Charming Boutique Hotel

We checked in at 4 AM due to late flights and the desk person, Abdulali, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. He even gave us his own bus pass with several fares prepaid, when we asked about the busses. Abdulali also promptly changed our room to one with two beds. The hotel is charming, with lovely antique furniture and beautiful chandeliers, and the rooms are large.

Only criticism of hotel is that rooms were not cleaned thoroughly each additional day.

Потрясающее атмосферное место ,каждая деталь в отеле уникальна и придает особый шарм путешествию.Отель дает возможность прикоснуться к архитектуре города ,с первой минуты мы влюбились в это место 🌸Потрясающий персонал

رائع وهادئ

هدوء غرفة واسعه جدا ونظيفة خدمة مميزة طاقم بشوش وخدوم ويتكلم الانجليزية بطلاقة قريب من البحر والممشى وقريب منه سوبرماركت الديكورات رايقة وفيها إبداع وجمال السعر رائع مقابل الخدمة والنظافة ووسع المكان والهدوء

دورين او ثلاث فقط الفندق للأسف مو مبين البحر

Есть к чему стремиться!

Отель в целом весьма неплох. Красивое лобби, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, расположение отличное!

Уборка. У нас маленький малыш, который ползает кругом, а ковровое покрытие было грязным, как и полы. Пришлось отдельно просить все вымыть и убрать. Кофемашина и чайник в номере не работали, но нам все оперативно заменили. Завтраки. Вроде все есть, но чего-то не хватает...не уровень 4*. НО! все это мелочи по сравнению с тем, что нам 2 ночи подряд звонили в номер по телефону, что стоял у кроватки нашего малыша! По итогу мы отключили его. Кто это был, выяснить увы, так и не удалось. Это пожалуй оставило самый неприятный отпечаток за всю поездку.

Номер брала люкс вид на улицу с двумя балконами. Просторный и очень уютный номер. Рекомендую к выбору данный отель 🩷

Однозначно советую всем остановиться в этом отеле.

Очень красивый отель. Просторный и удобный номер. Уборка каждый день. Каждый день в номер ставят воду. Персонал очень отзывчивый и гостеприимный.

Отличный отель!!!

Отличный услужливый персонал который старается сделать все для комфортного проживания в отеле!!! Дизайн отеля прекрсный, очень стильный! Цена и качество отлтчное, если вы заказываете через букинг на скидычных условиях.

Свет в номерах очень слабый! Убока в номерах конечно оставляет желать лучшего.... Ковры все в ворсе и волосах..... Нажна более професиональная уборка застаревших пятен и т.д. К сожалению такому отелю подошло бы более высокий и профессиональный уровень уборки.

Чистота и комфорт в номере оставляет желать лучшего, особенно при таком рейтинге. Видели тараканов несколько раз, вентиляция в ванных комнатах ужасная - постиранные вещи не высыхали в течении нескольких дней Скудный завтрак Персонал, хоть и очень приветливый, никак не фиксирует обращения к ним из-за чего в последствии приходилось решать проблемы и вопросы, в частности в номером и его заменой

Pleasant

Good location: though it’s not near the metro, by bus you can easily go there, but it’s next to the park and Baku seafront. Baku eye, Chayki restaurant and the carpet museum are also close. Over the corner there is a big grocery store, Jam cafe is 5min walk. Hospitable staff trying to help you, laundry service is fast and good price. Rooms are rather big and well equipped.

I booked deluxe room with 1 twin bed and 1 full bed, but in fact it was only 1 full bed. They sad they can only offer camp-cot bed. We are family with a kid and they first gave us a smoking room with a cigarette smell you can feel over the ventilation, after our ask the room has been changed (all rooms with a balcony are smoking). Shower cabin is not 100% isolated, so the was a water on the floor afterwards. Room was partly clean. Breakfast is really poor: shakshuka, sausages, boiled vegetables, small amount of pastries and fruits and a lot of sauces and jams (seems just to take a space on the table).

Amazing interiors of the hotel. Spacious rooms with classic design. Almost 10 minutes from main city by cab, but good location.

Very bad breakfast and hardly any variety. Even the options available weren't tasty enough. They should include more options.

Amazing end of the trip stay!

The staff was incredibly kind and generous, they gave us a free upgrade from our standard room to the deluxe room and offered complementary breakfast. otherwise, the hotel has a very unique interior, spacious rooms, excellent location, and well-maintained facilities
