We adored everything about this property. it is in a fabulous location close to Warren St tube bus stops and Tottenham Court Road and was an easy walk to many sights and parks. The apartment is in a very quiet street and with the windows closed you were in a silent bubble. The apartment was always warm and we loved the fact that with the living room door closed family members still sleeping were not disturbed by breakfast noises.
The showers were always hot and the water pressure great. The kitchen had everything you needed to make simple meals and the living room a bet comfortable space.
We only discovered the roof top area a couple of days before we left but it is a lovely place to have a glass of wine, a picnic , or just read a book.
We bought a dustpan and brush so we could clean up crumbs easily. There is a vacuum cleaner but it was large and cumbersome to get out for small jobs. I think the owners could reduce the water temperature as it was scaldingly hot. Also the bathtub was very slippery when showering. it really needs a rubber grip mat in it to make it safer. The toilet seat was broken in the main toilet and needs fixing.
It would be great to have a tea towel.

The property is clean, neat and has all amenities. It is centrally located and has an easy access to transportation both bus and underground rail. Its very close to all major attractions and restaurants. The host responded to our queries well. All instructions and messages were clearly conveyed.
Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working during our stay. We were informed in advance and asked if we would like to continue with the booking. I don’t see a negative aspect about this property.

The apartment is on the 5th floor - 80 stairs, we chose it only because it was listed as having an elevator which was "must" and critical to us since we were travelling with a baby and stroller. In order to verify and confirm the elevator's availability and working we sent an email to the hosts a day before our arrival, they replied "yes". When we arrived to the apartment we found out that the elevator has been broken for a week and will not be fixed during our entire stay (4 days)
We tried to reach the hosts but they did not reply our phone calls and e-mails
I absolutely do not recommend this apartment to anyone who does not want to climb 80 stairs by foot. I am attaching pictures

the location was perfect, we could walk everywhere, plenty of restaurants close by, the tube was round the corner.
the flat was comfortable, warm and foot people didn’t feel squished.
the hood on the extractor fan has to be pulled out to be switched on. kept hitting our heads on it.

location was great for our needs, close to Euston station to go to the Warner bros studio and close to sight seeing
water damage in both bathrooms and kitchen. there was a lot of mold in our shower and it smelled musty. thankfully I found some cleaner and sprayed it down myself which helped, but I shouldn’t have had to do that. The sofa was incredibly hard and uncomfortable to sit on.

The location was handy for the things we had planned to do in London.
The apartment had a strong smell of cigarette smoke when we entered. It would appear that someone else in the building is a smoker and this impacted on the apartment.
There was a candle which we used to mask the smell but there was no easy way to light the candle.
There was construction work ongoing directly across the road from the unit and there was the continual noise of jackhammers.
The overall condition of the apartment was good but there were a number of cosmetic things that need to be fixed up.

The location was incredible, just off Tottenham Court Road and a short walk to the Warren St. tube station. The flat is spacious and clean. The staff is responsive and helpful.
The kettle needs to be replaced. Thank goodness, the elevator is being refurbished!

Our hosts were very responsive - so grateful for that. The location was excellent - central, but just outside the heavy tourist zone.
It was a rare hot few days - and though they provided a fan, it was hot in the apartment.

The location of the apartment was excellent with the tube station being a short walk away. It was one stop to Green Park and two stops to Oxford Circus. Although running parallel to Tottenham Court Road it was very quiet and we had a very peaceful stay. The apartment itself was a very good size and although the kitchen appliances are quite dated it does have everything that you need for an enjoyable stay. Two bathrooms were really appreciated.
We can't really complain about anything but the blind in bedroom 2 was broken so didn't block out the light in the early morning, we didn't have a bath due to being unable to work out how to fill it from the tap - possibly our stupidity! The pillows on bed 2 could have been better and if applicable we would have found the settee in the lounge too hard should one of us have to sleep on it. The lift accessing the property with carpeted walls smelt horrendously but we are sure that this is out of the hosts control.

Location is great, not noisy for being at the heart of the city. Communication with YKP team was nice and fast. BT tower views from the kitchen, which is cool. Cozy place, will definitely come back.
Floor cleaning wasn't the best we've seen, but still good. Radiators didn't work but YKP helped us quite fast, even with no radiators we never felt cold.

