the tourist arrive when a flight arrives. They can open more than 1 checkin counter and have a queuing system
10.0 / 10.0
Very convenient to the Cairo International Airport, with a three minute walk directly into the terminal via a walkway.
10.0 / 10.0
The room was very spacious. I liked almost everything from the hotel, the view full the room, tv programs, spacious bathroom, equiped such as a good European hotel, small living room, chairs in front of the window to enjoy the view. We left the next day for a one day excursion to Abu Simbel, they gave us a complete breakfast box.The hotel has a direct access to the mall. The hotel is located right in front the Nile to enjoy the wonderful view and the train station is 5 to 10 min walking distance from the hotel. Around the hotel a lot of shops, the Nile boulevard, the mall, the local market (souk)
