Удобный и комфортный отель для проживания в Алматы.

Отличный небольшой отель. Прекрасно подошел для проживание в деловой поездке. Очень хорошее расположение, и в центре и в тоже время достаточно тихо. Персоналу отдельное спасибо, всегда доброжелательные и помогают решить вопросы. Завтраки на высшем уровне, редко встретишь такое разнообразие фруктов. Летняя веранда зачет! Приятно посидеть утром с кофе, вечером с бокалом чего то расслабляющего. SPA-зона небольшая, однако вполне комфортная. Финская сауна и прохладный бассейн помогают перезагрузиться после жаркого рабочего дня. Ремонт имеет возраст, но все изначально сделано добротно, аккуратно и функционирует. Чистота и качество уборки все сглаживает окончательно. Всем рекомендую!!!

Фитнес зал по факту работает с 9:00, хотя в описании указано с 7:00. Но персонал шел на встречу и по просьбе открывали раньше. Если ты приехал по работе, то с 9:00 это поздно. Беговые дорожки не тянут, могут работать только без нагрузки. Либо они изначально не очень хорошего качества, либо их давно не обслуживали.

Цена за одни сутки 45тыс, это дорого по сравнению с некоторыми схожими отелями.

Hotel in guter, ruhiger Lage mit ausreichend Parkplatz und gut zu erreichen.

Hatte ein sehr großes Zimmer mit Lage zum Hof - sehr ruhig.

Bei Benützung der Dusche ist sehr viel Wasser ins Bad ausgeronnen. Chinesische Armaturen und Fertigungsqualität. Das Frühstück hat zwar ein relativ reiches Angebot, aber die Qualität ist mittelmäßig. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, aber nicht geschult, improvisiert und schnell überfordert.

Я уже один раз остановился в этой гостинице. Тогда всё было ок. На этот раз качество завтрака значительно упало, тоже обслуживания, а именно персонал. Сильно почувстовалоась необученность персонала и непрофессионализм.

Качество завтраков значительно ухудшилось чисто по качеству приготовления да и сами продукты. Персонал собирала грязную посуду на столах завтракающих гостей и не понимал, что так нельзя. Сверх того приставали к людям при завтраке с какими-то опросами насчёт качества гостиинцы - это просто NO GO. При чём повторно, не только один раз а каждый день. В один день номер вообще не чистили, в другие дни всё было сделано только по минимуму.

Бронировали на 1 ночь, все понравилось. Удобные подушки, приятное постельное белье. В номер заказывали еду, все вкусно.

the paid price is justified and I can recommend the hotel for those travelling for work

A nice and quiet hotel. The room was clean and perfect for a couple. The breakfast was very good. We had mountain view from our room, which we liked a lot. The staff is open and ready to help, also patient.

coffee is not recommended, better choose tea. Also, do not take lunch there, go and eat around (cheaper and better).

Приятный отель за адекватную цену

Очень приятный номер. Думаю что в следующий раз остановимся в этой же гостинице. Достаточно большой номер, удобная кровать. Все новое, с иголочки. Классный завтрак.

Ничего серьезного. Если уж придираться: 1) Одна лампочка немножко мигала, окно плохо закрывалось. 2) Детскую кроватку привезли после третьего вопроса. Кажется что это совсем мелочи.

Overall it was pleasant stay, we enjoyed the breakfast options and location.

The comfortable beds, the large rooms, the water hose for toilets was useful for muslims.

They didn’t clean our room although we made a request at the reception and the receptionist took note about it. We also hanged the sign (Make room) and we left out for 7 hours and nobody made the room. The bathroom shower box allows water to leak.

Bath was leaking and flooding the floor. When asked for a late checkout we were quoted half of daily rate.

Lack of Hospitality

The room was quite spacious and clean. Breakfast options were limited but good. The hotel restaurant also were limited on options but served fresh and tasty meals.

The hotel reception staff in general. They are countering all the good aspects of this property. 1. I reached the hotel @ 11:00 Pm. Unfortunately, my HSBC cards failed me and I was unable to withdraw money from the local ATMs. At the reception, when I explained the hole scenario and asked them for advice on other means of payment, they were unable to offer anything. I requested to share the bank account details so I could have transferred the payment online but got no support. In a new country where already Language was a barrier, they had no consideration for their guests and could not care less to offer any solutions. 2. Moving forward, @ 1:00 AM, I got the room which was good. But then soon after the experience turned extremely unpleasant when the room got considerably hot as the ACs were shut down during winters and again the reception team could offer no solution. 3. Finally, when I was about to check out on my last day, the great reception team got back us to stating that there were additional waiting charges for late pick up from the Airport on the day we arrived. This was a complete shock as my flight was on time and it took me roughly 45 minutes to clear the immigration and come out. When I offered my explanation, one of team leaders (Lady) at the reception started disregarding it and pushed us to clear the payment as the driver who came to pick us had confirmed the delay in our arrival. In my whole life I had never come across such unprofessional hospitality staff. 4. This is the first property where the reception staff were clueless on suggestions for good eating joints in the city. I urge the Hotel Management/ Ownership to hire qualified and trained reception staff as good hospitality and compassion towards your guests will result in business growth and ignorance and arrogance will only take you down.

Beautiful mountain view. Wonderful breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location, only 7 min to Forum shopping mall. Rooms big and clean. Bed super comfy.

Would have liked an English News channel but it was still enjoyable TV...

There was too thick porridge at the breakfast and several guests were outerwear during breakfast. Very small restaurant

The facility was clean, and most the staff were nice, but not always.

Front desk forgetting about your requests, for example they forgotten twice to call me to wake up for the appointments, they forgotten to send technician to fix the room temperature, at the restaurant se4vers not always care when to bring your recipe, ect.These were small th8ngs, but when you have to stay for 10 days, it starts to bother.
