The staff were incredible and so attentive! The spa was next door with great massages. Great restaurants and bars next door. Free bikes that took us 5 minutes to cycle to the next strip of restaurants. Free laundry. Lovely breakfast! I could go on...
The pillows. I missed my memory foam pillow from home. Our family room was a duplex with a narrow staircase. It wasn't the safest for our 4 year old. But he was OK. I'd have preferred normal, interconnecting rooms which weren't on the 3rd floor with no lifts.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very big, clean and had everything we needed. The laundry service was great and we had clean clothes back within the same day. The free hire bikes were great and it was so lovely cycling to the nearby vegetable village. I also left a jacket there by accident and the staff were very helpful in organising a shipping company to send this back to the UK. Would recommend this place 100% and would love to come back.

滞在までに何度か問合せをしましたが、迅速でとても親切な対応で、伺う前から安心感がありました。
お部屋は清潔で綺麗で、ビーチ用タオルが入ったオリジナルバックが備えてあったのが嬉しい。
ビーチでのんびりしたり、無料自転車でサイクリングを楽しんだり、お庭を眺めながらバルコニーで寛いだり、
就寝前にSPAでリラックス出来で満足です。
チェックアウトが早朝だったので、フルーツジュース・カットフルーツ・バインミーを持たせて下さいました。
直ぐ前のビーチから、淡いピンク色の朝焼けがとても綺麗でした。
近所のカラオケが雰囲気を台無しにしている・・・

洗面ボールが高く使いにくかった。
シャワーブース内に棚やフックがなく、モノが置けない。
１日目のタオルはとても柔らかく流石！と思ったら、２日目は質が落ちて使い古しのタオルになったのでガッカリ。
SPAで使用している敷きタオルが薄く肌触りが悪かった。勿体ない・・・

Best hotel we stayed in in Vietnam so far! The staff were extremely motivated and helpful with all our questions. The hotel was just beautiful. On our last day there was some renovation work going on. The staff had proactively informed us about this before our stay, which would have given us the option to cancel the booking – we are glad we didn't. Instead they offered us a room further from the noise and a tour during the intensive works. It was very thoughtful and we appreciated it a lot.
Location, breakfast and cleanliness were also 10/10.
We don't have anything negative to say :)

Ein überaus freundlicher Empfang, Info über die Nachbarschaft und entfernte Sehenswürdigkeiten. Fahrrad steht zur Verfügung.
Diese herrliche Ruhe, meine abendliche Lese Stunde im kleinen hübschen Garten. Entspannung pur ( bei leiser Hintergrundmusik! Muss man genießen können!)! Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das leckere Frühstück ( warm, kalt, Früchte)! Kein Buffet sondern Service. Federballspiel mit den Nachbarskindern auf der kaum befahrenen Straße. Strand von einsam bis belebt aber kein Lärm durch Jetski o. Stranddisko in der Nähe.
Werde wiederkommen! Ein nochmaliger Dank an das Personal!
Die Zeit war zu kurz, wäre gerne länger geblieben.

We have been travelling in Vietnam for nearly 2 months. KA Villa is a fantastic place to stay. Its been our favourite by far. The service, accommodation, staff and the owner were exceptional. We stayed 14 nights and still didn't want to leave! It is a thoughtfully located boutique Hotel just across from the quieter end of An Bang beach. We were so well cared for by the staff. They even provide a free washing service. They also made wonderful recommendations for places to eat with good cheap restaurants nearby, including, our favourite, next door to KA Villa..Our breakfasts were delicious too. This place keeps getting 10/10 and this score is so well deserved as it sure delivers. We will be back!

Wonderful, attentive staff, one immediately feels like at family home! Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice even for young, picky eaters. Spacious and clean rooms, relaxing pool, nice nail services. They have helped us organize trips and tailor visits - also worth recommending. Beach across the street, clean, long and sandy, shallow waters ideal for children. Good food options nearby and not too far from historical old town. My family loved this place!

Super séjour de 6 nuits. Hôtel à taille humaine, Très bien entretenu. L ensemble de l équipe a été aux petits soins pour nous, avec de bonnes recommandations. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Emplacement idéal, loin du tumulte de la vieille ville mais facilement accessible grâce à Grab.

Nhung y su equipo, además de ser muy simpáticos, dan un servicio excelente. Te dan recomendaciones de restaurantes, te explican las actividades que puedes realizar y te ayudan con cualquier gestión.
Las instalaciones son magníficas, están muy bien cuidadas, limpias, tiene una piscina y el ambiente es muy relajado.
La localización es inmejorable. En el casco antiguo de Hoi An hace mucho calor. KA Villa está a dos pasos de la playa. Puedes pasar el día en la playa o realizar alguna actividad durante el día y visitar el casco antiguo por la tarde cuando se suavizan las temperaturas.
Los desayunos están buenísimos, tienes opciones vietnamitas y occidentales.
Estamos muy contentos y agradecidos por el trato recibido en hotel y lo recomendamos encarecidamente :)

Generous breakfast each morning to start the day, free bike hire and a nice pool.Rooms were large and well maintained with comfortable beds.

