立地、最高！

価格をおさえるための様々な工夫を感じた。部屋はキレイだった。なんと言っても立地が最高でした！京都の多くの観光地へとつながるJR山陰線を利用して活動する人にとって駅近のこのホテルは最高でした。また泊まりたい。

Pleasant stay

The hotel is close to a mall and a train station. The staff is wonderful and helpful.

The room is dark. The walls made it even darker. There are areas that are not cleaned because of collected dusts like the bedside mini table and other areas.

Parfait pour nous

D'abord la surface des chambres n'est pas de 8m2 mais plutôt du double. Chambre très bien équipée (micro-onde, frigidaire congélateur, ... ) avec une petite terrasse. Bureau avec 2 chaises (en général, il y a toujours une chaise pour 2). Très bon emplacement, à moins de 100m de la gare de Nijo (train + métro). Au calme pour la notre.

We are very much delighted in our stay at Tabist Kyoto.

It is closest to the nijo station by 2-3 minute walk, which is very convenient. The hosts were very accommodating. We are family of 4 and we booked 2 rooms, they made sure that our rooms are connected to each other. The room is modern and well equipped

No daily cleaning of rooms.

Perfect!

The owner is the kindest man ever! A Philippine guy and his English is near perfect. You can see that hospitality is his nr. 1 goal, he makes you feel very welcome and makes sure that everything is up to your needs. I had a double bed room on my own so more than enough space and it's next to a train/subway station. There's also a mall with movie theater across the street with a Lawson. The train also takes you to Arashiyama in 10 minutes!

When i arrived around 1 pm there was no staff available to leave your luggage. You can leave your luggage in the reception area with lock attached but it still felt a little weird to do that. Everything was fine though

perfect!

by far the biggest room I stayed in japan. really comfy and even a balcony. location is excellent.. I couldn’t recommend this any higher, best value for money I found on any city in japan, and also has a coin washer

Would love to stay again, very safe and convenient location, wonderful stay!

Convenient smoking room and laundry facilities. good sized rooms, felt very safe. enjoyed the balcony and very convenient location.

The decor was pretty outdated and one of our rooms had dark floor and black wallpaper which felt a bit dark compared to the other cream and red room.

Great location

We like the location. It is near the train station, the shops, the restaurants. The Nijo castle is within a walking distance. The room is spacious and clean.

It's hard to communicate with the staff in English. But they have the translator machine. Not a big issue

Exceptional

Friendly staff, super clean with the possibility to use coin laundry machines. It's right next to Nijo Station. Everything is quickly reachable by public transport, the area itself is super quiet and only a 5 minute walk away from a shopping passage. I'll definitely come back here!

The location was excellent and the staff was super nice. As a female traveler sometimes it's difficult to find places to stay and this one exceeds my expectations. The room was super clean, comfortable, and worth the price. It's also super accessible from the Nijo Station. :)

AWESOME!

The location was great and i was very familiar around the area since i have stayed near the area before too. The bicycle was great too i could even go to the supermarket and do some shopping there.

Everything was great.

Perfect location right near the station, very friendly staff, bike rental, everything seemed to be new at the hotel, easy check in and check out process.

There was a thick layer of dust on the furniture in our room but I strongly believe it was a one time mistake as the hotel was very clean elsewhere and had a good cleanliness review score. The only thing we hated there were black walls and blue light in the room (different than what you see in the pictures - I think the rooms are now newly renovated with black wallpaper?). It really makes you feel uncomfortable in the room and you don’t want to stay there for too long as you start feeling depressed after few minutes haha. Not a big issue though, just a personal feeling.
