Excelentes apartamentos con confort ,y estilo

Los departamentos son fabulosos, muy bien ambientados con detalles de calidad, trato excelente del personal. La terraza es hermosa, todo está pensado con buen gusto. El barrio es bueno y se llega caminando cómodamente al centro.

Es un excelente lugar, no me disgusta nada, sigan manteniendo los valores de sus apartamentos y será la clave del éxito. Lo recomiendo y espero volver muy pronto .

Perfect stay/location to explore Granada

Location was perfect, less than 10mins to the center. The room was very great and comfortable. Stayed at the attic and it was a studio which quite spacious and very relaxing vibe. Great communication from the owner and very considerate.

Very Cute and comfortable stay in Old town Granada

Location. Cute apartment. Cozy and comfortable.

Agradable y céntrico

El olor a desagüe era bastante incómodo. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de apartamento. El garaje que ofrecen se paga aparte cuando en otros apartamentos al buscar con parking está inculído, ademas se accede por una calle súper estrecha, no es para cualquiera.

Fijne hippe plek

Echt super hip appartement voelde me er meteen thuis. Dichtbij de hotspots rustige straat en een parking 2 blokken verder tegen zeer schappelijk tarief. Maar zo smal je kunt maar beter met een kleine auto reizen.

Je hebt geen direct daglicht dat is voor 2 dagen niet erg want het zal in ze zomer ook lekker koel zijn (wij hadden appt 2 op de begane grond).

The price does not justify.

The bed is comfortable.

While taking a shower, the water ran onto the floor and there was no other replacement bath mat. There is no optional winter blanket for the bed or sitting on the sofa. There is only 1 duvet to share. Expensive car park , €17.50 per day and far away.

La ubicación,el apartamento y la limpieza.

Q realmente no haya nadie para recibirte. Desde el COVID, en muchos lugares, todo es por mensajes y a mi particularmente no me gusta.

La ubicación es genial para visitar Granada y la Alhambra, el apartamento tiene un diseño moderno muy cuidado y es muy cómodo. En cuanto a limpieza y atención todo perfecto.

Bellissimo e accogliente appartamento in ottima posizione per centro e Alhambra

Bellissimo appartamento su due piani , molto accogliente , arredato molto bene. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato la stanza calda, dopo una giornata fuori, molto apprezzato. Facile e rapido il check in fatto in autonomia, quindi possibile accedere alla struttura a qualsiasi ora

Niente. Solamente il vetro della doccia risulta piccolo per proteggere la fuoriuscita dell’acqua, ma si risolve passando lo straccio dopo la doccia

Really fantastic apartment!

The location was lovely, in a quiet part of town but still very close to both the center and the Alhambra. The interior was also stylish and comfortable, and especially at the price we paid extremely good value for money. Finally the staff was professional and friendly, and helped us out promptly every time we contacted them via the chat service on booking.com

The beds were on the hard side, which was fine for me but my partner prefers a slightly softer bed. It's a tiny issue though, we would both return to this apartment should we come back to Granada at any point.

nice decor but horrible smell of the bathroom

the decor was nice + a parking slot not that far from the appartement (fair price)

the smell in the bathroom was just horrible probably because it was on the ground floor and it was very noisy outside so we could hear everything

A great find!

Apartment was spotlessly clean, on a nice quiet street but still close to everything. Beds were comfortable, and living room would seat 4 comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place great location 👌🏽

It was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and despite the heat the flat was always a comfortable temperature. The flat was well equipped however if you intend to cook there are no condiments at all. Would definitely stay there again.

The first night was very noisy from the street and neighbours but after that it was quiet enough. Although I did use ear plugs in case.

It was very clean, very authentic and had excellent introductions.

The only small issue was that there were only two pillows and both were small and quite firm. It would have been good to have a choice of pillows.

Love everything about our stay here. Location is fantastic, close to the main attractions. Walking distance to all the eateries and bar. Wonderful neighborhood. Staff is super friendly. Recommend recommend recommend!

Comfortable and quiet apartment close to city centre

The apartment was in a quiet area and a short walk from the city centre. Plenty of supermarkets close by

The beds in the attic roof were awkward to get to. You couldn’t stand up straight and ended up crawling along the floor. The mattress in the main bedroom were too soft (personal opinion). The toilet was too close to the edge of the sink. You had to be careful when sitting on the toilet.

I wish I had a month to stay here!

Wonderful apartment, very modern. Had all the bells and whistles. Fridge, Microwave, coffee, Rain shower. Elevator. Motion lights in hall. Secure. Comfortable memory foam bed. easy check in. great communication and clean. 10 minutes walk to city center. Stop looking, Just book you won’t be disappointed.

It really was a very beautiful room, good facilities and extremely clean. Probably one of the nicest places I've stayed especially for the price

The water just didn't get hot enough and didn't really last for 2 people having showers which was a pity.

It is exactly what the ad says. And that's good.

Good value for money. The owner sent messages by Whatsapp on the day of check-in with the entrance door code and also the code for the key safe. Then you can arrive at any time. The room is large, has a full kitchen, including a large fridge and freezer. There is also a small dining table. The room itself is good sized and the bathroom is completely renovated as well. Cleanliness was impeccable and there were also soaps and shampoo available. Wifi was also provided but I didn't use it and can't say how good it was. There is a TV, not smart, with local Spanish channels. The location is good, within walking distance of many bars and restaurants and about 20 minutes from the Alhambra, walking slowly. There is air conditioning, but as I went in winter so I didn't have to turn it on. The owner provided an option of parking, which is a private garage about 4 minutes walking distance from the place, with an honest price. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation if the price is right.

It seems like a standard, but very few accommodations have Smart TV. It's fun to watch local shows, but sometimes we just want to see something to relax. Another completely Spanish thing was having only latte capsules available when we arrived. It's kind of funny because it's a very local behavior, but I was really looking forward to an espresso after a long journey. I know that in many cities in Spain it is also normal to have tap water, but it would be a nice touch to have a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrive. During the weekend there were some noisy neighbors in the buildings next door having house parties, but nothing serious. There were also city maps available at the entrance desk, but I always find it charming when the owner already sends some local recommendations, so we don't have to randomly look at places on Google Maps and can eat like a local.

Appartment you should book!

Right in the middle of Granada-City-Life. Cosy appartment, nearby placa for breakfast and afternoon drinks, and diner ofcourse. Not only tourists but amongst Granada-people as well. The private garage for your car is conveniently nearby and very cheap. Staff seems to be in the neighbourhood all the time and is eager to make sure you're ok.

It took us (not familiar with airco's) some time to figure out how to manage the rooms climate, because the remote came without manual.
