Excellent central location, close to everything.

Excellent location right in the centre of Rovaniemi. We probably could have done fine without a car as the bus stops nearby and is only 10 minutes from the airport. The bus also goes to Santa's Village and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was really comfortable with all the amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped and the sauna was fantastic. There was a little playground that we could see from the balcony. The host was really responsive when I had a question.

The information about parking was a little unclear. There was a lot of free space outside the apartment but apparently we were not allowed to park there and had to park on-street and pay during office hours. Expensive but worth it. Didn't need a car.

Excellent value for money, loved the apartment!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The design is very modern, it is spacious and an excellent apartment it was actually hard to say bye to this apartment that’s how much we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking and there were also a few basic things like oil and spices so we didn’t have to buy those. The sauna was amazing it was such a good way to end the day and have a good sleep after. The bed and beddings are very comfortable we had amazing sleep. They even had a sledge which we did use just for fun and also to pull our shopping bags. The location is perfect it is 1-3 mins walk from absolutely everything you need and it is very close to a 24h shop which was very convenient when we arrived late and needed food. The hosts were very helpful, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Bad experience. Bitten by beg bugs

Location was good

One of the blanket in the bedroom has bed bugs. My daughter was badly bitten on her arms and body The shower area was not enclosed. Bathroom area gets wet easily The boiling kettle has rust inside. The boiling kettle wire is also too short and the steam condensed on the kitchen cabinet

Super apartment, excellent value

Spacious apartment with great facilities. Kitchen was excellent and the sauna a lovely extra. Plenty of extra bedding but we didn't need it as the apartment was so warm. Within easy walking distance of the town centre and shops.

It was hard to figure out the heating which was a little noisy, but we were never cold!

i want my own private sauna now!

great property with beautiful interior and the staff was quite responsive. enjoyed the big space and amenities offered! great location and loved the private sauna!

the lack of front desk reception area seems to be common for hotels in Finland so it’s kind of hard to be able to store luggage if we get there early or if we have to check out early. maybe have a place for luggage storage or suggestion for such places.

Great location.

Location is perfect for the centre of Rovaniemi. Great facilities in the apartment. Everything you could need, even a washing machine and wash powder! Was handy having a parking space.

Although parking space was super handy it is across the main road underground which felt a bit creepy with abandoned sleeping bags and litter.

Great location and comfy apartment!

The apartment has a great location. It was ready to come by bus from the airport, and lots of tour companies were nearby. It was clean, warm, and comfortable. It has everything you need for your stay. The sauna was great and easy to use. Thanks, Mika!

Superb location!

Location is superb! Right in the middle of the city (yet, with private parking), also close to the river. It was also silent and good to have the sauna as well.

This is only information to the owner, not a real annoyance to a traveller. The lights needs a bit of re-thinking. The "big ball" ceiling lamp is on the way (in the middle of the living room) and the light above the kitchen's work-desk is missing...

Good location

Clear information and communication from the owner. Easy to access and locate. Close to 24hrs supermarket and city centre. No. 8 bus to Santa Claus village just nearby.
