Fint opphold, med god beliggenhet. For dårlig renhold.

Beliggenhet i forhold til den fine stranden og gamlebyen i Alicante. Sentralt.

Mieszkanie jest położone dogodnej lokalizacji.

Długo by można wymieniać wady. Po pierwsze w jednej łazience nie spływa woda pod prysznicem więc nie dało się z niego korzystać. Drzwi na ogólno dostępny taras( swoją drogą bardzo brzydki i zaniedbany) nie zamykają się więc można z łatwością wejść do mieszkania od strony tarasu i zostać okradzzionym.I najważniejsze w mieszkaniu są MRÓWKI faraona obłażą każdy okruszek jedzenie zostawiony na blacie czy podłodze wszytsko trzeba chować do lodówki i bardzo pilnować porządku. Także nie polecam bo to nie jest żaden wypoczynek. Właścicielka po zwróceniu uwagi próbuje nas oskarżać, że że szukamy dziury w całym i że pewnie coś zniszczyliśmy ( nie pisze oczywiście co)Polecam zrobić dokładne zdjęcia oddawanego mieszania żeby uniknąć nieprzyjemności związanych z wyimaginowanymi zniszczeniami.

For the money maybe find another accomodation

The only good thing about the flat is location and the terrace.

The flat is based on the top of the building and there is not lift up to the flat. Flat was not really clean, the dust was everywhere, the bathroom was not cleaned very well. The cushions on the bed looked like they were never washed with stains on it. Kitchen was not cleaned you could see oily finger prints all over the cupboard. The other issue was that the terrace is communal and the workers were coming up all the time so no privacy really. The woman who accepted us was not very helpful with answering any questions. So quite disappointing for the money.

Gem of a find

The apartment is absolutely lovely, views from the window in the living room are amazing. Balcony is lovely and rooms are very comfortable. Location is lovely and central too, walking distance from everything important. Pluss we had a lovely greeting and tour of the place!

Unfortunately some construction in another apartment was noisy but no fault of the property

Plussen & minnen

Mooi, ruim appartement met een prachtig uitzicht. Er is een mooie keuken met koelkast en vriezer waar je goed kunt koken. Hele vriendelijke host die alles goed uit heeft gelegd. Het appartement ligt dichtbij het strand en op een plek waar je een aantal culturele uitstapjes kunt ondernemen.

De lift gaat maar tot een aantal verdiepingen daarna moet je toch nog best wat trappen omhoog. Zelf was ik zwanger, met mijn zoontje van 2 en met mijn schoonmoeder van 68, met een slechte rug. Het tillen van alle spullen was echt een groot min punt. Er werd een appartement onder ons verbouwd dit gaf veel overlast: veel stof en herrie. Het appartement leek nog niet helemaal goed afgewerkt: de rolluiken waren defect (waardoor de kamers erg licht waren, is niet handig met een kleine). In een badkamer kon je gewoon helemaal naar binnen kijken waardoor je hier niet kon douchen zonder dat de overburen je zagen. Het appartement was niet echt schoon. En je krijgt maar een grote en kleine handdoek per persoon waar je 5 dagen mee moet doen…

schöner, angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, hat eine sehr gute Lage, sie liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe von der Altstadt und auch der Ausblick auf das Meer ist sehr schön.

Die Terrasse könnte etwas gemütlicher gemacht werden . Beim Duschen tritt Wasser in beiden Badezimmern aus.

Не рекомендую никому. Терраса общая. Окна грязные, всё грязное, слои пыли, мебель убитая и грязная, пахнет канализацией,

Помещение чердачное. Было очень грязно, запах отвратительный, фильтры в кондиционере грязные - плохой запах, плесень, пыль, таракан. Мебель грязная. Посуда убитая. Кухонные шкафы заляпанные. Холодильник грязный. Полотенца не стираные и только два комплекта. Волосы на кафеле, за раковиной, в раковине. Грязный кран. Стиральная машина в плесени. Общая терраса. Окна не мылись никогда. Жаль нельзя все фотографии приложить. Не указано что надо подниматься ещё два пролёта без лифта - с чемоданами это очень сложно. Отдых испорчен.

Perfect location and setting

Amazing view, quiet, lovely bathrooms, very comfortable apt. Location was Wow!

A mirror in the bedrooms would be nice, additional pillows for the beds, also we couldn't find any kitchen towels for drying hands / dishes

A really lovely spacious apartment but need needs some love.

