Personeel supervriendelijk, ontbijt prima.

Zeer kindvriendelijk
Alles was oke

Lovely breakfast. Air on in rooms. Beautiful reception area , kids pool/ air hockey. Great board-games. Super little garden.
But squashy room for 5 people
4.0
very well located hotel for the Efteling; spacious family room for six; no problems parking
the upper bunk bed's top stair was uncomfortable for the child (8 y/o), was a bit afraid to come down; bathroom not really well designed, water from the shower went everywhere (literally!); breakfast room arguably too small for the hotel, got quite crowded
4.0
modern design, friendliness, facilities for kids
a bit crowded and very Dutch 😀 at breakfast .

After going to Efteling (one of the world’s oldest theme park), we decided to stay a night here instead of making the two-hour journey back to Amsterdam. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the theme park.
As for the room and decor, everything is new and nice. Plenty of space for luggage and even thoughtful ideas like having a ledge under charging ports to put your electronic devices.
The washroom is quite simple, wished there were more hooks or areas to hang clothes or put toiletries.
The hotel comes with an in-house restaurant and is next to a supermarket. We weren’t really fans of the food, quite bland, had to season it with salt and pepper.

Superb place to explore Efteling and Holland
5.0
Staff was really nice, room was clean and functional, there were places for the kids to play, the whole thing was very family friendly.
Also, perfect location near Efteling
Breakfast is definitely not worth it, if you can find another place nearby it's better. The associated restaurant is also expensive and not that good.
Staff is very nice, but you should find another option for eating (not many around though)
4.0
modern, easy access to Efteling, friendly staff
materials pool table broken

Clean, well organized and comfortable
Everything
4.0
Great location, a supermarket is nextdoor, Efteling is a few minutes' walk. Good breakfast and free parking.
The bathroom is not so convenient, the shower will make the floor wet very soon, each time after shower, you have to mop the floor.
4.0
- Great location, close to Efteling, supermarket (AH) just below if you want to get something.
- Towels and soaps all present
- Kids loved the bunk bed
- Water/coffee/tea wasn't present in our room
3.5
Nice hotel, good location. Breakfast was good but a bit limited.
The beds were not very comfy.
4.5
location is great near to Efteling
bar and restaurant very nice with some things for kids to do. good food.
the staff are so helpful and friendly. we cannot fault the staff their customer service is very good
the room has a hairdryer and kettle and is big. shower was good
would like a proper coffee machine in the room.
would like to be able to eat in the bar - more informal.
would like breakfast to be better organised. they brought out eg croissants and they were all taken within seconds then a long wait for more to come out. not much fruit at breakfast.
3.5
Cool design, comfortable and buzzy bar and restaurant, comfy beds, tea and coffee maker in deluxe room. Lovely helpful staff.
shower not terribly convenient. No tea and coffee maker in the standard rooms - family rooms a bit reminiscent of an up market hostel, not a hotel. Price high for what it is and area, not explained by proximity to Efteling.
4.0
Room had allot of space and the beds were super comfortable.
The shower did have curtain, the entire bathroom was extremly wet.
4.5
Kid-friendly hotel
Bed is a bit uncomfortable
5.0
Beds really soft and uncomfortable. No fridge in room. No coffee or tea facilities in the room.
1.5
great location for Efteling park.
- broken fridge throughout our 3 night stay. Told reception at the start but it wasn’t fixed. very difficult with young family and milk and other items to keep cool. I had to go back and forth for reception to keep my items in their fridge. They said they could hold just a few small items for me!
- 1 or 2 staff members were not very friendly or willing to help seeing that we had struggles with small children. There was a more mature lady working in the restaurant and she just looked at us, notably unhappy with my children who were unsettled. When we were leaving the restaurant to go about our day, she kept on alerting another staff member to make sure that we paid! We are not criminals, we understood the policy of war and pay at reception. Most other staff were pleasant.
- Breakfast did not seem like good value for money. The range of food was quite limited compared to what we usually see in other hotels for breakfast buffets.
3.5
the location is great
it’s more like a hostel than a hotel. the food in the “restaurant” is heated up tin food or fully processed. 7 euros for a bowl of “tomato soup” from a tin is extortionate
