Welcome to our home called the Magicway Villas + Micky's Playground at Anaheim Disneyland.
Warm, stylish, and elegantly designed THREE bedroom townhouse directly across from Disneyland. A five minutes walk will take you to Disneyland's trams and Disneyland's monorail. Sit poolside to watch the fireworks each evening. BBQ on your private patio in this roomy, newly renovated townhouse.
This comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse is larger than most others in the area. You can snuggle up in your comfy bed with luxurious, high-quality linens. Everyone will enjoy the generous supply of welcome surprise packages.
We have paid a lot of attention to selecting top-quality fabrics, beautiful designs, and comfortable goods to make your stay extra enjoyable. This includes a 50' LG plasma TV in the living room as well another 50' plasma in the bedroom. Beautiful Chandeliers provide radiant light.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed with a ceiling fan and access to a private bathroom and shower.
The second Bedroom has a queen bed with close access to a bathroom in the hallway.
The kid's bedroom has a bunk bed ( Full over full) with close access to the hallway bathroom.
Fireworks can be seen from the kid's bedroom, second bedroom, dining room, and both patios.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of the home.
A washer and dryer are available downstairs inside the house.
High-speed internet and TV with extended channels are available.

LA is a big and widespread city, and we planned to spend at least one day in Disneyland, we picked this home for our 5-day visit. The home is located in a nice area close to the entrance of Disneyland. Communication with the owner was smooth and efficient.

Bit of a walk, but we all enjoyed it! Nice to have to thespace we all needed. Having a washer and dryer and full kitchen was fantastic. Communication was great and easy. Much better than staying in a hotel and would highly recommend!

Overall the condo was great! Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, equipment, dishwater, utensils. Washer dryer is good quality for fast loads of laundry. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo. My daughter and husband enjoyed a dip in the nearby pool! And the walk to Disney is as short as advertised, easily done by ages 12-75.
Only minor nitpicks: thin doors so we could hear all family in every room all the time and also the garage door wasn’t working on arrival (but that was resolved quickly by management).

This property had everything we needed and then some! The pools & playground were a very nice amenity. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. This place is walking distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. We would stay here again.

This property has it all. Very well stocked unit and perfectly Disney decorated for the kids. Literally a 7 minute walk to the rear entrance of the park making going back and forth super easy. The playground and the pools added some fun breaks for the kids. The complex is a bit dated but very clean and logistically perfect.

We loved this condo! Its location was amazing, a short walk to Disney. It had enough room for everyone and the master bed was comfortable. My kids liked the bunk bed.

The location is great. It’s really nice to go the opposite way of Disney traffic. There were a couple of issues though. We asked ahead of time if we could get a mobility scooter inside to charge and were told there was only a small step and it was easy. There were multiple steps and it was extremely difficult to get the scooter inside. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom didn’t go above low and the fans in the other bedrooms were extremely dusty and unusable. It was often hot and stuffy upstairs because of this.

This unit was in a great location to the Disney parks amd Downtown Disney. It could use some updating. The ice in the fridge did not work and the water out of the fridge came out super slow. Took me a while to fill up a standard plastic bottle. Otherwise though, it was comfortable and worked for us for our vacation!

Very well maintained facility with a great location for our family-planned activities. Overall we were very impressed with the spacious nature of this rental. The facility worked very well for our needs of 8 people. The parking location was very close and entry codes for both the rental as well as the parking spot worked perfectly. We will return and this location is on the top of our list for future trips to Southern California. Thank you for maintaining such a nice facility. ❤️

Clean and quite comfortable but needs a few simple repairs. Light bulbs burned out and pad for garage was sticking. Better instructions on pool gate and tv would be helpful.

The place was perfect for our needs ,enough bedrooms and bathrooms, we were able to put the children to bed at night and the adults could play boardgames without waking them, walking distance to Disney , and for our down days which we planned in not to overwhelm the children ,we used the pool and playground truly perfect for a family vacation.

We appreciated having a living room and kitchen to start and end our days.
We didn’t spend much time at the condo during the day but were relaxed and had plenty of room when we retired at the end of the day. This was extremely important with the amount of running around and driving we did during the day.
Three bathrooms and three bedrooms gave us all the room we needed while on vacation. If back in the Anaheim area we would go back to this location.

