Ich habe mich trotz Arbeit sehr wohl gefühlt

Ein sehr gutes, sauberes und komfortables Hotel sehr Central gelegen. Man kann im Untergeschoss ein super Frühstück genießen wenn man wie ich nicht nur süß frühstücken möchte. Es gibt auch einen Fittnesraum, Pool und einen Waschraum in dem die Gäste selbst Ihre Wäsche waschen können. Es wird vom Hotel sogar Waschmittel zur Verfügung gestellt und Trockner sind auch vorhanden.

Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools sind doof gemacht. Man kann immer nur einen zeitslot von 2h buchen und muss dann den Pool verlassen. Das können die echt verbessern. Und es gab als Marmelade nur Erdbeermamelade und keine typische Auswahl, das liegt wohl daran, dass Asiaten Reis und andere Dinge zum Frühstück essen.

Great stay for business purposes

The place has all you need. Spacious rooms, super clean, amenities included, great breakfast. Small but well equipped gym. Close to metro station, and several restaurants open till late. Even with a convenience shop on the ground floor

Certainly not the place to stay if you want quick access to central Seoul

Perfect hotel! Has everything, literally

Perfect hotel. It has literally everything you might think of! Laundry — yes, free and detergents are free too. Netflix — yes and free (or maybe somebody forgot to logout :-) Pool — yes and free. Tee, coffee in the room — yes and free. Even microwave and free water supply on the floor! Gym — of course, and even a fighting club (but was closed)! The room was wonderful! The bed was giant and soft. It was totally quite. Water pressure was strong. The stuff was super friendly too. Breakfast was good and diverse. And an overall Bundang area is pleasant and quite. It is almost too good to bee trues at such a reasonable price. Usually if you get this level of service everything is pricy, like laundry for example, you can get free laundry in small average hotel, but good hotels will only have paid option. Somerset is a perfect mixture of comfort and free options, don't miss it!

I didn't disliked it, but just to notice—the pool is tiny and shallow, like 0.7 m deep. You have to book it in advance. But it was fun anyway and the view is picturesque :-)

This hotel is a hidden gem. Try this place. You will like it!

Everything was exceptional and above my expectations! Great location surrounded by many restaurants, bars, and stores, and a big and clean room! The subway was a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I will return again and stay with my family next time!

The front desk staff could be more friendly and provide more info about the hotel facilities.

Quite OK Hotel in that area but do not expect more

Hotel is located at good position where you are able to access a lot of restaurants, convenient store (the hotel even has one of the store in ground floor) and public transport. Staffs are kind and gentle enough. Room is quite clean but old

Some switches in the room doesn't really work but I didn't report it. Also bit order than its history. Need to be renovated soon.

The location is very nice. It is close to the stores, subway,many cafes and restaurants. My son and I enjoyed the one-bed room suite. I also find the self laundry service is excellent.

There’s a convenience store below which is 24hr

This hotel is a must-stay when going to Seongnam, and for a reasonable price, the room quality and service are excellent, comparable to that of a high-end hotel.

An extremely comfortable and accommodating experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although our Korean language skills are limited they had no problem communicating with us in English. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and made for a wonderful stay.

Bad - room with no light, smelly bathroom, bad rooftop swimming pool

The roof top swimming pool was very dirty. It seemed like they didn’t change water regularly. And there was a drunken guy in the pool and he thrown his kid into water which was very dangerous but they let him did. It was terrible to look at. The bathroom in the room had bad smell that come out from water pipe. It was very unpleasant. And the room had small window that face next building, thus no sunlight.

There was hair on my sheets as well as mold on the rubber shower mat which was disgusting.

This place was NOT as clean as I was expecting. I booked this property over the Courtyard Marriott b/c it was ranked higher in terms of cleanliness. I have pictures to prove that it is definitely not as clean as I would've liked. I cut my hand twice when trying to open the mini fridge b/c the wooden shelf is too close to the top. Other hotels don't have the shelf in the way of opening it from the top. You also have to push the drain IN the sink which I found to be very unsanitary. Most sinks have a lever in the back. Breakfast starts at 7, but should be more like 6:30 for people who have to leave early. I won't stay here again, or any of their affiliated properties in the future.
