Pernocta una noche

La propietaria es muy simpática y amable. Está pendiente del móvil para dudas o lo que sea y responde rápido. Ubicación surtida de supermercados al otro lado de la carretera, y parking (privado) muy cerca. Habitación y baño muy limpios, con neverita, buen aire acondicionado y agua y café/infusiones.

El edificio es muy viejo, alrededores decadentes, las vistas a patios de vecinos muy sucios (nos tocó la habitación sin balcón) y habitación muy pequeña.

Ottima ospitalità

Accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza dell'host. Pulizia e spaziosità dell'appartamento, che era fornito di tutto.

Rumorosità degli appartamenti adiacenti. Parcheggio a pagamento (potrebbe già essere incluso nella tariffa della camera, anche considerando la difficoltà di base nel trovare parcheggio nei dintorni ed in generale a Genova).

Comodo pulito e funzionale

La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere comodamente l’ospedale, inoltre le camere erano molto pulite e funzionali. Per la tipologia di viaggio che ho fatto si è rivelata un’ottima scelta.

Una bella sorpresa

Camera con bagno pulita e spaziosa, la sig.ra Roberta gentilissima e disponibile, posizione facilmente raggiungibile. Il parcheggio in zona si riesce a trovare, altrimenti la struttura ha una convenzione con un parcheggio vicino.

Very nice accommodation for short permanence.

The staff is very polite and the room was clean and contained all the essential stuff for the type of accommodation. The Wi-Fi was working properly. Close to university buildings and the city center is easy to reach by public transport.

Even though the mattress was not very comfortable it allowed to sleep well.

Ottima posizione per attività in ospedale, meno per fare turismo. Stanze pulite e attrezzate

Non è prevista la colazione. La posizione era ottima per le mie esigenze poichè seguivo un congresso all'ospedale San Martino e nei dintorni c'erano diverse linee bus per raggiungere il centro. La camera è molto spaziosa ma i posti letto sono tutti nella stessa stanza, fortunatamente ero da sola. C'è un balconcino utile per prendere un pò d'aria e per stendere eventuali asciugamani bagnati

Avrei gradito trovare una bottiglietta di acqua (durante la pulizia della camera è stata buttata quella che avevo comprato, non ancora finita..) e una piccola fornitura per usare bollitore e macchina del caffè (c'erano delle bustine di camomilla e tè ma non lo zucchero e le capsule per il caffè). Il mare non è raggiungibile a piedi

Alles Tip-top, die einzigen Probleme waren die Lage (halbe stunde laufen zum Bahnhof, halbe Stunde mit Bus in die Innenstadt) und, dass die Vermieterin kein Englisch konnte.

Buon rapporto qualita/prezzo- struttura valida

Buona la posizione, struttura adeguata, con parchegg io (fondamentale a genova! ), ascensore . Camera e bagno molto puliti, bollitore e frigo in camera . TV, aria condizionata, piacevole sorpresa il balcone con sedie e tavolino . Serramenti nuovi, con persiane elettriche Un altro apprezzabile aspetto è che le foto rappresentano ESATTAMENTE le camere .. Per quello che cercavamo , siamo stati pienamente aoddisfatti

Basic overnight in Genoa

Comfy bed.

Noisy street. Ambulances going to and from the nearby hospital. We needed to buy parking, because free parking was unavailable.

Great location if you wanna travel to other places

We stayed in a small room which is in a corridor where other rooms are rented by the same landlord. With that being said, you won't be alone in the facility but you will only get a private room in the apartment. The room is tiny but has a large bathroom and air conditioning (which not a lot of places in Genoa have). The best part about this place is that there is a bus station right in front of the building and you are located on a short bus ride to the center, a walking distance to the amazing Boccadasse district, and a short bus trip to the Bogliasco- my favorite place on the Italian Riviera.

We were not aware that we will be sleeping in a room and share the apartment with other people, so maybe this could be specified in the info.

Superb

Very good location, close to the Department of Chemistry, and to many services. The bus stop is just a few meters, making it very easy to reach and move around Genova. The room was very comfortable and clean! I look forward to the next stay
