-->> However, possibly hazardous smell.
** Possibly hazardous apartment. Bad smell from possibly mold or mildew or pest infestation. **
When we entered the apartment everything looked clean and nice. However in the apartment there were a lot of scent candles (view picture) which diffused a strong artificial smell. Once we removed those scent candles the apartment quickly gave off a foul, musty, sweetish smell.
We did not think much of it at first and made sure all laundry is removed, cleaned the place again and ventilated it properly. However the smell persisted and got worse over time. After 2 days it got so bad we bought an air purifier and contacted the host.
The host was unhelpful and ignored our urgency. She seemingly did not care that there might possibly be a health hazard. The smell got so bad we developed negative symptoms. We had to move immediately.
To her credit, the host eventually agreed to amend our booking dates for an early check-out once I contacted booking.com. We then had to move short notice and look for a new apartment on the same day which as you can imagine was an awful thing to do. We are not the first review to complain about a musty smell and the scent candles possibly trying to cover up the smell.
Overall we tried to resolve this issue peacefully and professionally with the host. The host however was extremely inflexible (besides letting us check-out early) and basically said we were wrong and there was no smell which is super insensitive and insulting as it implies we are crazy or made it up. We had a witness to the smell and had zero reason to make up this issue as we enjoyed our stay there if it wasn't for the smell.
I tried to resolve the issue with her and booking.com to make sure there was no health hazard and get to the bottom of the issue. The host was rude throughout and denied everything.

Location is great, right on the beach and quiet. Flat has been refurbished and is nicely decorated (although it has too much stuff for a small space). Has pretty much all you need for a few days holidays (even a dishwasher which was great)
- mosquito nets on windows would be great to be able to leave windows open at night
- there is a lot of deco stuff which leaves no room for personal items in bathroom or grocery in the kitchen
- the small table by the sofa bed should be removed as it's in the way when the sofa bed is in use and there's no other place to put it (we had it by the kitchen making it hard to access the sink)
- there are lots of artificial smell- good stuff which is nice at first but overwhelming after 10min. It's there to cover a not- so - great musty smell which partly comes from the tall boy in the bedroom. Maybe just replacing it would solve the issue?

it was cozy , very good location
relaxed .
the only thing the site could with is the fact that the pool is disfunct . it is dangerous for kids and one did have a minor accident.
suggest; fill in pool( one can use a liner to protect inlets). then fill it in. making it a garden. It would make a wonderful communal area to sit and watch the sunset!

The location is perfect, the place looks supernice and is very well equipped and decorated but the matrasses were worn down with torso-shaped pitts in the middle.
Also the lighting is very hard which is too bad as it’s not nice to sit inside with the interrogation lights that cannot be toned down.
The bedroom does have nice light so we switched off everything except the bedroom and outside.
If the light and matrasses were good, this place would be a 10+.
Light and bed.

A quiet bungalow park. Clean. The apartment itself very clean. Well equipped. 50m to the amazing beach. Quiet at night.
Unfortunately, on July 5 and 6 a live music festival took place at the end of the beach. Terrible noiseall day long, until 4am. But with good ear plugs acceptable. If you do not like this kind of noise, check the date of the 2020 festival and come after or before the festival.