Spacious apartment with amazing views. Good Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely building with the castle behind. Perfect position near the beach and bars and restaurants.

Plain glass in en-suite bathroom Both showers leaked, shower tray too shallow. Water ran out into the hallway. Laminate floor in both bathrooms are lifting. Needs mirrors in the bedrooms and a shelf in the 2nd bedroom. Generally tired apartment needs a little bit of money spent which would make a really lovely apartment. Outside area also very tired, needs some plants and nice furniture. There have been many comments stating the same issues.

Ideal location with fantastic views

Location and host excellent.. Good space. Fantastic views. Good to have outdoor space. Beds comfortable. Air conditioning excellent. Good WiFi.

Showers overflowed and flooded bathrooms. 2nd bedroom need better clothes storage. Outside space needs some attention. Could do with freshening up of decoration. One bathroom has clear glass window with no curtain and very overlooked so no privacy when showering or on the toilet

Would look for other accommodation next time visiting for the money we spent.

Location was good

Both showers had no lip so floor each time got flooded Nothing on the bathroom window in the shower to stop people looking in when you used the bathroom for toilet or showering. Towel rails in bathroom had no grip so towels fell to the wet floor. No spare towels to use in the 4 nights stay. Dishwasher was left full from previous visitors. At 10pm at night cleaner was still cleaning getting ready for us. Patio door was not 100% secure so leaving passport was concern as no safety deposit box. Others can use the roof top but we booked thinking it was private. No view of the sea when sitting down on the patio as wall too high Could do with sun loungers as large space but one small table. Needs a good clear up. Loads of general broken things left in the corner. Could be a wonderful space Had to walk up two flight of stairs after the lift to get to the loft.

Comfortable apartment with stunning sea views

fabulous location, right by the promenade, port and beach. lovely restaurants in walking distance. Also supermarket just up the road. Tourist information just across the road by the port. The view from the balcony was truly stunning, and the back had lovely views of the Castle. The apartment was spacious and had 2 bathrooms. most things we needed were there. The balcony is large and had table and chairs. The beds were comfortable. Air con/heat in rooms was good. The lady that met us at the apartment was lovely and told us all we needed to know.

We really enjoyed staying here but if I had to pick on anything it would be this: The apartment could do with a fresh paint inside, most walls were marked and faded, it looked tired. the one bathroom had clear glass in window so unable to use shower without shocking the adjacent neighbors! The other bathroom which had frosted glass window the shower tray over flowed some water, could do with a lip on the edge, solved by using a few towels to put in the edge. also could do with a toaster for the kitchen. The balcony outside could do with new furniture. I think a welcome pack would be nice with local information tel numbers etc and some restaurant recommendations, there were so many to chose from!😁

Great views, excellent location

The location was excellent with almost everything we had planned to see just a few minutes walk away. There was a large balcony with a breathtaking view as well. Would highly recommend!

Nicely spacious, beautiful views, terrace was amazing, location was amazing, very comfortable. Beni was so helpful and really lovely.

Very good

Beautiful modern penthouse apartment with a big sea-view roof terrace right next to the beach and marina. 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the view on the Castle, well-equipped kitchen and living area with a big sofa for 2 more people. You can totally trust photos, just grey walls need a touch of new paint in some areas. Just few steps to the beach and promenade, 3 minutes to elevator to the fortress, 10-15 minutes to the market and restaurants area. It was absolutely great for our girls weekend and we were even lucky to find the free parking place every day in front of the door. As a bonus you can watch sunrise over the sea.

Not a complaint just as a notice: Elevator doesn't go to the apartment's level so you have to come 2 floors up by feet - take care with heavy luggage, babies, reduced mobility etc. Terrace is common - noone actually comes there and the door is locked but it's not decorated as it could be if private, you will have table and chairs there but nothing more.

Beware of bad smells that will not easily go away.

Good location and view. Kitchen well equipped.

Bad smell in a bedroom from most likely plumbing system. First you think it is just light smell but it builds up and is annoying. Hard to fall asleep. This is not a something you would ever want to experience for that amount of money. And the owner knows that as we were told about the smell once we have received the keys. Not earlier. Please note: the elevator does not get to the level of the apartment - you have to take stairs for another 2 floors. The terrace is in a rough condition but with a nice view.
