Es war sehr schön, sauber und völlig in Ordnung.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber.

Ein großes Duschhandtuch pro Person alleine reicht nicht. Ein kleines Handtuch für das Gesicht wäre zusätzlich gut.

Top en goedkoop

De accommodatie is erg ruim en kan genoeg mensen huisvestiggen. Goeie kook plaats en prima badkamer. Het appartement is erg schoon en dat wordt gewaardeerd!

Beetje weinig stoel aan de eet tafel als je met veel bent kan je er niet goed eten.

Грязь. Просто нереально грязно. Я ещё не был в таких грязных местах. Всем доброго дня, я понимаю что такое недорогой отель и всегда отдаю себе отчет, но для меня в этот раз было самое главное, это месторасположение и для меня лично оно было идеальное. Цена тоже оказалось нормальной. Первый критерий, который я всегда смотрю на booking - это оценка чистоты, я посмотрел и там было 8,2. Что хорошо. Может это в хостеле так чисто. Но в номере(!), кстати он огромный, очень большой, много кроватей. Но как же грязно! Я давно не видел таких грязных номеров. Ходили босиком, носки надо выбрасывать. Если вам важна чистота, ни в коем случае не выбирайте этот номер. Еще очень прокурено, дышать тяжело. Dirt. It's just incredibly dirty. I have never been to such dirty places. Good day everyone, I understand what an inexpensive hotel is and I’m always aware of it, but for me this time the most important thing was the location and for me personally it was ideal. The price also turned out to be normal. The first criterion that I always look at when booking is the cleanliness rating, I looked and it was 8.2. What well. Maybe it's the hostel that's so clean. But the room(!), by the way, is huge, very large, with many beds. But how dirty! I haven't seen such dirty rooms for a long time. We walked barefoot, we had to throw away our socks. If cleanliness is important to you, do not choose this room. It's still very smoky, it's hard to breathe.

Great place to stay with your family and friends!

I didn’t realize that i was booking a 2 room with 2 king beds and kitchen and i was shocked by its size! The location was great it was close to transportation, mall and the shopping street, supermarkets, the dancing house and it’s a walking distance to everywhere on top of it!

Booking i toto ubytování by se mělo stydět ze tohle vůbec nabízejí

Hnus, špína, neuklizený pokoj, všude smrdela tráva a cigarety, jeden velký špinavý hnus a nevydržela jsem tam ani minutu, doteď se snažím o vracení peněz Nebyly ani povlečené postele čistým povlečením kompletně vše bylo špinavé včetně lednice toalety i vany

Everything was clean. Bathroom was my favorite section of the house.

It was very clean.

At first it was challenging to enter the building. I couldn’t find the email which tells entrance instructions. I had only internet not telephone line in Prague. I couldnt call anyone. They should add whatsapp option to reach them.

Schöne Stadt aber nie wieder dieses Appartment

Lage zur City und Flughafen

Sauberkeit ..( tropfendes Wasser von Decke, teilweise Geruch nach Kläranlage nachts, teilweise Dreck in Küche) fehlende Ausstattung ... (Geschirr nur für fünf Personen, Appartment wird aber für 10 vermietet, ein Topf vorhanden) ... Schlechte Kommunikation zB bei Parkgebühr 8Hinweis vom Vermieter mit Link, dass Parkgebühren zu zahlen sind, was ich im Vorfeld auch gemacht habe (40 €) und vor Ort festgestellt, dass ich von Freitag 20 Uhr bis Sonntag gar nicht hätte zahlen müssen ....

Not a value of money !

Location was good for what we need.

1. Waste water leaking and shower drain was not working resulted in water in the apartment that we used our own towels to clean. 2. The bedroom comes with bed not in god condition and the mattress was bigger than the bed frame… not sure how the management want us to sleep. 3. The pillows and the bed sheets look used. The pictures Donny speak truth. We end up using the bed they put in the kitchen.

Gut für Montagearbeiter, da viel Schlafzimmer

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind geräumig. Durch Handycode konnte jeder von uns unabhängig in die Wohnung, das verschafft Freiraum. Wenig Straßenlärm, Fenster doppelt verglast.

Lattenrost defekt in einem Bett. Licht ging im Treppenhaus auf unserer Etage nicht, deshalb haben andere Personen versehentlich öfter auf die Klingel gedrückt.... sehr ärgerlich und vermeidbar. Geschirr teilweise schmutzig.

Great place and affordable

The apartment was big enough for my family and had all the things I needed. It was located from stores and restaurants by walking.

The downside was that it was really hot. If you plan on visiting in the summer months bring a fan. I will definitely add that to my packing list in the future.

A short trip to Prague

The facility is located in a quiet and peaceful area, yet quite close to the centre of Prague. Plenty of space in the flat although the living room plus kitchenette was a tad crowded.

There was a shortage of kitchen utensils, some guests made quite a lot of noise which could be heard late at night. It could have been a little cleaner.

City of the best beer

The apartment is located in a renovated building. Located in a very good area, close to the center but at the same time the neighborhood is clean and quiet. There are several bars nearby, which can be used even at very late hours. The way of passing the code to the room is one of the most convenient and simplest I have ever encountered.

Unfortunately, the furniture furnished in the apartment has outlived a lot of guests and some chairs are long overdue for replacement, but I understand the nature of the place. It is a pity that there are no parking spaces, the only way is to use the city parking lot.

Nothing fancy, but if you are looking for a clean place in a good location — it‘s gonna br a good choice

Location is great! 3-4 stops by tram from the Old town. And besides we liked our district even more than the center! So cozy with lots of cafes and restaurants. 1 min by foot to the river. Just cool! The appt was pretty simple, but clean. Very calm and quiet. We also appreciate the access system: we got an e-mail with the link to ooen entrance door and the door to the appartment — so hi-tech and convinient!

The frying pan wan awful and there were no cutlery for cooking. I mean it‘s really cheap to get new ones, please do it😊 And despite the flat eas nice and everything, I feel like it‘s really overpriced: we paid 130€ for 1 night for 2 adults and 2 kids, which I consider very expensive! Ok, we booked the flat 24 hours before coming and didn‘t have any other choice and we had a good experience, but still… The bathroom is tired, the hair dryer is broken (I‘ve read about this in other reviews, so the owners know about this issue, hmmmm). There are also nothing in the bathroom, only toilet paper and half pack of soap. So keep in mind to bring your own shower gel, shampoo, etc. and the kitchen is empty, but we all know that people always leave like oil or sugar. Just don‘t throw it away and the next guests will get all these necessary staff for cooking😊

Very surprised by the "online keys" to open the main street door and the room's door. The apartment is very spacious with like-new equipment and even has a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, dishwasher...

There is TV but cannot be used. We don't use it anyway

Exceptional

We were on vacation with a family of 4 people and we really enjoyed it. The apartment is spacious, very clean and in a good area. The city center is very fast to get to, there are many establishments and shops around. It was also very interesting for us to open the door to signing and apartments by phone. How many times have I traveled, but this is the first time we have done this . Thank you

Big apartment near public transportation and straight bus connection (191) from the airport. Very clean apartment, but a bit worn-out. Super nice food court Manifesto around the block.

There was no air conditioning, but it was OK when all the windows were kept open all night. Due to open windows, traffic and the garbage trucks woke up at 7. Night life can also be quite noisy due to many students staying in the apartments and the capsule hotel. There are only basics at the apartment and nothing extra. Be prepared to buy everything you need from the store, which is close.
