Comfortable centrally located hotel with attentive staff

Modern, well maintained, staff very friendly and helpful.

Rooms a bit stuffy but improved by AC. Could do with better ventilation.

Definitely wouldn't come again.

Nothing else. Everything else was horrible. The room, the ambience, the food, the facilities. Nothing is alright. The bathtub had a broken drainage system. The room size is nothing compared to westin or other 5 stars. No combinations to adjust lighting. Only the master. Everything else is manual.

It’s good location and value for money

There is no proper stairs or elevator for going out for a walk or roam around by walk. Specially for older people they can not climb on such steep slopes.

It was Horrible

The Breakfast was good, The room was clean but was very noise, the hotel played music with heavy base that shock the room till 12am ask the front deck multiple to shut it off but no they Didn't

Make it a night club or Hotel so we dont have waste our money, hotels are for rest, but the management places music with heavy base till 12 am how can you rest, it gets you frustrated

The hotel that does go that extra metre to excel

The rooms were of a high standard. The food was of a high quality with plenty of choice. Excellent facilities. But the overriding positive was the staff, they all interacted in a caring and professional manner. This comment is made without exception and relates to all the staff. It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel. They even gave us a much appreciated thankyou for staying party on the last night.

Crossing the road was not good, but will be made better, when the bridge is completed.

Good location and very helpfull staff!!!

Good breakfast,fresh juices are available on request. It is not a luxury hotel, but the staff go out of way to make you comfortable

My extra bed was a disaster. I had to sleep on mattress just thrown on the ground. Didnt have any energy to ask,hence slept and got up with neck and back pain. was replaced with stow away the next day.

Mithisar from the service team and Tanish from front desk were very nice

On the first day we had lunch at almost 2.50pm. The bread served was not good & chicken was also not up to the mark. We gave this feedback Apparently the Chef Rick did not take this in the right spirit We stayed for 3 days and everyday he went around asking everyone about the food and service. He deliberately avoided asking us all the times. This reeka of bias. Had we not known Hyatt 's policy - we would have termed it as racial bias as we were the only Sikh couple at the Hotel during those days

ROOM WAS GOOD SZIE AND COMFORTABLE. FOOD WAS TASTY AND GREAT LOCATION WAS CENTRE AND EXCELLENT CHECK IN CHECKOUT WAS HANDLED GOOD MY SPECIAL REQUESTS WERE HANDLED GOOD

COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER - THE LIGHTING IN THE ROOM HAD ONLY TWO SWITCHES. EITHER THE WHOLE ROOM IS LIT OR SWITCHED OFF. NO NIGHT LIGHT. DO LOOK INTO THIS - THE FRONT DOOR WAS VERY HEAVY, THAT EVERYTIME THE ROOM SERVICE BOY COMES I NEED OPEN THE DOOR, HOLD IT AND LEAVE IT WHEN HE COMES IN TO PLACE THE TRAY. THE DOOR CLOSES BEHIND., I FEEL THIS AS A SECURITY ISSUE AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED PROPERLY, PROMPTLY

Comfy room, cool aircondition, different pillows to match your prefernece.

Breakfast is good but could be better if more variation to meet international guests. Fresh juices looked dull. Staff are gunienly welcoming, but they need more training on what to do and what not to do.

Feels good but needs more attention

There to many attend staff but no proper material available as the food on the breakfast get finish and dont get replishe faster, as a customer for 10days i would not recommend this place for longer terms its good for 1 day or max 2 days stay. Shower got clogged and took time to drain too.

The person who helped me with the check in was extremely nice and polite. She was a junior staff and also had a pleasant approach in general. They accomodated my request for a late check out but and that was really helpful. The extra goodies and the note they left appreciating women achievers added that extra touch to the whole experience. I wish to extend my appreciation for the intern trainee Mr. Vamshi too. Good breakfast spread.

The linen looks a bit worn down especially when you compare other five star . The bed is slightly worn down too. Also, had to ask for the disposable room slippers. The staff that received me at the Reception initially was not upto the mark. She then put me over to someone junior who was in fact very helpful.

If you go for some shopping around place and coming back is more difficult. They have big ramp which is not comfortable at all for elderly people or who has gone through knee surgery or pain. They have work on this part so that people will feel comfortable.

Friendly staff who always with a smile and saying namasty to all. Small improvment needed.

We had a truly exceptional experience at the hotel, with a prime location, delightful breakfast, and friendly staff who always wore a smile. We were pleasantly surprised when the head chef (Rick Kundu) personally visited our table to inquire about our experience and express a willingness to receive any feedback we had to offer.

Unfortunately, the room provided for our stay was not spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three people. It was disappointing to find that the only option for the third person was a sofa bed, which did not meet our expectations for a hotel of Hyatt's calibre. It may be advisable for Hyatt to consider not accepting bookings for three people in rooms of this size in the future.
