El servicio es espectacular! Los chicos de recepción muy amables! He cenado varias veces en el restaurante y también me gustó mucho! Las chicas en el spa muy amables también!

Posiblemente el color de habitación me pareció un poco oscuro. La verdad que el color gris es muy elegante y la decoración muy bonita pero a mejor por estar en el segundo piso faltaba un poco de luz.

Freundlichkeit … drei von vier Damen an der Spa Rezeption bekamen den Mund nicht auf. Beim Frühstück braucht es Schulung in allen Richtungen. Unwirsche Antworten. Koordination Küche - Service. Abräumdienst 🤪

Très jolies chambres, confortables et spacieuses. Bien situé et personnel agréable.

Až na tu katastrofální skříň, co je spíš vitrína pro uklízečku, je hotel čistý, tichý a pokud se někdy do Rigy vrátím, b

Překvapivě čisté a příjemné koberce. Možnost otevřít dveře od pokoje pomocí mobilu. Velice vstřícný a nápomocný personál. Snídaně. Lokalita.

Špatně těsnící okno. Skříň na oblečení měla jen jednu poličku (asi 180cm vysoko), jednu zásuvku a byla otevřená. Pokoj se každou chvíli otřásl, když venku projelo větší vozidlo.

Satisfied and Comfortable

The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including Riga specialties, and was delicious. We booked two rooms for my husband and two daughters, and they arranged for us to have adjacent rooms, which was very helpful. The staff were also new and very polite. The SPA concierge was especially helpful. about the location, within walking distance to Riga's Old Town.

I had a 60-minute massage.The masseuse was 15 minutes late and only performed 50 minutes. The masseuse was very skilled, so it was a shame.

Beautiful bath with a good view, SPA, Bed was very comfortable, clean room, coffee machine.

The shower door was loose, resulting in water all over the bathroom floor. And there were no broom. TV could be larger for such a large room 😀

Wonderful treat for ourselves

Big and comfortable bed, great bedding andvlean facilities. The SPA center was not too crowded, we enjoyed the hammam and saunas Thank you for the pleasant surprise on my birthday

The breakfast buffet is nicer on weekends, but there still were plenty of options to choose

Sänky oli mukavin missä olen nukkunut ja lakanat olivat silkkisen pehmeät. Huoneen ulkopuolelta ei myöskään kuulunut mitään ääniä, joten yöunet olivat taatut. Sisääänkirjautuminen ja muu asiointi netin kautta oli äärimmäisen kätevää.

En löytänut wifi koodia huoneesta, mutta sain sen helposti kysyttyä chatin kautta.

Overall good, loved the SPA

Spa was a real treat to escape the cold for a few hours! It was great they had different rooms to enjoy and try out. Breakfast although expensive was nice and had a good selection. Room was comfortable and baby bed was provided.

I found the staff at reception generally not very friendly there seemed to be a lot of them always working but no one greeted us or said hello. We had a lovely welcome from Peter however after that I was disappointed

Eine kleine Bemerkung: Badetücher sind ins Jahre gekommen, sehr dünn und erfüllen sein Zweck nicht mehr. Das fällt mir schon zum zweiten Mal ein.

Был Junior Suite. Вид из окон во двор на мусорные баки. В 6 утра их забирают и ты это слушаешь и просыпаешься. В номере температура в январе 20 град была. Система обогрева была выключена. На просьбу разобраться когда замерзли ночью систему не включили, а принесли один слабый обогреватель. Или издеваются над русскими или экономят деньги на качестве отдыха. В любом случае полный отстой. Матрац на кровати был жесткий, как кирпич. Спать не возможно. Вода в душе еле теплая и идет рывками. Слив душа практически не работал. Душевая лейка вся забита солями - пришлось ее самим очищать.

Luxury, affordable stay.

I could not speak highly enough of this hotel, excellent location to start. But the hotel from top to bottom was exceptional. I would definitely visit riga again and this hotel is one of the reasons!

Gastfreundschaft auf hohem Niveau

Wunderbare Atmosphäre, tolles Frühstück und ein herrlicher Wellness und Fitnessbereich. Hier haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder!

Der fehlende Punkt zur vollen Punktzahl von 10 könnte durch vorgeschnittenes Obst am Frühstück leicht erreicht werden- ich bin eine faule Socke und möchte mir das Obst direkt auf den Teller laden- nicht erst schälen und schnibbeln!

Meile meeldis ikkagi

Väga abivalmis personal. Parkla puudumisel pakuti kohe nende poolset teenust auto parkimisel, mis oli väga mugav. Kiire sisse- ja väljaregistreerimine. Kena ja luksuslik interjöör. Voodis kvaliteetne voodipesu. Toast vaade pargile oli väga ilus. Mitmekesine ja maitsev hommikusöök.

Hotelli restoranis vähe kohti. Soovitan sisseregistreerimisel kohe ka sinna kohad broneerida. Restorani menüü võiks olla rikkalikum ja maitseelamuslikum. Vannitoas oli niiske, puudus põrandaküte või muu küttekeha, et kuivatada rätikuid, ujumisriideid. SPAs jäi arusaamatuks kus riideid saab vahetada ja peale basseini külastust ennast pesta.

Schönes Hotel mit Mängel

Das Frühstück war toll! Die Lage auch! Tolles Fitnessstudio

Viel zu voll im Spa. Kein Ruheraum! Um 22:00 Uhr gab es kein Dessert oder irgendein kleines Dolche mehr. Rücksichtslose Gäste, die laut in ihr Handy plärren, oder Eltern, die ihren Kindern schon morgens das Handy sehr laut zum Frühstück anbieten, werden vom Personal nicht zurechtgewiesen. Da kann man nur flüchten. Die Gäste gehen ohne Handtuch in die Sauna und keiner sagt was.

Amazing place - be aware of parking

Everything was great about the room, servi9, facilities, location, bed, toilet.

Parking - it was mentioned to us that you need to park in a private parking but that's not so true. Many people park in front of the hotel and was ok for all night.

Location was very central for us!

The spa was good but it would be nice if people were considerate enough not to place their towels on the hot beds to save their spots. Perhaps, a time limit so everyone can get a chance to use the facilities.
