Excellent

J’ai fortement apprécié le petit déjeuner, les chambres étaient connectés. Tout se faisait pas des petites commandes c’était très agréable. La chambre était très confortable. Elle était spacieuse et très propre. le personnel était très serviable à l’écoute et toujours prêt à aider. Je remercie yannis l’agent d’accueil du soir.

Minden rendben. Nagyon modern az egész hotel. Szuper design, fantasztikus ételek, hatalmas terasz. Kedves személyzet. Remek lokáció.

Pobyt bardzo udany.Planujemy wrócić.

Śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Obiekt czysty i w miarę cichy. Duży i nowy basen. Bardzo gustownie urządzony. Personel pomocny i miły. Chcielibyśmy jeszcze kiedyś wrócić.

Jeżeli ktoś przyjeżdża na dłużej niż tydzień to brakuje trochę miejsca w szafie na garderobę.Przydałyby się dodatkowe półki w pokoju na drobiazgi,które zabieramy zazwyczaj w podróż.Patent z suszarką w szufladzie w pokoju nie jest zbyt wygodny. To tylko takie drobne niedogodności,które nie miały wpływu na zadowolenie z pobytu.

wir waren zufrieden

Die Lage war sehr zentral, man konnte abends schön spazieren gehen und Restaurants waren in der Nähe. Der Strand war auch in der Nähe und man konnte den Pool im Hotel gegenüber mit nutzen. Die Zimmer waren modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war lecker.

Neben dem Hotel war eine Baustelle. Man konnte nachts leider keine Fenster offen lassen, denn man konnte durch den Straßenlärm nicht schlafen.

Très bon séjour entre amies !

Literie très confortable. La chambre est joliment décorée. L’hôtel est bien situé. Petit déjeuner correct et bon.

Certaines prises ne fonctionnaient pas.

Vacanza splendida

Struttura veramente curata nei dettagli, camera spaziosa con terrazza vista piscina splendida. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile Scelto la mezza pensione, cibo ottimo e vario. Sicuramente ci torneremo

Unica piccola pecca se si può dire cosi...le tende oscuranti visto le vetrate immense, non oscurano completamente il sole di Cipro che alle 4 del mattino è già altro....

Amazing location

The property has a good position in the city, near to stores and restaurants. Spacious room with great view and great cleaning staff every day. At their restaurant it was great diversity of the food which was good and tasty. The pool is new and all the sun beds had umbrella to cover you from the sun.

I don’t have any dislikes about it, but it would be nice if the owners put a box for tips in the restaurant where you serve the food. It’s a great way to appreciate the work of the people who manage it.

Excellent hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at Abacus Suites. The location is great and the room with the balcony was huge, super clean and great value for the money. They also built their own swimming pool and we liked it. The staff was exceptional. They will help you with everything and generally they are very kind. I recommend Abacus Suites to everyone visiting Ayia Napa.

Ich würde in Ayia Napa immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen

Es war wunderschön, ein komplett neues modernes Gebäude, die Zimmer und der Balkon riesig und die Lage perfekt. Yanis ist ein liebevoller Mensch der einem bei allen Anliegen weiterhilft.

Comfy beds, good location, you need a car to go to the beach (or take the bus) but you can walk in the evening since it's close to the city center. Good breakfast

Soundproofing of the room is not good and Aya napa can be noisy until 6AM

Exceptional

The hotel has a great location, very close to the center, and the first beach is on the other side of the street. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed and a huge terrace. Maybe the main street is a little bit noisy, but the room has great sound isolation. The food is delicious and various. Don't miss the dinner:) The staff is very pleasant and always on your service. High recommendation!

simply amazing !!

Luxury suits with excellent, lavish brunch, and a new dinner addition!! I didn't want to go out to eat after the excellent taste experiences that both cooks provided morning and night! My third stay, and each one has become better and better! We would especially want to thank Victoria (reception) from Ukraine for all of her assistance during our stay. We appreciate your patience. Excellent as always from management's Michael and Petros! I'm looking forward to returning!

All round amazing

the room we stayed in was a lot bigger then expected! the balcony was amazing, as it was perfect for the evening, and once again, a lot bigger then expected. the staff are so lovely, and there’s 24hr desk service. John especially was amazing, and helped us with everything we needed from the moment we arrived to the second we left!! thank you, we had an amazing stay

Best hotel in Ayia Napa

Everything. Best value for money, staff is nice, food is delicious, rooms look great, everything is sparkling clean, one of the best hotels I've ever been to.

If I had to say one thing, it would be that the isolation with the hallway isn't best, you could really hear people slamming door and talking.

Excellent location, amazing breakfast. It has a lot of choices. The room was very comfy, new with big balcony with sea view. at night it become a little be noisy because of the Nissi Avenue. You can chose a room that is not viewing the avenue. we really enjoy our stay there. Very nice hotel, higly recommended. there is a supermarket very close. Also bakery and coffee shops.

Great, as always! Comfortable, cozy, kind staff, good location, big rooms, great design...

Just as slightly remarks for improvement: renewed sheets and pillows and some more varieties for breakfast and coffee.

Really good place

Pretty nice place. Everything was just perfect. The room was great, towels changed everyday, large parking was available.. Def one of the best places we have been.

Keep in mind that there is a trade-off with the room you choose. The one that are facing the street have nice sea view etc but are extremely loud. Quads, bikes, cars, buses almost 24/7. The rooms that face the parking lacking the good view but are def quiet. Of course this is normal because the hotel itself is placed on a top location on the main street.

The rooms are spacious and clean. We loved the breakfast and dinner selection - a great variety of food which was actually delicious. The restaurant has a different dinner buffet every evening which is totally worth it! Staff was friendly and helpful with every request or question we had. The whole place, including the rooms, were very clean. The property is within a short walk to the beach

The rooms are not very soundproof - you could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. The see-through glass wall between the room and the bathroom was weirdly designed, why would you have one in the first place?

Best value suites in Ayia Napa

-fantastic location, right at the main avenue and a 5 minutes walk from the beach. -the personnel is exceptional, they fully upgraded our room when I requested it and were always helpful in anything else. -the breakfast was great, good selection with a delicate dining area. -the room was definitely clean, spacious, even the veranda. In fact it was the best I had in all hotels I have been in the area.

Absolutely nothing to criticize here.

the location is quite central, which is good if you don’t have a car. but be aware that the noise from the Main Street is considerable

the hotel is amazing, i was in a lot of hotels around the world and that i can say is amazing, you have a big nonstop market outside, the rooms are very clean, the bed is vey confortable the breakfast is so so so so good great amazing, i love it!

Near to all the excitement

perfect location. very friendly chef in the kitchen for the breakfast. Very nice balcony and the room has a fridge!

the channels on the TV are all greek sub-titled and spoken. No English. The street is very noisy but you don’t hear it inside.
