So beautiful house! The interior is very beautiful and atmospheric! The view is perfect for hollyday’s in mountains! No problems with check in, everything was fast and easy! We liked this place! Totally recommend! Everything is perfect!

Excellent location, dream panorama, very clean, quiet and a very welcoming host. It is an ideal place for those who want to be close to the mountain, but also relatively close to the city center.

Amazing location offering great views in Brasov

We loved our stay here. The location is great, both right below the forest and yet also very close to the city center. The views from the property are stunning. The place has a very cool vibe about it. Our room was nice, very clean and comfy. The host is a big plus - he’s very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic host and beautiful setting

Modern fixtures with an amazing view. Beautiful terrace. Walking distance to everything. Adrian was a fantastic host and appreciated all of his recommendations.

No air conditioning in the room but it was warm weather. No shelving or storage in bathroom for personal items.

A wonderful stay at Shard Boutique Hotel

The owner, Adrian, is the most welcoming, friendly and accommodating host we've ever had. He catered to every need and went the extra mile for us. Impressive! The hotel is tastefully furnished and decorated with the most unique pieces- very artistic and aesthetically pleasing, also including lots of potted plants. The rooms are large and ours had a gorgeous panoramic view over the old part of the city, the location of the hotel being up high on a hill with narrow, winding streets. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, including hot options, catered every morning based on an a la carte menu. Good coffee was discretionary in the common kitchen. Nice patio and deck, lush vegetation, cozy and inviting indoor with fire place and plenty of seating options in the common living room area. Thank you for being such a good host, Adrian!

I booked a deluxe double room for my wife and two children. The location is simply fabulous! The street is literally between the mountains! The house is located near the picturesque quarters of the old town. But at the same time, it is not so crowded and there was always a place to stop the car. There is a small restaurant with delicious food within a 10-15 minute walk. I will say something about the house: It is decorated with soul and style. The owner's taste was felt in all the interior details, so it is more comfortable here than in a typical hotel. The owner was very attentive and polite. At my request, a free air mattress was provided for the child. All his recommendations were professionally useful and clear. The room had a cozy balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. You can use the kitchen in the common kitchen-living room.

Information about the number entered is INCORRECT! I I don't think that the owner did it deliberately, it is obviously the fault of Booking himself. When I was looking for this accommodation, I chose the option "own kitchen" and "air conditioner". And in fact, the kitchen is not your own, but SHARED WITH OTHER RESIDENTS! That is, preparing food here on your own is psychologically uncomfortable, because outsiders are constantly in the kitchen, eating, etc. There was no OWN air conditioner in the room either. It is only in the common hall-kitchen. So when the cars start driving in the morning, you won't be able to close the window :( That being said, I would recommend this place for a large group of adults. Therefore, request the administrators of the Booking service to correct this detail in the description!

The owner of the property is very friendly and extremely responsive! The property was boho style and has multiple terraces available to enjoy your morning coffee. The location has a wonderful view of the city and was about a 15 minute walk to downtown. We will be recommending this hotel to our family and friends when they visit!

Breathtaking views, artistically decorated accomodation.

Our host Adrian was amazing. He was very attentive to our needs. The place is beautifully decorated, fantastic view from the living room and very spacious.

The rooms we were originally given had small seize double beds. ( 1.40) And we ordered an extra bed for a third person in one of the rooms. But apparantly it was an air mattress on the floor. We didn't expect that. But Adrian solved the problem and thanks to him, we decided to stay 3 nights, instead of one or two. . There was too much light coming through the windows at night. Lack of washing machine.

Excellent place to stay in Brasov

Adrian is very accommodating with our request. We arrived early in the morning and he let us wait in the living room while they prepared the room for check out. We even slept there since we don’t have sleep from our flight. We love the room, the view, the decor. It’s a bit far from the center but you can take a bolt or uber or walk since the weather is good. Excellent place to stay and would love to be back there next time.

Excellent hotel with a chic and modern interior design. Everything you need for rest is thought out to the smallest detail. Free parking close to the hotel and fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus for choosing this hotel. I had a great stay at this hotel and it was absolutely perfect, especially the view from the rooms ;) Check-in with a flexible time schedule and location in the old town makes it a perfect holiday spot! Highly recommended.

The exceptional location provided a stunning view of the surrounding landscape, making the experience truly unforgettable. The owner of this wonderful property deserves a special mention for their unmatched hospitality and responsiveness. No matter the query or request, they were always prompt to reply and eager to help. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and came fully equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The coffee machine, stove, refrigerator, and fresh fruit on the table added an extra touch of thoughtfulness and convenience to our stay. One of the highlights of this place was the beautiful shared lounge area, complete with a cozy fireplace, comfortable sofa, and all necessary amenities for a perfect evening of relaxation. The warmth of the fire and the inviting atmosphere made it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the mountains. Exquisite romantic getaway

Everything! Amazing decor and interior design. The bed is excellent and the entire room has a very private and intimate atmosphere. The view is amazing and the sublime way everything smells gives a very romantic vibe to the entire experience. Location is perfect, cleanliness exceptional and welcome is by far the best. I would return there every time I travel to Brasov. Everything is exactly as in the pictures.

The best spot in Brasov... better than a 5 star hotel!

The decoration is 5-star-hotel worthy. Everything very cosy and warm. Everything very clean and modern. The owner is very friendly and will make you really feel like at home. The best booking.com experience ever! It is located in a very nice place very near Brasov, best if you have car, otherwise it is a 15min walk from the center! We had car so it was everything we were looking for. Really recommend and I will for sure come back again!!!

Gorgeous view, gorgeous all :-)

This house has something magical. I found it by coincidence, saw parts of the interior from the outside and told myself, I'll come back here for a stay, just to find out about it all. Now i only stayed here for one night, but it was all perfect. The view - incredible panoramic view from the living room, but also from the bedrooms. The owner - uncomplicated and unbelievably helpful, caring owner, who tells you about the house, but also prepared a rich and delicious breakfast for me (and i was even asked which kind of egg i'd prefer) The facilities - everything seems to harmonise with light and is designed in a unique, stylish and functional design. The position - my favourite spot in Brasov is very close, nevertheless: walking upstairs/uphill shouldn't be a problem for you. BUT: You can come and go by taxi or park your car in front of the house or nearby. Parking is a big plus! Walking to the center takes you about 20 minutes, but there are interesting old-town-feeling-spots nearby, too (oldest Romanian school).

One of the most welcoming locations I stayed in

The location is superb, just at the bottom of the mountain, at the start of a forest trail that leads to the top of Poiana Brasov sky slope. One side of the building has mountain views and the other, overlooks the city.

Our room lacked a wardrobe. This was the smallest attic room, probably the other big rooms didn’t have this issue