Communication with Nancy and Rick was excellent. In fact they gave us a lot of additional information that was very helpful. The complex was quite quiet which was nice. Proximity to Disneyland was excellent. Quite close to the pools but really in February only the hot tub was usable as the pool isn’t heated and was quite cold. The quality of the unit wasn’t as expected from seeing the photos. They must have been taken a number of years ago. A lot of the furniture has been replaced and much of it is tired. Make sure you take indoor shoes as the edging on the stairs is very painful to your feet. The duvet on the master bed just barely covers the top of the somewhat uncomfortable mattress but the duvet cover is about 8”wider. Once a couple of bodies are under the duvet you need to be close together to get full coverage. All in all it suited our purposes but we were disappointed in the quality of the furnishings. My only other comment would be that of the fragrance in the unit and on the bedding. There is a reason that hotels do not use scented laundry products and air fragrances.

The condo was very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were lots of amenities for small children (i.e. stroller, small table, high chair, etc.) The walking distance was ideal. It was a bit difficult to find and get to with a larger car. The garage was tight. The place is a bit dated and needs to be updated. The mattresses need to be replaced.

The property managers were great. They responded right away. The unit itself was fine although there was no plug for the bathtub and the other tub had a note on it not to fill it. The condominium complex was run down and really needed upkeep. Our biggest problem was that it was not an easy walk to Disneyland. There’s no nearby crosswalk over the busy street. Also, the monorail closes in the summer because it isn’t air conditioned so we had to walk all the way across Downtown Disney to reach the parks.

Our family of four appreciated the three bedrooms at this condo, which is just under 1.5 miles from Disneyland’s main entrance. The condo is old and in places a little run down, but we really only slept there. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. The owners need to update their welcome book…some businesses they reference no longer exist..but overall for a family Disneyland visit, this place worked and the price was right.

Loved the Disney decor and the walk to downtown Disney was literally under 10 minutes. Brand new windows in the condo allowed for opening up to the cool breeze at night! Kitchen had all the necessities. Comfortable beds and furniture . Would highly recommend !

This is a great place to stay especially if you are going to Disneyland! The walk is quick and convenient. The unit has 2 1/2 baths and is very helpful for a family of 6. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Everything you need to enjoy your family vacation at Disneyland. Walking distance to the parking tram, monorail and downtown Disney. 25 minutes from front door to Disneyland front gate using the parking garage tram. Inside is neat and tidy. Outside could use a little update but is still a wonderful place. We gave it 4 stars on cleanliness only because the outside needs a little work. Would definitely stay here again.

The outside leaves something to be desired, but the condo itself was nice, spacious, very close to Disney and Knotts Berry Farms, and close to restaurants and shopping. The amenities were also as described in the listing and had our trip not been so jam-packed, it would have been nice to use them. It was a great place to stay during our trip for our family and the owners were very communicative and made all instructions very easy to follow. I would recommend this listing.

We had a great time on our trip and found the unit to be comfortable and well equipped. The kids loved the bunk beds! Not fancy, but cute decor for Disney, and the kitchen had everything you could possible need in terms of dishes, cutlery cookware, and small appplicances.
Ample towels were available including beach towels.
The location worked well as we were able to walk into Disney ( bit of a hike if you have very young kids- ours were 5, 7, and 11 and we walked everyday with no probblem. . Only draw back for us was we didn,t have a car, but I did take a cab to Targets and stocked up for the 4 days which worked fine. The pools were a blessing in the afternoons after a day in the parks! Complex itself is somewhat run down, but the grounds and the pools area were clean. The property manager was easy to deal with, very pleasant, and seemed to be on top of things.

This property is LITERALLY walking distance to Disneyland, the house was clean and spacious enough for my family. We were able to watch the fireworks 🎆 from the garage of the parking lot. Excellent neighborhood and didn’t have any issues the 5 nights we were there. Will DEFINITELY stay again.

Townhouse was great. The location is the closest non-hotel to Disney with a short walk through downtown Disney. We had all adults and the beds were great. Plenty of hot water for all, good ac, living room could fit whole group. We had one item that needed to be fixed and the managers were great, attentive and fixed it quickly. Washer and dryer in the unit was a plus.
