Breakfast not offered. Great location

No instructions for WiFi connection. I was told it was included in check in sheet as not assistance was given when l stated that no instructions received. The only disappointment

Pool. Fitnessraum. An sich eine sehr gute Stadtunterkunft.

Überall, viele kleine Ungeziefer im Bad und im Zimmer... könnten Bettwanzen sein und sollten unbedingt beseitigt werden.

Exceptional Family Stay!

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring, and it was especially great for families with kids. The room had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay!

Ruined by the pool not being available and bloody annoyed we weren't told, we would have canceled

The pool was out of service before we got there, was not advised prior to or on arrival, found out when we tried to use it, was going to be available in a few days, not so, had to argue to cancel the rest of my booking with a return of the cost of unused nights, wasted a day finding another apartment and paid more for it due to short notice. Requested a refund of the nights we stayed as compensation, no reply. when we checked out the usual staff where not to be seen, a cleaner who didn't speak English's. The building name is Dazzle (think that's an insider joke), nothing dazzling about it.

1. They only clean the room on the third day 2. They charge the towel that wasn't damage (cleanable) 3. Quite far to find food 4. Some staff is unfriendly

Great location, apartment soso

The location is perfect. Near the BTS station, the bar area, shopping malls and street markets all within a 10-15 minute walk. The hotel is in a not too busy street and you don't hear much cars or music (but see also what I didn't like) The room has a washingmachine, a fridge and a smart tv. There where 2 airconditioners, one in the livingroom and one in the bedroom. The arranged taxi to the airport had a good price (we had a SUV 800B), compared it with a GRAB ride which was more expensive.

The sound proofing on the outside is not existing, there's not much loud noise like in Sukhumvit main road but you hear everything from the outside. There was a smell from the washing machine drain and the shower closet has seen better times as it was almost rotten. Cleaning was initially good but the second time the towel in the floor in the shower wasn't replaced and the room was just lightly swept.

Location exceptional very close to the BTS

Booked 2 apartments and the two bedroom apartment had major water damage, terrible and dangerous flooring and broken seating furniture. The wallpaper on walls peeling. Very very disappointed.

It was a very badly maintained apartment. Even thoughthey said smoke free, it was not true.

It was located near a BTS

The apartment smelt of cigarette smoke, and was not cleaned properly. After we complained, it was cleaned but the smell of smoke did not go away.. our clothes smelt of smoke when we moved out of the apartment.Balcony was also dirty.

Location

The room was very dated and not maintained properly. There was a very bad odor coming from the drains. I also discovered a few cockroaches. The security guard was not friendly. What I do respect though is that they agreed to refund me the remainder of my stay, something I highly appreciate. If they can improve on the mentioned points above, I will definitely stay with them again.

very disappointed. feeling angry with cost

Very poor standard. Floor in bedroom rotting and mushrooms growing out of it. water damage to floor, wall from air conditioned. cockroaches loose tiles in shower and loose toilet seat. way overpriced for quality of room.

Bed was a good size. Aircon was strong. WiFi was strong

We had to change rooms, first room was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Asked to move and they gave us a different room. Some advertise a big flat screen tv but you get there and its 10inch Charged us 200baht from the deposit because we lost a tea spoon? We didn't even use them. Just ripped us off for cash for themselves. Jaccuzzi pump not working. Pool was dirty. Wallpaper falling off walls. Would be acceptable if it the price was lower. Only stayed 3 nights and that was enough.

Only the location

Nothing like the photos, very old and smell bad. No room service, no good facilities, no tissues or dental kit or anything. Even washer is not working. Insects and noise everywhere, don't be fooled by the pictures!

The apartment was really nice the bed really comfy all the amenities were good the only thing we would ask for in the future is to be on a higher floor as floor 2 was facing the other building having a bit of view when sitting on the balcony would have been better. All up great place would recommend.

Location location location 🤙👍

Very comfy little lounge area, great TV, with Netflix etc washing machine and oven, great little kitchen area,nice sofa, comfy bed, very clean. superb location just 5 min walk nana BTS. Very nice quiet area, just 5 mins and your in the bustling nana area. Full of energy.

Hard to explain, rooms are a smaller than the pics show, probably because of the low ceilings maybe that's a picky point it's almost perfect but not quite...kind of a tight feel to the space would be better all open (one room) with floating TV.. instead of Trying to split the living area with a separate bedroom....hope that makes sense. But on the whole great place to stay. Ok for the money. Location saves the day.

I had an interior room with a horrible noise from the air conditioners, not mine only, all the building ones. no street noises. cement ants in all around, but very normal in here.