KA Villa Hoi An is in a class of its own. The 3 star rating doesn’t do them justice in any way. In many aspects they exceed even 5 star hotels for their hospitality, service and personable approach. If there is anything to go by it should be the ratings on TripAdvisor or Booking.com.
It starts even before you arrive. You will get an email asking you if there are any special circumstances or wishes you want them to prepare for. This ranging from an airport pick up to recommendations for tours, restaurants, etc. Their hospitality is unmatched. They show genuine care and warm feelings towards their guests throughout your stay. Nothing seems to be too much for the staff to make your stay a memorable one.
As far as facilities go: everything you might require is available. A high class massage, a swimming pool, a lounge with luxurious leather chairs and a koi pond and much more.
Laundry service is available and is included in the price for the room.
The hotel only serves a great breakfast, both Western and Asian dishes. Breakfast is served in the small courtyard. The furnishings give it a bit of a Parisian vibe.
For lunch and dinner there are plenty of small local restaurants nearby. Also don’t forget to ask them for recommendations on restaurants in and around Hoi An. Just tell them what kind of food you are interested in. They arranged for me a dinner at a local seafood restaurant where typically only the locals would go. It was outstanding, but I was the only Westerner there that evening.
As far as transportation is concerned: there are almost always some electric taxis waiting outside. They will take you to Hoi An Old Town for less than US$ 4,- one-way.
KA Villa Hoi An is the place to stay when visiting the Hoi An area. Old Town a 10 minute taxi ride away, set in a local community at a 3 minute walk away from a stunning beach.

Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft am niedlichen Tanh Tan Beach. Der größere An Bang Beach ist nur 5 Minuten am Strand zu Fuss entfernt.
Die Besitzerin Nhung ist super nett und kümmert sich sehr um alles. Auch die beiden Mädels von der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und können gut englisch. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Es werden Touren organisiert, es wird auch Spa angeboten. Frühstück gibt es täglich zum aussuchen (gebratener Reis, Nudeln, Phó usw.). Super! Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Die Altstadt von Hoi An ist auch wunderschön.

We had an incredible visit to Hoi An. It is a lovely ancient city and An Bang is a beautiful lovely beach. We enjoyed the sites, the lanterns, the beach and the food. (The best Banh mi and cao lau!) The best part of the visit was the staff at Ka Villa who were all warm, welcoming and friendly. We could not imagined a better experience and look forward to returning. Everyone was lovely but Nhung was truly exceptional. She made our trip wonderful.

We loved it here and were very sad to leave! The bill itself is lovely, great rooms, pool, and courtyard. The location was also perfect for us - one block from a quiet section of beach, near restaurants and bars, 5 min bike ride to more restaurants, and cheap cab to Hoi An Old Town. We loved the owner and the staff at KA Villa, it felt like they were genuinely invested in us having a great time.

This was the best accommodation we could have ever imagined. The attitude of the staff was amazing, we felt like at home there and decided to prolong our stay. Rooms are super clean and quite spacious. Breakfast was very tasty and you can choose from a wide variety of options. You can rent bikes for free. The beach is very close and the neighborhood is also very nice - it's quite but also not too far from the city centre. If you miss something here, just talk to the stuff and they will arrange everything for you.

This is the most perfect place I’ve stayed so far! Extremely thoughtful host and very very kind staffs. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious and very well lit! The breakfast is out of the world! They have their own space for you in the beach with beach chairs. You can order food from nearby restaurants to their place and they serve it for you in their garden. This place is perfectly home away from home. They have included everything you need in the room like beach towels, swimming pool towels, home slippers, all possible toiletries and so on and so on. Also free laundry service. They arrange pick up and drop off as well.

Nhung and her team were great, very friendly and helpful. This beautiful place was just renovated in 2022, the room was nice and clean. There are many good bars, beach clubs, restaurants nearby. Walking across the road and you are on the beach.

Best place EVER to stay. We had such a great, great time. Hotel is perfectly located, just 20 meters from an excellent and tranquil beach. Spacious rooms, extremely clean and carefully arranged. But, above everything, the warmth and kindness we were greeted with are undescribable. In our life we have stayed in many places, in many countries, in different category hotels, but this experience surpassed all our previous ones and all our expectations.

The staff were care for guest first and business second I know that sound in plausible but there was a genuine care for guess , I was having some personal issues which are irrelevant and stayed out late they were genuinely concerned for my safety and felt selfish for not being more up front They would have understood also i was suffering a type of cold or something Madam Ngyen the manager went above and beyond to get medication for me and refused compensation,that says it all to ,i could live there and wish I could do so loved that joint

My stay here was absolutely idyllic - definitely the best few days in Vietnam. The hotel is very quiet, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the pool is amazing, and the beach is just across the street. Breakfast was delicious, the room was adorable and very comfortable. It was just an absolutely lovely few days.