Good location near tube and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms with kitchen and washing machine. Elevator. Strong wifi. Self check-in.
Not step free building (approx.10 steps stair before elevator), dirty kettle and toaster too afraid to use, no water filter provided, heaters not working especially living room, no vacuum provided

The location was fantastic. We were a ten minute walk to Soho, fifteen to leister Square and Regents Park. Hyde Park was a 30 minute walk but it was lovely, passing the BBC studios and other landmarks.
Lots of food shops around, delis, convenience stores and restaurants. A great Italian where you picked up a great lasagna and coffee for £6.
The apartment was huge. Really big for Central London. Two decent size doubles a great living area and huge hall to store the pram.
Slightly dated but for the price it was extreeme value for money.

Clean and well equipped apartment. Perfect for us as a family for four. Decent sized bedrooms and two bathrooms too. Close to many local amenities and sights to see.
Floorboards were quite creaky in one of the rooms which kept waking my little baby up.

Really great location and good size bedrooms with lots of storage. We didn’t use them but the washing machine and dish washer facilities are a good addition. They had also stocked tea and coffee, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and soap powder. Key lock box made checking in and out really easy although could do with better instructions given the number of lock boxes outside the property.
The street outside is pretty noisy at night and in the morning which was fine when we close the windows but the flat was too hot at night not to have the windows open meaning our sleep wasn’t great. I suggest maybe some fans for the bedrooms.
The mattress on the bed in the en-suite room could also do with an upgrade as it was really uncomfortable (and the slats on the bed had fallen through which we had to fix). The bathroom in this room could also do with a general upgrade and we noticed the shower was nearly overflowing very quickly after switching it on.
A tea towel or kitchen roll in the kitchen would be nice and I suggest a better clean of the dolce gusto as this was a bit smelly when we went to use it.
Lastly, the internet was very patchy and we struggled to connect most days despite resetting the router meaning we were reliant on our 4G but we weren’t in the flat a lot so this didn’t impact us too much.
It did the job but I would say that the stay was just okay, I would expect a little more for the price.

The location is really good and the style is good and it’s very chic
But unfortunately the place wasn’t clean properly and they didn’t put clean and stuff and when I asked them about the vacuum they locked the vacuum in a closet and all the closet has stuff already inside of it and when we arrived there were no welcoming tea or coffee anything nothing department was really empty so they will come in is bad and when I sent him an email it was like they don’t care above that they send me many emails about keeping the place clean But we didn’t find it that clean it wasn’t clean properly and they didn’t put cleaning stuff we had to buy everything to clean above that when I ask about cooking pods they said we cannot offer that which is weird and also the water boil was very dirty we cleaned it And some lightbulbs are not working so the place was very dark when I asked them about that they say it’s very hard to find the bulbs and when I got to pound land I found them so they are not helpful and everything that I asked for they didn’t do it they only give me negative answers

On the whole the apartment was fine. The lounge area and bedrooms were good. The kitchen was good, just could of done with a few extra bits. The location was quite central, with plenty of places to eat.
Bathrooms could do with some TLC. In the kitchen it would of been nice to have a tea towel, tin opener, and a blind for the window.

We was told it was ready for us to enter but cleaner was still in cleaning and wasn't covid appliant. There wasn't enough tea cups or cutlery. Very shoddy decor. 3 star at best

I thought it was in a good location and was good value for money.
I thought there was a bit too much communication from the host that began to negatively impact our stay.

The property is very well located, a few minutes from the city, tube station and many tourist spots. It was extremely clean and quiet. It was easy to find and access, parking being available (small extra fee) was a huge bonus. The hosting company was easy to contact and sent back many standard responses to any questions, they were very prompt though.
I would not rate this as a 'luxury' property. It was average, although extremely clean, it was not at all to any high specification. The quality of furniture for example was strictly average. It is a great place to dock while you explore the city but maybe not spend too much time in the apartment itself. Also there is a damage bonus to be paid advance which is refunded very promptly.

Location was excellent, 15-20 minutes walking distance from Kings Cross station and similar to Covent Garden. Lots of local shops and restaurants and easy access to several tube stations (Warren Street and Goodge Street). Apartment itself was lovely, light and spacious and the beds, although very small doubles, were comfy. Bed linen was very good quality. The apartment had a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and coffee machine. We didn't use them but it was great that it was so well equipped. The WiFi was excellent and the TV gave access to Sky and Netflix, as well as Freeview.
Sofa bed was damaged but had been repaired and was ok for our son, however I don't think it would work for a couple. Both showers leaked water on to the floor and may eventually damage the flooring. Toilet seat in the en suite was loose and needs to be secured.
