a lot of room, balcony

I think the hosts are friendly if you speak good Spanish.
The ventilator was good
A lot of things were bad.
The location felt unsafe. But that's a general problem in the city. There were no possibilities to charge electric devices in my room.
You can't cook a lot because you live together with a family who cooks three times a day. If you're a gringo and don't speak the best Spanish you feel very unwelcome in the house.
I wouldn't go there again.

The owner was a very nice person and was easy to contact. The family room had a nice balcony.
The accomadion had long term guest that ran the house as the owner was not at the accommodation. This included check-in, cleaning, etc. We felt like we were intruding on their family home. One night, we left to get food, and they refused to open the door until we contacted the owner. On another occasion, one of long term guest just walked into our room while I was undressed. The neighbourhood was unsafe. Please note that there is no oven as shown in the pictures. The washing machine can be used but at cost.

Absolutely amazing. Spacious room, and big living room with kitchen to use. Everyone of the villa are amazing, such great personalities.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood, but easy reachable bus bus.

Rafael, our host, was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed his company as well as the staffs that helped us with the check in.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipment and it was a great kitchen to make our meals in.
There where some small stores nearby and some local restaurants.
We recommend staying at Villa Celeste.

Carlos the adminstrator is friendly and helpful. Rafael the owner is also willing to help. I had a very nice room and a comfortable bed. A lovely place to go to on a lower budget.

The person working in the reception was nice at first, but then he tried to convert me to JW, telling me that I would go to hell. And he kept insisting to have this conversation, even though I was trying to cut it short.
Also, the bathroom was very dirty and there was no toilet paper. I asked for it, but it was impossible to find the manager and he would not reply to his phone.

Really nice people, quiet neighbors, spacious room.
It's a bit far from the center.

A really weird place. The guy says I left the mattress dirty? The place is a dump. I had to kill several cockroaches in my room. Not to mention it’s pretty far out of town. Besides that the staff is very strange.. they were banging and drilling on the walls while I was there until I asked them to stop. Then I was invited to “ party “ with one of the girls upstairs. I politely declined. It is cheap but it’s very hot and humid and dirty

Carlos the householder, warm guy.
Housing of the person responsible for the maintenance of the space in subhuman conditions, with biological waste, dirt and poor ventilation.
Long-term guests with anti-social behavior, who did not follow the minimum rules established for the self-management of the space. Evidence of conflicts over food left by guests who check out, and verbal evidence of conflicts over food theft among guests.
Direct and indirect evidence of hostile treatment between guests and between guests and the space maintainer. There is video evidence, I witnessed photographs of situations of hostile treatment towards a specific guest.
Lack of potable water.
Facilities in poor condition, damaged facade, damp stains on some walls of some rooms, stains on the paint in practically all the rooms. Facilities in poor condition, spaces without proper ventilation, kitchen space without the proper tools for proper cleaning.
Bed linens showed signs of age and dirtiness.
Faulty water installations in the bathrooms.
Dirt on various surfaces of the facilities, furniture, kitchens, under armchairs and beds, and in the laundry area.
Lack of clear rules for the management of common areas. The existing rules point to a supposed self-management that is not in line with the contracts through booking portals such as booking.com.
Signs of labor slavery towards the space maintainer, who declared in the interviews, not earning the minimum for his food.

Rooms were spacious. Plenty of bathrooms
Everyone was very nice. Good communication. Walking distance to the bus line.
