Comfortable but without parking.

-clean -located near Schuman

- property is listed as with parking and that is not correct. Only on street parking (max 4:30 during day) and parking in a garage close by is available. - heating didn’t work on fourth floor - WiFi not working on fourth floor. Not a problem for me as GSM was sufficient.

BAD EXPERIENCE

after I had requested the access code and address of the building at least 1 week before my arrival, to let me be sure of having access to the property, I received the data just the morning of the stay, a few hours before the check-in. Not even the day before my stay. This fact created uncertainty about having the flat available and at my disposal. In such a way, there is no possibility to organize themselves. Of course, despite contacting booking and explaining the situation, I have been requested by the property to pay the full rate, without staying not even one hour in the flat, since the property did not agree to reduce at least 50% the penalty. well done!

Clean with good location, very poor communication

Good location , clean, reasonable price

Very poor communications, we have not received entrance codes before contacting booking help line . After plenty of texts and phone calls we were not able to get any answers from the property . According to the confirmation text codes supposed to arrive few days prior to our stay , but they were texted only at 13:20 while we were on the phone to the booking.com Poor quality pillows , but comfortable mattress.

Perfect location if you are staying for business without any expectations from your staying

Perfect location to access any other places. Very quiet and safe location. Lots of restaurants and markets around. Easy to access to the property. No key needed but using provided access code to enter to the building.

Wifi internet connection was not working as stated. It was disconnecting and re-connecting without internet connection. Despite informing the problem nothing has changed. Previous guest perfume smell was still on the bed sheets. Not much cleaned as expected. One of the roof window was broken and taped to fix it. Very steep staircases may be problematic for disabilities or old guests.

This is new clean apart. Comfort bed, new furniture and bathroom.

The host can’t response fast, I’d wait about 3-4 hours from question to answer. We had a room on ground floor, from where every knock and kick on the front door and the street was heard.

Very good location. Easy to access apartment.

I have stayed here before, and it was great. I stayed in an apartment on the 2nd. floor that time. This time the apartment was on the top floor with 2 roof windows only. One could not be opened as it was taped around the opening. I had difficulty opening the 2nd window...

We found it somewhat expensive for the whole package. It should have been at least 20% cheaper.

The cleaning lady was helpful. Good that linen and towels were regularly renewed. Location was good.

There was no lift and there was not warning about it. Should we have been on the 2nd floor it would be a problem. As you enter the room, immediately after going in, there are twosteps, which if not warned about (and we were not) you can cause you breaking a leg. Netflix was not working.

Dreadful and overpriced.

Room water damaged and radiator broken. No response from customer care despite 3 calls and 3 emails. Had to sleep with window open on ground floor due to crazy temperature. Dreadful apartment and nit comparable to any other flat I have stayed in at this cost.

Location is good.

Beware business travelers! Urban Suites cannot be contacted and they don´t provide you with an invoice. So in my case, impossible to be reimbursed by my work. Cold room (it was -8 in Brussels, it was cold everywhere), narrow and steep steps.

decent but not wow

very clean property, enough space for one person, all kitchen facilities, tv, wifi, close to the city center, to the important points of the city (parliament/commission/cinquantenaire/ambiorix). many restaurants and shops near by as well and pharmacies. very warm as long as you know how to turn the heat on the heaters from the room and bathroom . the room was cleaned everyday

Whenever someone would get in or out the building or their own apartments the door would sound like someone is trying to break in. the walls are so thin that you could hear who is doing what 😅😂. poor sleep close to none due to this.

Ground floor room directly next to building's front door, which was extremely loud. Very bad noise isolation to room above. Bad Wifi quality. Towels available only for second night.

perfect for a work trip

The location was perfect for me. Everything was very clean and I had all I needed. Very good value for money, I'd come back.

I was given a room in the ground floor beside the building entrance and I heard the door noises of people coming in and out.

Outside of the city centre, but good location in the European district. The room was very clean.

Window was broken so it would get cold during the night (4th floor suite). The radiators were full of air and did not heat the room sufficiently. All in all disappointed with the experience considering the price.

Good for a few nights especially considering the price

The location was perfect for working in Schuman. The apartment was very clean

The apartments were poorly insulated (very cold without the heating blasting). The door moved every time another guest opened or closed their door and overall you felt like someone was walking into your door whenever there was movement in the staircase. Other guests kept ringing my doorbell because they couldn't come in with the provided code. there was no desk. The lightbulbs kept flickering

Superb

The location is close-by the parliament, the apartment was clean and cosy and had all the facilities we needed.

The cleaning stuff asked us 3 times where will we leave even though it wasn't check-out hour yet. Also, we could use extra equipment in the kitchen like cutting board or a proper knife. The cleaning ladies didn't speak any english which hinder our communication.
